We just recently purchased two jet skis from Lance. All in all, a really great experience. Everyone was really friendly, and very competent. Inventory is low, and its a tough time to be a dealer right now, but in no way was the service we received compromised. Called this morning to ask them about repairing my Kawasaki mule. Explained the problem to the girl on the phone and she said to bring it in and that diagnostics were running about a week. I said that was fine and I will bring it out. Loaded it on the trailer and drove it one hour and 15 minutes in the rain to the dealership. She started entering my information in the computer including the VIN number. Asked me if it was a 2006 and I said yes. Asked what was wrong with it And I told her. She then looked at me and told me they don’t work on anything over 10 years old. Should have told me that before I spent three hours of my day and my gas and my time and my trouble bringing it to you. Not going to be OK customer there anymore. Terrible service.

We were visiting area from out of town and Steve was still nice enough to take the time to show us and educate us on the Wolverine. I will be back in touch when were ready to purchase. We purchased a Honda Metropolitan Scooter in May, 2021. We were told the $320 doc fee was for the paperwork they needed to send to the State of South Carolina and that the state was slow in processing it, so to expect the paperwork in the mail within a few weeks. After 3 months of not receiving paperwork, we contacted the dealership and was told by the manager that they don’t make much of a profit on Scooters, so the doc fee is put in to give them a larger profit. We were lied to about the fee, that is an inappropriate way to run a business. If you don’t want to be cheated or lied to, stay away from this dealer!

I bought a brand new MT-03 from here a couple months ago and these guys were amazing right off the bat. I called to ask about the bike and the salesman, Zane, was nice and straight to the point, worked with me on negotiating a price, and within about 15 minutes I had my name on it. Upon picking it up, we sat with the finance manager, Kevin, for a couple hours and he had a great demeaner, was very kind, and just an all around cool guy. He made us feel very comfortable and went out of his way look at several different financial options for us. Not once did he make me feel like I was taking up too much of his time. Ben in the gear department was also very friendly, could tell I was a new rider, was patient and talked with us for a no less than an hour about different gear and what would be best for me as a female rider. The other employees we came into contact with were just as friendly and down to earth. These guys definitely cater to their customers the best they can and keep a fun, but professional, work environment to make the customer experience as easy and comfortable as possible. Its a very personalized experience. Highly recommend buying from this place over the competition.

It seems they lost their contracts with The manufactures and just waiting to close Ive been to about 4 dealers around Savannah full with bikes even they hole in the wall spot fully stock this place til this day never have motorcycles I finally seen a bike online I was interested in and the Salesperson didn’t want to sell it to me I guess it was just the floor model the salesmen weird bunch of angry zombies who seem to avoid you I had a mask on they all seem misable

I worked with Lance over the phone, originally, due to Covid restraints. We discussed what I was looking for and he immediately started his search. Within a few days, my 2021 Yamaha Waverunner was in my garage, ready to ride! He never pressured me or tried to convince me to purchase anything. He was great to work with and made the process so easy. I have never owned a PWC before and he was very patient with me. Truly had an issue getting approved for a bike due to not having the best credit. Been denied by so many places that I never thought I’d see hope in getting the bike I wanted. I gave going to an actual Honda dealer a try and honestly thought I wasn’t going to get approved. Then Zane helped me and did his best to keep me positive. He worked out numbers with me and once I started seeing the process move along he made me feel like this was actually going to happen. Now I own a 2020 Honda Rebel 300 all because of Zane and his faith to make this all happen. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Definitely will go back for my next bike.

Good inventory and service guys seem to be good, honest techs. Equipment prices are shockingly high. Shop the net a little and you will be blown away. Supporting local businesses is important to me but I think these guys are really high-priced.

What an amazing experience! After a few bad experiences with Yamaha dealers in Jacksonville Florida, I made a call to Yamaha of Savannah. Garret took my call. He was a pleasure to deal with from the get go. Very knowledgeable on the jet ski I was looking to purchase. He did everything in his power to make the deal happen. When the day arrived to take ownership of our PWC he was right there with us. We were also introduced to Dillion . He went above and beyond as well to ensure we had everything we needed,In closing all I can say is my buying experience with these guys was well worth the 2 hour trip ! Thanks guys;)

