The place is always clean and there is a plethora of snack options to enjoy. This was my second time getting a car from here and both times were amazing. Dave M. Was helpful from day one! He invested a lot of his time explaining my options and what was available. It was like talking to a friend! He continued to keep his eye out for exactly what I was looking for even though I still had a few more months on my current lease! I was able to get into my new car sooner than expected! I just picked up this 2021 Accord Sport and it is exactly what I wanted!

Was also called by the associate that told me about the fee originally and he apologized. This place has earned respect from me for doing both of those.

The way that the company owner responds to these reviews is terrible and unprofessional. I would like to first say that no response is necessary for my review. Did not have a terrible experience but I would not recommend this place based on my experience. They really push the 3rd party warranty and certainly take much longer time doing anything than you would expect. The car I purchased was an older car with higher miles but had some issues after just about a month which I would not expect at the price paid. I did not contact the dealership because it was a used car and I did not have time to mess around, however it was also not a Honda that I purchased. I don’t think it would have done much even if I had. I would never feel comfortable going back here after reading these review comments from the owner, thankfully there are a ton of other dealerships who can remain professional online and in person enough to bring in customers. I will say there really are many better dealers out there.

WOW! I previously bought my 2016 Honda Civic at another dealership, and when my car needed maintenance, I brought it for the 1st time to Saratoga Honda. Upon walking in, I was greeted with the upmost, energetic lady at the front desk who introduced me to the service department. Every single person I came into contact with was so pleasant and welcoming and answered any questions I had! AMAZING work done, in the time frame they gave me, and the waiting room was astonishingly clean and welcoming. Spotted a 2022 Honda Ridgeline Sport which was cleverly listed for $38,115 on their web site. Communicated with a nice Internet saleslady who put me in contact with a salesperson to get a quote. Salesperson quoted me $41,115...a $3,000 charge OVER MSRP. Granted these are strange times for auto sales, but thats a pretty lame trick and an utter waste of my time. No wonder auto dealers get such a bad rap.

Buying a new car is usually a hassle, but the friendly atmosphere, enthusiastic sales team, and the help and ease of buying with Taylor Clark was something I’ve yet to experience! I cannot recommend Taylor enough!

This is a great place for women who love to be bullied by male salesman. Ask for frat boy Ethan or his sales manager who has obviously taught him everything he knows. ANY dealership can order a car for you and complete the sale by phone but these guys, in person, will reward you with sarcasm and unprofessionalism that can only be appreciated in person. RESPONSE TO DEALER COMMENT: Then please allow me to elaborate. Lauren made it clear during phone communications that she wanted to further discuss the value of her trade. When I mentioned this to Ethan his attitude changed immediately. Not once, past that point, was he polite or respectful. Our request of an additional $2000 was based on Kelly blue book value for trades which Ethan said you don’t use yet you had sent my daughter a link to Kelly blue book. When we pointed this out to Ethan he then said they DID submit it to Kelly blue book but “even they didn’t want it”. Professional? When I questioned the method used to determine the trade value the sales manager said they had to consider how it drove and if there were issues. No one drove the trade vehicle. My daughter was also not made aware that her $500 phone deposit secured the sale and made it no longer negotiable. Why was this not mentioned? She was only told it was refundable. Ethan communicated with me with snide remarks and sarcasm while standing over me and behind me. Remarks such as “she could have told me that 2 months ago”. He had a quick, rude remark for every point I made. YOU LOST THE SALE MAINLY BECAUSE OF YOUR ATTITUDES! These car salesmen were offended that I called them out on their customer service and now they’re going to play the victim in response to my review. IF SH THINKS THIS IS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN PEOPLE NEED TO SHOP ELSEWHERE. Advice from others has been to shop Keehler or Mohawk. We plan to do that. Does corporate see your reviews? I felt like he knew what I was looking for before I did and he nailed it. Also appreciate that he was easy working with me, a 60+ year old woman, without assuming my husband or other male was going to be involved (yes, other dealers have made that mistake!). Lisa was very efficient and professional regarding finance and warranty options. She did not exert pressure, but rather provided very thorough background on all options. I made the 3+ hour trip to Saratoga Honda because they offered me the best deal (by far) on my trade, sight unseen. They did not try to offer me less after seeing the car, nor were they pushy about up-selling me extras. Dave helped me program my console and helped me remove the seat covers from my old car. Very smooth transaction and great customer service. It was a long drive to buy the same car I could get locally, but I’ll be calling them first when it’s time to upgrade.

I spoke with Danielle, one of the managers, and she was kind enough to help me get a last-minute service call. Speaking of service, the work performed was quick and they didn’t try to tack on any unnecessary “checks or supplementary maintenance.” The service advisor that I spoke, Shawn Hugg, was very professional and even offered me a discount that I wasn’t even aware of. Just a short shout out and thank-you to Toni McCombie of Saratoga Honda who was MORE than patient with me when I called her every other day for a few days regarding leasing a 2022 Honda Civic Sport. Toni was professional and caring whenever we spoke. Due to the loss of our car to the floods of Ida here in NJ my wife and I were in need of a car ASAP and due to COVID, computer chip shortages, floods etc car production has been down and locating one has been a bit difficult. We were unable to obtain a vehicle at Saratoga due to the aforementioned hurdles however we were fortunate to locate one many weeks faster from another dealership and just couldnt pass that deal up. These days even for car dealerships its like Las Vegas.....its hit or miss to get THAT car that you desire. It seems that dealerships are only allocated just a few cars in a certain time frame. Regardless....if you are in the market give Toni McCombie a call.....youll be glad you did!

Taylor Clark was wonderful. When we came in he made sure to talk to both myself and my husband and listen to everything we both had to say. My husband was willing to spend a little more than me but he made sure to stick to the budget I was willing to spend. He showed us all of the options within our price range as well as some vehicles below our price point. He also made sure to offer us the ability to test drive the same vehicle in different trims to show us each difference.
