So I placed an order for An edible arrangement on Thursday I received confirmation and I was scheduled to pick up at 1:00 on 10/09. Come 10/10 I am told it has to be picked up sooner or They can’t fulfill the order. So, needless to say, not only can they not fill an order, they also cant stand behind their promises. Find a new vendor! I should have know better sue to the poor google reviews-so my bad for giving someone the opportunity to amend those poor reviews or their poor service. And look at their response. I told them I wouldnt be home to take the delivery, twice, and I didnt order chocolate soup with fruit floating in it so how is that an option or way of making it right??? As for the refund, I have yet to see it.

If youre ordering, make sure your recipient is home. We wanted to surprise our relatives for their birthday and didnt know they went away for the week. Now edible arrangements wants to charge us a $30 re-delivery fee on top of the $140 we already paid for the arrangements. Edible Arrangements could have checked before delivering instead of charging extra fees.

Someone sent an order I was supposed to receive December 24th. Have yet to receive and tracking # hasnt been updated. Not sure how editable it will be once it arrives. Would never order from here again. You cant even phone and get a live person.

Ive been a customer of this store for several years now. Holidays are busy for everyone, but this store has always done a great job for me! The chocolate covered apples were beyond delicious and my kids were literally begging for more! Next time, Ill take a box for each of my kids (and myself)! I highly recommend ordering from this location I will certainly be ordering again. Rachel helped me with my selection she went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. The presentation of the product was beautiful the fruit was delicious and was delivered wonderfully. The different shapes and the way the fruit is cut was just gorgeous a real work of art.Highly recommend they made my familys holiday season that much more sweet!

I stopped by Edible Arrangements this evening hoping to get a treat cup of chocolate covered bananas or strawberries. Unfortunately, the store hours were incorrect on Google so I arrived at closing. The woman who was there was very friendly and did her best to help us leave happy despite the late drop in. Being aware of the mix-up, we were sure to keep our visit brief, but she never made us feel rushed while there. The treats we left with were refreshing and yummy. Id be very happy to return to that store/location (during proper business hours- lol!).[*Note: Store hours have since been updated on Google.]

Great product !!! Makes a fabulous gift.I wanted to give something to my wife that was Unique. It had to be healthy as well as tasty. I had seen their arrangements at a friends party and so ordered this the day before. I must say the staff at this store was fabulous. They helped me select an arrangement and place the order. When I asked if the price included a tip for the driver, They indicated that it was not, and so I just went ahead and added a tip myself. Next day, we got the arrangement and all my wife could say was WOW!!!The delivery driver was very nice and courteous. He asked if we had any questions and when we indicated that we did not, he thanked us for the order and left. Great customer service. I will be ordering again.

Id like to complement the gentleman who delivered my arrangement and chocolate-covered strawberries this past Saturday. My son had ordered an arrangement for me for Mothers Day, and it was delivered in great condition. I was not at the door the first 2 times (yes, 2) that delivery was attempted so the delivery person called my cell and left a message. I called him back, he promised to deliver again (3rd time) which he did promptly. Highly recommend this location, and in particular the driver on Saturday (wish I had gotten his name). Thanks again.

Your staff is a great asset to your store. They went above and beyond to make the gift for my mother very special. Its very difficult to find a gift for her but your arrangements with the watermelon, mangos, and kiwis are extraordinary. She loved the arrangements so much, and so did all of us. Ordered the valentine arrangement for a couples anniversary and they raved of how beautiful the arrangement was and the fruit was fresh and delicious!

I placed an order online for delivery and received a confirmation number for the order by email. The next morning I get a call from a nice girl name Bernice she said that I would need to send my card front and back to her managers cell phone I asked her was the manager there she said no I asked her for the managers name she said she would have to call her to see if it was OK to give her name, she the called me back and stated I would only have to send the front of the card showing that it’s a visa with my name and gave me a cell phone number to send it too but still would not give me the name I then told her to have her manger call me which she did and this person stated that her name was Rachel and for security purposes she would need to see that I was in possession of the card, I would never send my card through a cell phone and reasoning was that the address Did not match, please tell me how you can tell if the address matches by seeing the front and back of my card I’m going to file a complaint with franchise.