I mean they sell nice bikes, but once you decide to purchase a bike they will add a lot of additional fee for recondition and other unnecessary options. Ok, I get that the reconditioning is for safety reason, which make sense to me if you are a new rider and want to have some safety inspection before you get the bike on road. But, what the most ironic thing happen to me is that they strongly recommend me to purchase the extend warranty for the bike, so that if my bike is something goes wrong I can always reach them and able to fix it. However, my bike is stuck in gear in the middle of the road few days ago, and I call them to see if they can offer towing service. Unfortunately they say they don’t do towing(Then tell me how did they delivered the bike to me when I bought the bike?). Ok, I understand they might busy. then I call the towing office, and finally have the bike towed to the dealer. In the dealer store I try to ask them if they can fix it since my EXTENDED WARRANTY( which the dealer highly recommend me to purchase) is still valid. But their answer is that they couldn’t even have a little inspection for the bike within six weeks? Because they are backed up? This is so ridiculous, then tell me why should I purchase that stupid warranty and not able to get my bike fixed.I am not saying this you can’t go to the store, in fact they offer many good bikes, and they are smart to take money away from you.

Spoke with a lady in sales. Didnt get a name if that tells you how the service went. I was actually calling bc they had what I wanted in stock and I wanted to purchase it for our work around the farm. The low energy, couldnt be bothered attitude, made getting a few simple pre sale questions answered so frustrating I finally just said thanks and got off the phone. The Statesboro location has what we need so Im going to call them and see if they like to sell things. If so, Ill go and go pick it up there.

I bought the Rubicon 500 deluxe from you guys and I love it! We live in bulloch county so naturally I worked with the guys at Honda at Statesboro. My wife called Savannah just to see if we were getting a fair price. After working with Lance in Savannah, we quickly learned that we needed to do our business here. He walked us through the entire process and we ended up saving about $700 and got a 17 instead of a 16!! Lance took us into the showroom and discussed options with us. Lance made the whole experience fun and memorable, youve got to ask for him. The showroom had a wide variety of tires, rims, and other cool stuff. I do think they should start carrying glasses though. The dust is hard on guys with contact lenses so I plan to pick some up at the Harley shop. The deluxe is gun metal gray with red springs and A arms...just plain sexy!

Lance was my sales person and he really pulled out all the stops to get me back on a bike. I had a long hiatus after selling my 2008 Honda CBR 600rr after having a baby, and didnt know where to start with the new buying process. He sat me on all the bikes, and helped me compare. I came back multiple times with my husband, and Lance gave us the royal treatment each time. Im rather picky, but he put up with all of it. The only bike I had not sat on was another CBR, and they had one that was still crated. Lance had it assembled and offered for me to come back and sit on it. Luckily, when it came down to it, for price, comfort and fit, another CBR was the best choice and Tyler in finance made it happen. The price was fair, the process was easy, and it was ready to take home the second my papers were signed. Id highly recommend buying from Honda Yamaha, based on my experience, and the experiences of many others. This local store supports our riding group and always treats us well. You really cant go wrong here.

Thought i would stop by and leave a review because of how wonderful my buying experience was. I came in looking at the triumph Bonneville bobber black and Dillon was very informative on the bike and any questions i had about it. When it came to financing the bank i had couldnt look up the bike and dillan went above and beyond in sending what the bank needed. Sadly in the end my bank wasnt on there game that day. Dillan recommend financing it through the dealership. I was a little hesitant at first but i trusted Dillan, so i said yes and began the paper work. I felt I was always getting advise and not being sold to! Kudos! The service guys are top notch, and wouldnt let my pre-owned bike leave the shop until they performed some above and beyond services. The business office handled working with the insurance company (even caught a typo on the Insurance paperwork, and made it all better). There were no surprises on the paperwork and everything was well explained. The guys down in Parts & Accessories was VERY GENEROUS with their time, as they kept pulling out different helmets for me to try. Gloves, Jackets, Battery Tender, They have it all down there! The entire team has made me a customer for life! Finally, Savannah is a good hour away from me, and I definitely pass other dealerships on the way. However, I cant possibly imagine there is a friendlier and more knowledgable shop in all of GA. Not just recommended, STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!

