Top rated service. My dealer couldnt get me in before leaving Michigan, so my oil level was down and I needed an oil change. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained what was done.

It is a great place for a bulb change. Oil changes are a little pricey, but there are always coupons. Last time I went it took longer than we planned, an hour. But all in all we accomplished what was needed; oil change and break light bulb. They take care of any problems with the servicea!! They are good!

They tried to up sell me to synthetic oil that my car manufacturer recommended. I was reluctant and said go ahead. I stayed in the car they drained the oil then they came to me and said they didnt have synthetic that they would have to upcharge me again to a blend. I had no choice but to go with the blend. I told one of the attendants that I had a $20 off coupon and he said that it was from a different region (Manatee County) but he would give me $15 off so I agreed to that. An attendant said my car was finished and asked me to pull forward as I started pulling forward there was a tech underneath the car still working, I was told to stop immediately. When they were finally finished I was instructed to pull forward and out. The manager came with a bill and it was over what I was quoted. I showed him the coupon and he said the tech never told him I had a coupon. I was told by another tech I was all done and could leave. The manager had not returned my credit card or my receipt. I instructed the management of my dismay and the clowns that he had working for him.

Great Place. The 3 guys were all great and worked as a team to get my car done fast. I had called ahead of my visit to ask about a Groupon and thankfully was told they are not a participating Jiffy Lube but that they had a coupon I could use on their web site. Thank you.

Was there this morning before they opened. Went inside, and the staff member was super friendly. I was in and out in about twenty-five minutes. Their other customer was also commenting on how courteous and friendly the staff are here. I also appreciated not trying to be up-sold on every service.

They did an excellent Job and provided me with plenty of information on what services they were completing. They never pressed any unwanted services on me but only made suggestions on what they believed would be beneficial.

They got me right in made sure they met my needs and went beyond with giving me a little vacuum after finishing the job. Great job

I know it’s Jiffy Lube and they are known for their fast oil changes but I am unsure why they charge so much for an oil change, when other businesses are usually $20-$30. They always have coupons so I had one I found on their website for the normal $20 off...so it would be a decent price for an oil change. Well, Larry told me that the coupon expired yesterday. When I asked if there were any other coupons Larry said no. I felt like it was because I denied to have my air and cabin filter changed when i can do that by myself. After I paid my bill I looked back on their website and found there was one for $12 off, which Larry could have mentioned but didn’t. Bad customer service and won’t be going back. Should have done my research a little bit more. You live and learn.I’m editing this because I’ve tried to call thecorporate office and they are always closed. Even though the coupon I have doesn’t expire until August 6, 2019, Larry never even tried typing in coupon code. No point in going back in because my card was already charged. Just beware everyone. You are better off taking your vehicle to a dealership with train professionals for your car.

The staff here is superb! They are highly professional, skilled, and attentive to their clients needs. I went in for a transmission fluid change and from the moment I was greeted I was made comfortable by getting told where the restrooms were, offered water or coffee, and offered an entertaining TV show to watch while they worked on my car. The store manager was very helpful and explained to me in detail what the vehicle needed. I highly recommend this location.

Service was quick! price initially seemed high I had them go ahead with service. I called auto zone and the materials alone cost 34$ Jiffy lube charged about 45$ although now I dont have to lay on the ground remove 10 bolt splash guard spill a little oil in my driveway and find out I dont have the right tool to remove the oil filter. You get what you pay for. I will be returning to jiffy lube.

Costumer service was great as well as car Service was quick. Don’t know much about cars but Larry who I believe is the assistant manager was extremely helpful and very friendly. A little bit pricier than Walmart but you get the quality you’re paying for. Definitely sticking to jiffy lube from now on.

I took my Audi in for an oil change. I paid $141.83 for the service. The oil was then leaking out of my car so I took it to another Jiffy Lube on Bee Ridge. I was told they hadnt cleaned the old oil and so they then cleaned underneath. The oil continued to leak. I contacted the franchise owner and told him of the problem. He told me to bring my car in and they would take a look at it. Instead I took it to the Audi dealer and $300 later they repaired the damage the original techs had done to the filter. I requested a credit to my account, however, the franchise owner said because I didnt bring my car back into their shop, they would not credit my account. I have NEVER posted a bad review about a company, but just beware, for $141.83 they are not willing to make a customer happy.

Took my car in for a regular oil change and tire check. First oil change since moving to FL and I have to say that the staff was incredibly friendly. They knew that I had just gotten my air filters done at my last service and didnt try to upsell me anything! The oil blend seemed a little higher in cost (maybe around 10-20 dollars) than I had paid for a similar blend in the past, but I was told that it was a different oil that they use at this location, so I wasnt too surprised or put off by that. Both gentlemen working took time talking to me and checking my car, even taking extra care to check one problem tire for a leak. I will definitely return. Most pleasant experience Ive had at a Jiffy Lube.

Wonderful experience! Stopped in to have some work done on my way home to Apollo Beach. The technician was so informative and very kind. I barely spent 20 minutes in there before they had it all taken care of! I will be making the hour drive back out there next time I need auto work done!

I trust this Jiffy Lube and as a woman who knows nothing about cars thats important. The employees are always friendly and professional and the service is really fast. I will be continuing to get my oil changed here for as long as I live in the area.

These guys saw the opportunity to take advantage of a female trying to get her oil changed. I was told today that my vehicle REQUIRED synthetic oil when it does not specify that in the vehicle manual. They were trying to make me pay $70 for an oil change when I usually only get regular oil. Will never go back here again and would not refer to anyone. Honesty is a plus.

Excellent customer service!! And they will check your fluids and top them off for free during the next 3000 miles anywhere in the country! Thats pretty cool...I will definitely be back..only thing is, and its probably not their fault, but my jeep is still showing message that I need to change oil, so I will have to call them when they reopen...super satisfied customer!

Just like any fast lube shop, try to sell you everything you dont need..

They pretty obviously make commission on selling you extra stuff: air filter, wiper blades (super expensive). Worst of all my tire was basically flat when I was in there, they told me they checked all the tires and fluids and I was all good.This particular jiffy lube is bad.

Theyll deny your use of a coupon and deliberately make your tire flat. I had to go to a different mechanic and he told me the valve was loose and that doesnt happen on its own, someone has to intentionally do it

So I took my car in on Thursday for an oil change. Drove to Orlando and noticed a puddle of oil leaking. We took it to a jiffy lube in Kissimmee and the manager is here. He came back and showed us how the Jiffy Lube in Sarasota broke our oil stick (they broke the top from the stick) and never told me.
