This place has an amazing selection of plumbing fixtures for kitchen and bath, along with sinks, tubs and toilets. Things are very nicely displayed and the staff is extremely helpful. I highly recommend them.

I recently needed a replacement sink faucet part that should have been covered under warranty. The mfg. denied my request, but fortunately Lisa Woodruff stepped in and acted as my advocate by calling them back to present my case. Her professional persuasiveness paid off, as I did receive a replacement at NC. It is doubtful any other company would have taken the time and effort to ensure their customers happiness. LISA was beyond amazing to work with, especially during COVID. Her attention to detail is mind boggling. On a whim, I replaced 26 door knobs...sounds simple but required numerous visits to the showroom. I also gutted a 32 year old “ugly” bathroom based entirely on Lisa’s choices and it’s gorgeous. My most recent project was a kitchen cabinet redo and her suggestion of pulls just popped the white doors.Finally, above and beyond, she had a manufacturer send photos of 30 knobs so we could hand pick the “perfect” 6 to match what I had.

We have been customers of The Plumbing Place for many years and have always been very pleased on the selection, quality and great customer service provided us. Our most recent visit we were looking for a stylish, high quality kitchen sink faucet. John, the companys President happened to offer his assistance and we nailed down just what we wanted. As we were walking around the store, we came across some super kitchen sinks, but what caught our eye was the TopZero single bowl sink selection. After getting the details, we told John we would like to pursue a possible purchase. He provided us the information, told us that their installer was excellent and TopZero guarantees their installation and if there was a mishap, they would replace whatever may be damaged. Even though we started out with the faucet, we are absolutely thrilled with the purchase of the TZ and installation (short wait time), actually we picked the best time for us and they arranged it and were at our home on time and made the installation in the time they promised! She provided excellent, professional service even though this was a small issue for them, I am sure. We have received outstanding service from Noelle. She recommended a walk in tub that had all the features that I was looking for and we got an excellent price. We bought all our accessories there. When we had a problem with one of the faucets due to the space our plumber required for installation, Noelle found a replacement that worked. We have found Plumbing Place extremely easy to work with and we highly recommend them.Addendum. When we retired and moved down to Florida 20 plus years ago we bought and gutted a condo at Terrace East on Siesta Key. We bought all of our kitchen and bathroom equipment at the Plumbing Place. We recently moved the Bay Village and once again we returned to the Plumbing Place because of the quality of their products and service. You may find cheaper products elsewhere, but if you want quality products that last and great service to boot, you cannot go wrong here!

An outstanding business in all respects. We found sinks, toilets, and hardware that were not run-of-the-mill and still stayed within our budget. Lisa is the best! She made suggestions, knew her inventory front to back and what would work with what to give us what we wanted in decor and function. She worked tirelessly to see that our vision was realized. We are moving out of state and building a house and will continue to call her for anything else we need.

I have money to spend and I would of spent it here, but they thought for some reason they are better then my wife and I and didnt give us the time of day. The Plumbing Place (TPP) offers a wide selection of both beautiful designer fixtures, and they can order more moderately priced lines. We found Noelle to be experienced and very knowledgeable. When our project required some unusual solutions, she researched and found products to solve them. Definitely recommend TPP.

Before purchasing, we used fiberglass shower panes which only lasted years before cracking and causing significant water damage. Not only do they have THE most incredible selection (and displays) of fabulous plumbing and lighting fixtures, but they have a particularly amazing employee, Lisa Woodruff, who I believe is a HUGE asset to those of us who may need help in choosing fixtures or designing a bathroom that is disabled friendly.Until yesterday, I had never met Lisa in person. She was the contact person that my contractor had been working with in order to help me choose safety bars and a hand held shower fixture for my master bathroom because my partner had recently become an amputee and we needed a couple of quick fixes to ensure his safety in the bathroom until we could plan a proper rennovation.A sudden and traumatic injury like this really changes ones life and ones way of living. Thanks to Lisas expertise (especially on the subject of disabilities due to her prior nursing experience), she was able to work with me over the phone and via email (long distance) to select the various devices we would need so that my partner could get safely in and out of our shower.Now that we are back in Sarasota again, my contractor is in the process of completely renovating the master bath suite.
