I hate to even leave one star! We drove 2 hours with a trailer looking to buy a can am defender. We test drove the used one but was told afterwards that the owners friend wanted to buy it but they had another in back that had a lift kit on it. Since we did not want lift kit they said they could remove it for us. We agreed to buy it and offered a down payment. The sales manager, Kendall, said they’d have it ready in a couple days and to leave the trailer with them. Week later never heard from Kendall so we contacted him. Said he’d been trying to contact us but didn’t have right number but he had called us the first day from his phone to make sure he had it. We were finally told it was sold out from under us after the lift was removed. They tried to tell us that they told us their friend was to pick either one which again was not so. We called numerous times for the owner to call us and were told he would but he never did return call ! We had to drive another 4 hours to pick up our empty trailer. Your decision if you wanna do business with these people. We will not be back.

Kendall was great! Ace is pretty awesome too! I was referred to Kendall and he worked really hard for 2 weeks to find the buggy that was perfect for me! He went above and beyond on customer service! Superb customer service and work! Every person I interacted with was great. Right when I walked in the door...the young lady in sales was great (even though I wasnt buying, just there for service)...she took the time to let me know what was going on...then everybody in the service Departement was great...never letting me just stand around wondering...they act like your time is important..quite refreshing. Then, took the ski out yesterday for the first time since...it ran better than ever. I am very impressed and happy with the experience and quality of work. Wish I was better with names so I could give credit individually.

Went to speak with Shane the Owner today. Left feeling a lot better about Outlaw sports in Savannah. They are waiting for a part. They gave me a copy of what was done on my wake 170. They replaced the motor. Praying seadoo gets them the part soon and we can get back on my ski

I contacted Outlaw power sport on Monday May 10th of 2021 looking for a new 4 seat side by side which if anyone has been looking are near about impossible to find. After establishing they had a machine I was happy with we discussed options and pricing and made a deal. Dealing with the staff was extremely pleasing and everyone was super helpful and friendly. The manager was there when I picked up my machine that Thursday and we talked for about 45 min while I was having a few things added. Very pleased that even though there is a shortage of products available they did not mark product up and give me a very fair price on my trade in. I would highly recommend working with them. Another plus I found out after picking up is that the sales department was closed on the Monday I called and had a member of staff there in parts department and she is the one I first started dealing with. That being said is most dealers I have been in contact with did not show the same concern to make a customer happy.

My parents recently bought a condo in Bluffton SC. We looked into a few stores that sold Sea doos. We came across Outlaw Power Sports in Savannah. The searching process and buying process was AMAZING. Ace was our sales rep and Trish helped with financing. It was such a breeze, the customer service and every detail within the buying process was so easy. We will definitely continue to use Outlaw for our future purchases. Just purchased a Seado from here. Friendly, helpful people! Very satisfied with sales, and follow through! Told them I wanted a trailer and they had it assembled the next day with my Seado on it! I had a problem with my 2021 GTX Limited and Kendall really stepped up to help me get it resolved. It was nothing that Outlaw Power Sports did or didnt do to the unit, it was a problem from the manufacturer. Kendall came into the shop on a day that the store was closed and had a technician look at and fix my Sea Doo, while I waited. That is top notch customer service. Its clear Kendall is really committed to providing a great customer experience rather than like some dealers who only look at you as a sale. I would recommend stopping in and meeting Kendall in person. When I shopped Outlaw, I went in as someone that they have never seen before and left as a friend of the staff. It was a great experience!!!

Walked into this business and not one person working on the floor acknowledge me. Walk to the parts department where the sales guy was have a long drawn out conversation with a customer about working on his equipment. No problem, I understand thats his job, but still he didnt speak to me. The customer actually move over to the side to allow me to seek assistance. The parts guy, took a phone call and at no time he greeted me. After a black delivery guy dropped off packages with no response, I now understand why I was not being greeted. Will not get my business

I dealt with Trisha, Kendall, & Ivey they went above and beyond for me. They stayed after hours just for lil ole me. That itself speaks VOLUMES! Trisha offered me the best service with the warranties. Kendall kept in touch with me informing me when my ride was arriving. Ivey volunteer to come from Savannah GA to Estill SC to program the X3 for no charge! Now where else can I get 5 star service from? Dealing with those three I felt like Ive known them forever. Now Ill forever spend my money with Outlaw Powersports. The service was EXCELLENT! I would recommend any & everybody to come on down to Outlaw Powersports. Tell them Tangela sent you. Our sales person Melissa, was excellent! They did not have the 6x6 Defender in stock. Melissa located one in North Carolina. She arranged for a driver to pick it up within a few days. The driver made it back in one day delivering to the shop at 5 o’clock. Melissa and her sister personally delivered the defender to my father by 7 o’clock that evening. My father is a very happy person!

