Great place. I took my BMW in for brakes since Ive sworn off the BMW Dealership for good. The parts and labor was very fair. They gave updates as I chose to wait in their lobby. Im going back for an oil change (priced awesome for full synthetic) and then a HPFP and injector issue(s). For this review, the brake job was done perfect. Sensors were replaced and no dash lights. Used a performance set of pads and it feels better than the stock pads I drove around on for quite a while. Definitely check them out and Ill either edit or wrote another review for my oil change and the injector/fuel issue.

My sisters mother in law was new in town and She had a light on the dash. The manager came out and asked a few questions. She did have an oil change on the way down from the North East. He said let me check a few things. He reset the oil light. Spent a few minutes checking other things. NO CHARGE!!! Her car is a 2003 Toyota Corella. He said, It a great car and in good shape ( Giving peace of mind to this 87 year old spry lady) He asked that we keep him and the garage in mind for any services. Would not not even take a tip. Just a kind gentleman running his business with ethical standards. Its been a few weeks since. No issues with her car. Will use this garage again and again. I have had my own oil change there, too.

I worked with Edgar for a long time before he opened this shop and I can tell you he understands customer service and how to build relationships with his customers so they keep coming back. I stopped by at about 4:30 last Thursday because my air conditioner went out. I was expecting to simply schedule an appointment. Instead, they quickly checked my A/C, told me the issue, AND got my air conditioner working again in less than a half hour! Although, I must return to get my air compressor replaced for a permanent solution, Im still amazed that they did all that for me that late in the day. I was grateful to be able to drive away with cool air for the time being.

Worst place Ive ever been to very misleading and dishonest had my truck there for 4 days they did nothing flon the 4th day they said they were going to do an alignment so they sent it to Tires Plus do the alignment when I went to pick up my truck is that I owe $90 I then ask to see paperwork while he was getting paperwork I called Tires Plus and Pardro who works at tires plus told me they did not do any alignment trying to get me for $90 Hector who works at HQ is very far from a mechanic very unsatisfied with there service

Long story short, they hoped right on my car to get me back on the road when I had brake issues!! Great service, very friendly and knowledgeable owners/mechanics!! 5/5 will without hesitation return if Im in the area.

First time there for me but my mother and grandmother also frequent here. Great prices. Friendly and nice staff. Very upfront and show you what they find. Dont try to sell you on anything you dont need. Would definitely recommend them for any auto service.

So, I am currently in between cars and I am driving my dads 2003 Camry! The vehicle is in rough shape and I know this that is why it is an in between car! I went to PepBoys on 301 and they told me I needed a water pump and wanted to charge me $650.00 dollars No WAAAAY!!!! Then I went to a smaller shop on N. Washington he didnt really want the job but said $450,00 and I buy the part. Basically came out to $650.00 Again! Went To HQ Auto I remembered I use to work with I guy who works there . I pulled in first of all they did not act like it was a ridiculously hard job, they said no problem that will take a couple hours and we will do it for $385.00 including the part! Turned out it want even the water pump, it was some hoses under the water pump so it was even less! I am confident both of the other places would have still charged me the full $650.00 for a part I didnt even need! Thank you Edgar and staff!!!!

I brought in my vehicle to see if they can tell me what was wrong with it after I told them the symptoms and I was told that a tune up is all it needs, a few minutes later they tell me that an oil gasket needs to be replaced since Im doing the tune up the gasket needs to be done now. $400 later the problem still exists and they asked me to bring it back and I did, now they said it could be the MASS AIRFLOW SENSOR so what Im trying to say is this..... Dont pay them to guess what is wrong with your vehicle, you can guess yourself and its free. I spent $400 on something that didnt need to get done right now and my initial problem still exist. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was referred to HCC Auto by my cousin and I can honestly say that it has been the very best auto service I have ever received. David, the owner, is not only a great mechanic but he is extremely reasonable and honest. Many mechanics give you the run around with whats wrong with your car but with David, he tells exactly what you NEED fixed not trying to sell you a bunch of parts and services.I highly recommend this place!!!

I had a big box tire shop tell me I had major front end problems wanted 3,200 to fix it. I found HD auto repair, it may not look like much but this family business is the most honest repair shop I believe around. My front end was fine the shaking was from a bad rotor in the front they saved me $ 2800.00 the car runs great thank you Edger and your father for being so honest. There employes were all so polite and very eager to satisfy the customer...before you get a job done take it to HD auto repair for a second option.

ABSOLUTE SLEAZE. They sold my girlfriend and me a car with a cracked block that they had filled with sealant. They refuse to do anything about it. The sealant indicates they knew or should have known the engine was trash. Stay away.
