Easy service schedule online with fairly straight forward drop off.I appreciate the experience of the technicians and all the tools, equipment and space they have to work. but for all those things you do pay a premium.they have online receipt and payment so you can take care of that before you even get to the dealership.

I was visiting from downstate when I saw an alert saying “keyless remote battery low”. I decided rather then chance, it I would go to the Honda dealership in Saratoga. From the moment I arrived everyone was professional and accommodating. I was directed to go to the parts department where Joe T not only helped me, but he also gave me a brief tutorial on keyless remote starters. He could not have been anymore helpful. He went above and beyond my expectations since I was there for a very minor problem. I was very impressed with the level of customer service. Thanks Joe!

Saratoga Honda is a very family conscientious, trust worthy site. I worked with Jason Cross, who worked with me tirelessly to reduce my payments and get me into a great vehicle. I lease every 3 years, and Ill no doubt be coming back here for my next vehicle. The Force is strong with this one.

This place is hit and miss depending on the person you get. Ive gotten good people who have gotten me in and out of service quickly and on the time frame they originally said. But Ive also had people who were crude and apparently dont like their job who just gives some random time and 3 hours later your oil change is done.The sales team is great, but the VIP service experience is hit and miss.--The reply below implies someone reached out. They certainly have not. The financial guy who financed our new car this year cared more than anyone in the service department did.Im sorry, but no one reached out to me. That is untrue.

I came here in search of a car because I heard the service was great. Never owning a Honda before Ashley really took the time to go through each model and options for which best suited me. I can say she really made my experience here wonderful and easy. Couldn’t recommend her enough. This is the only dealership I will deal with from here on out!

I went to Saratoga Honda for a NYS Inspection and an Oil Change. I had to wait almost 3 hours!About halfway through a Salesman came out to me and tried to get me to buy a new car. He told me my Pilot was getting high in mileage and I would have increased maintenance costs. He said You have lots of equity in your Pilot, you can use that to upgrade and have a vehicle with less maintenance costs. After I declined, the service advisor came out to me inform me that my care had failed inspection due to brake pad wear. Thats fine and totally acceptable. I told her I would change the brakes myself and bring the car back for a reinspection.She than informed me that my Pilot needed a new axle and steering components which carried an estimated $900 cost. I think its highly suspicious that I was told I needed maintenance if I did NOT buy a new car and suddenly they are trying to sell me major repairs. I declined the service. Also how do they know I have equity in my car? Why are they having salespeople inspect my car and approach me? I never said I wanted a new car. The ONLY thing I asked for was an Inspection and Oil Change.Finally the most egregious act was after I told the service advisor to fail the car I had to wait another 45 minutes. She than informed me I would have to pay the full inspection price and wait another 45 minutes to re-inspect it once I replaced the brakes. We have to hook it back up the computer and that takes time she told me. I decided to take the car to Hoffmans in Wilton. They charge me ZERO DOLLARS and did my re-inspection in about 6 minutes. That is what great customer service looks like! From now on I will take ALL my familys vehicles to Hoffmans for routine maintenance and inspections . I wont be returning to Saratoga Honda.

Sales staff was a great help. I went into getting my car serviced and when I found out the cost of repairs they directed to me to a salesman named chad. He was very informative and did not pressure me into buying a car. I didn’t get one that exact day but I did end up buying the exact car Chad showed me.

Service is always top notch and the waiting room is great. Having wifi is huge because I can work remotely as my car is getting serviced. Overall, it is the best Honda service center I have ever been to.

Brian Frisch was professional and great about helping me find my first car on my own. Everything was done in a timely manner yet extensively. Never tried to take me out of my budget and still found me basically a brand new vehicle, thank you Brian and Saratoga Honda! Will most definitely be referring all friends and family!

Long time customer. Was offered a 3 dollar coupon when a 25 dollar was available. She seemed annoyed we wanted the better discount like it came out of her pocket. Then we were parked blocked in and it took employees 20min to move the vehicle in our way. Not returning

I had an enjoyable experience. Everyone was professional and took care of me quickly. No mistakes in my simple car repair. I got new keys and replaced one of my locks. But, they forgot to give me my old to unlock the old locks so I drove off without them. Called them right away and they had yet to discard them, so no problem, just cost me an extra half an hour. Had a wonderful time otherwise.

Very very slow service you can be there for hours for an oil change and they cost a fortune nobodies labor is more expensive than theirs and there’s plenty of other people that can work on Hondas they don’t charge that much so there’s no reason to go there unless you wanna spend a ton of money and waste your entire day . also my Honda Civic has no air-conditioning and no one knows how to fix it anywhere not even them! I have already put 300 into it only for it to work for half an hour after it was supposedly fixed

Very unprofessional! Had a car listed on their website, I called 2 hours before they closed and asked if it was still in. The lady on the phone said she believed so and asked for me to leave my number so she could call me back in a few minutes. I never got a call back. Sent an email inquiring about the car, and then they removed it off their website. No call back. No email back. Not even an Im sorry, its already sold.