I purchased a 2020 can am maverick trial from them in January I added a couple upgrades when I bought it and the service department installed them for me very quickly. I was very satisfied. I later had some issues with my buggy and the service department has been nothing but excellent with getting my buggy back out on the trials I am extremely satisfied! David the service manager has been a huge help and I would recommend him to anyone.

UPDATE: they now have new people running service and it’s 100% different experience. The lady running it has been a pleasure to deal with, and even texted me updates and info about a ski I have in the shop. She seems to be making a real effort to fix the issues they had before and so far so good. The techs always have seemed knowledgeable and helpful, and now with some organization it’s 180 different experience than before.Avoid this place like the plague. Service is an absolute joke, and for new sales you can drive 90 minutes down the road and save thousands. You can’t even leave a message with any department, because every mailbox is full. I rarely ever leave a review, but in this case, this shops performance is so dismal, others should be warned what kind of nightmare they are in for.I have two newer seadoos, and both have required a repair in the last year. The first one took 6 months to get fixed, which was beyond ridiculous and a constant annoyance of being told “just one more month”. Thanks to the service manager David, it finally got done and he did keep constant communication with me. Unfortunately, a month later had to bring my other ski to them because it had an issue. Due to the limited repair options in the area, and the service manager David keeping in constant contact previously, I decided to give them another chance. Fast forward 6 months later, David no longer works there, my ski (both of them) are sitting outside, and the one is in pieces with no info as to what the problem even is. I can’t get a call back, I can’t leave a message, and when I go there, the poor guy who runs service can’t give me any info because they can’t figure out what’s been done to my ski so far. The total experience is a joke...I’ve sent emails, called, waited on hold, and still my ski(s) sit outside. They have never been stored outside of a garage, and now they are killed from sitting in the elements for 6 months. I dropped off a pristine condition ski to get service done, and now I have a non running ski in parts that looks like trash.My only option now is to go pick it up, and bring it somewhere else. The other shop I called said with it in pieces, there is no telling if everything is there, but they can do their best. I own multiple skis, UTV’s, atv’s and dirt bikes, and this has been the absolute worst experience I have had in dealing with a powersports shop.Save your sanity and take it to a reputable place. I saved 4K driving to Macon to get my XRS RR. I also saved almost $2kea buying my new skis across the border in SC. I hate leaving reviews like this, but when I can’t get a response via email, phone, or in person, everyone should know the way this place does business. If anything changes I will post an update and I’ve escalated this to the seadoo rep, but I’m not holding my breath that anything will get done. Do yourself a favor and take your business to someone else who will appreciate it.

I had an issue with my buggy being out of aline, David didn’t hesitate to tell me to bring it in the next morning to get it resolved and have me back out the door in a timely manner. Any questions about my unit I can call him right up and have an answer within minutes! Top notch service at outlaw!!!

Helped me during and then after the sale. I found a small cut in one of my CV boots right before the weekend when we needed it for a shoot. I took it to them on a Thursday morning around 11am, they called me around 430 that afternoon to come pick it up after replacing the part.

As soon as we got out of the vehicle we were approached by a salesman and they were super nice. Melissa helped a ton trying to find me a SxS even though they didn’t have the one I was looking for in stock. She tried her hardest to find one fromanother dealer and trade, but the other dealers weren’t willing to trade. We ended up buying a SxS from another dealer but will go through them to have service done. She called several times and even checked in again after we already made a purchase and was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Melissa!

I’ve personally seen the aftermath of how outlaw treats their customers and simply based on that, would never use them. Fixing an ATV shouldn’t be rocket science, but they’ll figure out how to complicate it to make an extra buck. You’ve been warned.

