Excellent service! We were visiting and typically walk if we are in a city but wanted something different for the day. They gave us everything we needed (including a short lesson) and we were off! Simple, easy and fun!

Scooters worked perfectly. Their location is a bit out there though so you probably need an uber to get out there unless you wanna leave your car. Owner was friendly and pretty funny guy. The Helmets were good quality and fit in the seat which was very nice. A scooter rental is a must for exploring the city without wearing yourself out. Worth every penny.

We called about 20 minutes ahead and thankfully, they had a few scooters left. They had it ready to go when we got there. It was so much fun and the best way to see the city. It was very reasonably priced also!

The owner Tommy went above and beyond and got an expensive part for the Scooter at a much better price.He really took the time to listen and care.

I used to go to Hawg Powersports for my scooter maintenance, but they were always extremely rude to me and the service was overpriced. I looked for another place in the area and found Cribbs Customs. The owner was very nice and when my scooter wouldn’t start, he came to pick it up from my house that day and took it in for repairs. It’s now good as new. The staff was very understanding, knowledgeable and friendly.

Awesome seems to know way more about the industry then his competition. He is putting a new exhaust on my bike as we speak. Had a great experience renting mopeds for our Savannah trip! Lowest prices in the city and we we given brand new mopeds and helmets. Service was great and the owner even came after-hours to let us return the mopeds. Best money spent and will do it again!

This place had a wide variety of scooters to rent. We called 5 different places before finally stumbling across this awesome place. The owner is outstanding and so humble and down to earth. Some of the best service we have gotten around here by far. We were able to return our scooters to him later in the night due to having to leave early in the morning to go to the airport. He was even EXTREMELY KIND ENOUGH to drive us back to our Airbnb where we were staying since we were returning our scooters later at night and was concerned for our safety and getting an Uber/Lyft. He is super laid back and easy to work with. We will DEFINITELY be renting scooters from him again when we visit Savannah again!! The scooters are also just a blast to ride, and gave us so much more freedom to do what we wanted. Thanks so much for being one of the best experiences we had here in Savannah!! :)

Great help with my scooter that the engine blew up and retailer I bought if from would do right by me 6 months old cribbs got me a completely new engine and installed for great price customer service is good and owner is very flexible working with me on extra repairs my scooter needed I recommend this shop over all scooter shops in Savannah

This business has a repair shop that can also do upgrades. The selection and knowledge is good. I cannot give five stars until i make a purchase or have my bike serviced there.

I had a horrible experience at this place, I feel so bad for the owner. Came looking for a go kart for my Daughter, the mechanic showed up late and top of that the dude was high AF, he started saying all these things and complaining about his job to the point that my 9 year old Daughter asked me if we can leave the place. Mr. owner if you dont want your sales to drop and customers start going away please you need to either square away your Mechanic or just let him go because he was so disrespectful not just with the customers but with your wife as well.Thank you in advance

Still havent recieved my title for the bike i bought and when i bought the bike it was leaking gas. I have wasted my money on this. It works good now but csnt drive it because he hasnt sent my title. Its been like 2 months

If you are looking for replacement parts for your scooter or arc, Cribbs Customs is NOT the place to go. The prices are ridiculous! They are nearly double the cost. You might as well go online.