Im so impressed. Not just by the beautiful fruit arrangement my Mom received, but from their customer service. My mom leads a busy life, which is even busier on her birthday. The store called her a couple of days before her delivery to ask if the delivery window would work for her. When it didnt, they offered her so many alternate options that it showed both of us how much they cared about delivering her gift when it was most convenient for her. Theyve got me as a lifelong customer. Thank you!

Always the freshest fruit available. Great for parties and really any occasions. Theres also fruit salad cups and dipped strawberry cups available daily at the store for walk-ins that are perfect snacks.

Had gone to ed smith stadium in Sarasota .a friend of mine had told me about ediblearrangements nearby.so we went there. We were greeted by as cheerful young lady who welcomed us to her store and offered us a sample chocolate dipped apples.we loved them so much that I ordered a box to go.I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family

Just had a baby 2 days ago. Mother of four trying to transition with new baby. I have a sign on my door that says do not not or ring door bell. If a package leave by door. The delivery guy calls my husband, I suppose his number was given to him by the family member who gifted us a basket and my husband relayed the same message. The delivery guy disregarded my husbands orders as well as the sign an BANGED on my door. This than made my doberman go crazy which woke up 2 napping children. What makes this even worse is there was a balloon attached that said baby enough of a clue saying to the delivery man that theres a newborn in this house. So thank you so much for being the most disrespectful delivery business ever. Thank you for waking up two napping children I worked so hard to put down. Thank you for the scream fits they both had because they were woken up before they were finished napping. Thank you for unnecessarily making my day harder while I am trying to heal from giving birth. Thank you for ignoring MY SIGN which I will gladly provide a picture.

I ordered my bestie an arrangement for valentines day. I know its a busy day and i ordered it with only a little notice but i would expect they would just tell me up front they couldnt do it so i could make other arrangements. Instead it never showed up. I called on Wednesday to see what happened and they girl told me shed call me back before 5. She didnt call back until Thursday afternoon instead. The manager told me the order was never processed and therefore never made and did i still want it or did i want my money back? I guess i wouldnt be so irritated if I didnt spend so much money... I wish they had just been a little more realistic with their promises. I got a refund and intend to take my business elsewhere next valentines day.

Placed an order online. Came to pickup. They said it had not been started and to give 1/2 an hour. I waited 1 hour. Came back. Still not ready. There were two of us. The woman offered one free strawberry while I waited? Almost half an hour later it was done. Tried to call several times and the message says thank you for using the automated attendant, goodbye

Just received a box of chocolate dipped fruit ordered from my daughter in Louisiana for my birthday. I was disappointed. When I looked at the inside of the banana dipped in chocolate it was black. After cutting open each of the pieces of banana, they were all black. Whoever prepared the pieces, must have seen the same thing and didnt care enough to select another banana. Threw all the banana pieces in the garbage disposal. Some of the strawberries were also over ripened and then covered up in chocolate.Was so looking forward to receiving these. I was very disappointed. I will encourage my daughter and son in law to not use edible arrangements next time.

They delivered the wrong package to my mother on mothers day. The person who got the right package then called my mothers house (she has an unlisted number so should not have even had the number). The delivery man said he would be right back once he left and got the right delivery. He never came back. I called and was told now all their delivery drivers were out. I said they should bring the right order/card back to the house (theres still time.. mom doesnt know this is happening yet). The store manager rudely hung up on me and said enjoy the box.. enjoy the box which is a mixed up order with someone elses card...yeah Ill just give that to me mom. Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not order from these people.

I placed an order for a same-day delivery to an important customer of mine. Its now a week and a half later than the expected delivery date and I just learned that it still has never been delivered! I would never order anything from this company again.

We ordered from this shop on line for Mothers Day a week prior to Mothers Day and received 2 email confirmations. We set our delivery for the Friday before to make sure that my mother-in-law would receive her gift in a timely manner. When my husband and I did not get a confirmation of delivery by 4:30 on the 6th (also my birthday) I tracked the delivery through the confirmation email and was shocked to see that it said our order was refunded! After being on hold for 18+ min I was told the order was canceled on the 3rd due to too many deliveries in the area! I never received any notification, was told sorry there is nothing we can do and the manager was unavailable and can call you back! Really 2 days befor Mothers Day! Very bad customer service!!!!!!!