Drove 6 hrs and Purchased a 2018 North Star recently (around the 1st of the year) The sales experience wasn’t bad. But since then, nothing but probs since. Battery cover was missing, 2 center caps missing, not to mention both rear tires were cracking and splitting on the inside. This all started in April, a couple months after the purchase Finally got the battery cover after weeks of calls and texts. The place never did Do anything about the tires. We bought new ones, Still no center caps For the rear tires. Weeks later (June 16th) come to find out they don’t make those particular ones any longer. Who knew?! No one relayed this message. At least we got the battery cover🤷🏼‍♀️ These guys definitely dropped the ball If I had to do it again I would have gone elsewhere for damn sure! Would not recommend this dealership.

My kids and I were excited about the idea of purchasing a side-by-side at the outlaw power motor sports Hwy 17 location. Upon are arrival the staff seemed very nice and interested in helping us out with our purchase. I filled out a credit app and was told I would receive a call later that day, but I never did hear anything back from them even after calling several time and waiting on hold for 30-45 min each time, only to have another rep say the person was either in a meeting or had already left for the day. I was later contacted to be told the reason was due to the financial guru leaving. The 2nd day was a repeat of the first, so I waited for the 3rd day to call and again was on hold for a while before someone finally answered telling me the same thing again but, I had already had enough of the run around and just ask them to tell the individual that I was no longer interested in purchasing anything from them. If this is any indication of what to expect as it pertains to customer service i would rather wait until I can find a dealer that will be there after the sale . This is not the place if customer service is a concern for you. I later checked reviews only to see that similar problems are an ongoing issue at this location.

I ordered a fuel pre filter on July 15 for my Can am Commander. Was told it would be in, in a week. It’s now Aug 7. I was told on Aug 1 that the part was coming from Canada and the part was in customs. I’ve called and left message with multiple people to call me back. I have yet to receive a call back. Customer service need improvement.

I recently purchased a 2020 Can-Am Defender and had an awesome experience. Ivy was so easy to deal with I drove 3+ hours to make the purchase. So many different options to choose from and I ended up with exactly what I was looking for. They even added my upgraded wheels and windshield while I waited. I would definitely not recommend this place nor will I ever use them again. I purchased a Yamaha R6 from them in it first part of March. Paid in full for it at the time of purchase including tax, tag, and title. When I took my title to the tax office to get my tag I was told the title wasnt filled out right and that the dealer needed to put the dealer number on the title. I drove back to the dealership (almost 2 hours away) to get the number only to find out they dont have one and had illegally charged me for the taxes when they shouldnt have. They told me they were in the process of getting the dealer number and would have it by the end of the week. As Im sure you can guess, that didnt happen. They couldnt even give me a dealer tag so I could legally drive the bike so I was stuck with nothing more than a yard decoration. Every time I called they acted like they didnt really care and every time I left a message or they said they would call me right back, you guessed it, I never got a call back. Then they tried to blame it all on everything being shut down because of covid 19 even thought I got the bike more than 2 weeks before the shutdown. Even after everything opened back up it was still a struggle to get it taken care of. I was told about three different appointments they had to get the dealer number and they never went to them or they were just telling me a lie to get me to stop calling them. They even got an attitude with me on the phone because I was trying to get them to fix this problem that they created and I guess they didnt feel like it was a priority seeing as how they already got paid for the bike. Finally after more than 3 months of not being able to ride the bike legally they finally got it taken care of and I was able to get my tag. The buying process was very pleasant but every thing that came afterwards was absolutely miserable. Honestly, Im still considering checking into seeing if I can take any legal action against them. Yes, the experience was that bad. If you want respect and good service after you make a purchase, I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. I thought this might have been just an isolated incident but after reading some of the other reviews, it obvious this place does not care at all about you after making the sale. I cant stress enough,if you want good customer service after the sale, this is definitely not the place you want to go. Hopefully if you do choose to use them you have better luck than I did but dont count on it. If I could leave zero stars I would.

I called 2 days ago trying to order $1600 worth of accessories for my Maverick sport. I gave the guy every part number I had on hand, he told me he would call me back with the prices and ETA once ordered. Needless to say I guess Ill be ordering everything online now since they obviously dont like profit enough to call someone back!

I called and ordered a rear axle for our XMR on 5/11/20. I was told that the axle would be there on 5/13/20 but to call before I drove an hour to pick it up. After calling them numerous times and poor customer service its now 5/23/20 and we still dont have the axle. I havent heard a word from them. Id suggest using someone else. These folks just cant seem to get it together!