Traveling through on a roadtrip from over 700 miles away, and got a nail in my rear tire of my 2019 CB650R in between Atlanta and Savannah. I was able to plug it and make it to a hotel across from the dealership that night. Called the next morning and explained the situation, and they worked me right into their busy schedule and replaced both tires, rather quickly and efficiently I might add. They even adjusted my rear shock to handle the weight for this trip better and cleaned and oiled my chain, going above and beyond what I could expect from any Honda Powersports dealership! Everyone from Parts, to Service, to Sales made my wait and stay enjoyable and shared knowledge and experiences and was extremely friendly, and I would highly recommend this dealership for any purchase or service!!! Updated below:I bought a used Yamaha FZ07 from here and 6-7 months have gone by and still no registration or tags. Through out this time I’ve called multiple times being extremely patient asking what the deal is. I’ve been doing my own part, scheduling appointments at the DMV to see what I can do and the vin doesn’t even show up in their system. Each time this dealer says they will call me back and never do, I’d even be okay with a call saying they are checking on things but no, nothing. I’ve just been getting the run around each time. I’m about fed up with this place. I paid the bike off before I ever got my tags! Come on guys!Update:They fixed my situation. Pete is a good guy and worked with me like a true dealership should. On Tuesday, July 14th, I bought a 2020 Honda CBR500R ABS. This is my first bike. I had the privilege to work with both Garrett and Dylan. Garrett was super knowledgeable, patient and very nice and understanding as well about everything. He made the process pressure free and super smooth. Dylan, knew everything and anything when it came to motorcycle gear. Extending from helmets, gloves, jackets and even Bluetooth headset that gets built into the helmet. Whenever I need and wants a second bike, I will most definitely go back to Honda Yamaha of Savannah. These guys are super awesome! The finance guy (I cannot remember his name) was super cool and nice too. I cant wait until I go get my first service done at Honda Yamaha of Savannah and see the amazing collection of bikes they have!

My friend recently bought a brand new ninja from here and he talked me into going back with him for his first oil change.While his motorcycle was being serviced, we casually looked around. As new riders we had a number of small issues we needed help with but the “guy in us” made us hesitate in asking for this much needed help. This is when we met Joe from the parts department. He was a godsend, taking our motorcycle experience from a 7 on a scale of 10, to an 11. Our issues were common issues, spanning from communicating while riding, phone handling, and luggage. After working with Joe we had great communication while riding since he installed the Sena20s in to our helmets and connected them to our phones via Bluetooth before we left the store. Then he introduced us to the Ram mount so our phones would be secure during riding. We had told Joe that we didn’t always want to carry a book bag while riding, so he showed us different motorcycle luggage options. My friend went with a tail bag and I went with a tank bag. It was an awesome experience and I know I will be back to see Joe at the best motorcycle shop in Savannah.

Lance was Great. 5+ - visited multiple times and he was helpful and willing to help even through we were not ready to buy initially. Finally purchased at 330pm on Saturday afternoon. He had the team work hard and get a new unit put together and ready to go with us by 530pm. Above and beyond. Highly Recommended to any prospective buyer.

Awesome staff. Lance went over all the wave runner models and options a few times until we finally chose what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable and patient. On delivery Lance took the time to go over the ins and outs of operating and taking care of our two new wave runners and trailer.

We were torn between a Kawasaki Mule and another brand UTV that they didnt carry. We were told by someone to request salesman, Ray, to help us so we did when we arrived. I think we spent about 3-4 hours total there trying to decide if the Mule was for us. Ray and the GM were very patient with us and very helpful in going over our needs and wants. We ended up going with the Mule Pro and so far, are very happy with it.We werent too impressed with the finance guy we were paired with. The finance experience itself went smoothly, but he could have been better at explaining everything properly. We considered this a large purchase for ourselves, so we definitely would have liked him to be more thorough going over the paperwork.Everything else was great though. Ray was kind enough to drop our Mule off to our house when he got off of work that same day. We both forgot to get the manual and spare key, so he dropped that off by our house a day later. He definitely went above and beyond to make us happy, even after the sale was made, which we greatly appreciated.

Today 3/5/2020 while I was out of town my disabled veteran husband who is also an alcoholic went to this store and filled out a loan application for a 4 wheeler. My son called me and told me what was happening. I asked to speak with the sales and finance manager and told them he was a disabled veteran with a TBI and please don’t let him sign or purchase anything. My son was also telling them.They wouldn’t talk to me and said they were making the deal with him and now we own a 4 wheeler with a loan we cannot afford and cannot use. My husband gets confused and doesn’t know really what he is doing sometimes and it is so sad this place took advantage of that. I hope and pray people go to a different shop and not one that would take advantage of an obvious drunk disabled veteran. Unfortunately I had to go out of town for a couple of days and as of tomorrow he will going into detox and rehab at the VA hospital. This has hurt me beyond belief that this place want willing to listen to me but took advantage of someone that served our country and came back with terrible injuries both physical and mental. Shame on you!!!!

Lance was great to talk to. Told him it was my first time there and he gave me the grand tour. He wasnt pushy and just showed me some bikes. The place was nice too. It felt very comfortable. Im not ready to pull the trigger yet, but when I am I will check there before anywhere else. Thanks Lance!
