Had new counter tops installed the job wasnt what was agreed on. The sales person told us they would correct the problem! I never heard from them so I called they told me they were busy and call back, Never received a call back so I called and they said their not responsible. Salesman told me that he never said that which he flat out lied to me! The only good thing that came out of this Im taking these counter tops out and having another company come and do it the way we wanted them done. BUYER BEWARE IF YOU NOTICE ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE AT THE SAME TIME!

BEWARE!!! Gaia STOLE our money and never delivered a countertop. Renan Goncalves CHARGED OUR CREDIT CARD TO HIS PERSONAL ACCOUNT. When delivery day came, NO ONE SHOWED UP. We gave them a second chance to do the job. No one ever showed up to take measurements on the day we had been promised. After calling around, the owner told me he was not going to do the job after all. When I asked for a refund, Renan asked for our bank account and routing number, which we did not give him. I asked for the refund on the same credit card we paid with. Renan told us they issued us a cashiers check and placed it in the mail instead. It is now over a week after he told us we should be expecting that in the mail and NOTHING HAS SHOWN UP. This is a very DECEITFUL company. LIES and DISHONESTY are all we have experienced. They still have 75% of the money for a job they never completed and dont plan on completing. Where is my refund Gaia???

Wow!!!!! This would be the first word I would use to describe Gaia Stone Gallery. I went into the Sarasota show room and met Eduardo Sauer. Eddie was wonderful as he explained how the stones were created by nature and that no two are exactly alike. I was only looking to do counter tops in our 25 year old kitchen, however, Eddie explained that Gaia Stone Gallery also did cabinets. My husband and I selected an exotic granite called Atlas from Gaia (with Eddies guidance) while Eddie arranged for the measurements to be completed. His co-worker, Luciano, arrived with the fabricator, Paulo, to show me and my husband cabinet samples. Once all of the measurements and choices were made, the work began. Paulo sent me a video showing our cabinets being made. The cabinet installers, Bruno and Roger were amazing! They spent over 9 hours installing our cabinets to perfection. They cleaned up after they were finished. The handles/cabinet pulls that Paulo selected were beautiful and complimented the stunning Mahnolia Linen cabinets. The stone/counter top installers, Allan and another young man arrived and completed the installation. Our kitchen has been transformed and it is gorgeous! Thank you to everyone involved, especially Eddie Sauer. We love our new kitchen and will refer Gaia Stone Gallery to our family and friends.

GAIA is out of this world !!!!! I bought a slab called blue Roma over there !!! IT IS the most precious and beautiful slab that I have ever seen ! They even helped me getting a wine to enjoy my stay at their gallery !!!!! I loved everything ! Fun time at Gaia!

I loved Gaia !! They have the best material selection that I have seen !!! They help you on everything, I totally recommend going there and check it ! ( I only did my counter-top, but they do have amazing cabinets and floors as well !!!!)

They have an amazing gallery (Literally a gallery) of natural stones and now they also have modern cabinets (custom) that looks great !! I went there to buy my countertop and ended up buying my whole kichen ! They have such a nice costumer service, they were so helpful and stood by my side the whole project !!!!!
