If I could give negative stars I would have. Placed an order 6 months ago, was told 6 weeks to come in.. still waiting! Customer service is awful, they have flat out lied and said my order is in multiple times. Ive had them call 3 different times saying lets schedule install only for them to call the day before and say sorry your order isnt here!! Finally I told a manager Ill cancel if you cant me an accurate real date and she said if thats what you want cancel. No help from anyone and told again last week my order is in its way to store and will be installed this week, today being told no its not even here!! Very poor customer service from sales to management especially for selling high end appliances. Dont waste your money. Home Depot has better service than this place.

Very easy to purchase items but then the after sales support just falls flat on its face. You get a pre-install inspection done which seems great until every installer after says you are missing something and either it cant be installed or not installed correctly. I ordered 5 appliances and each one had to be reinstalled or is missing items. I have waited 4 weeks since their last promise to follow up and like usual nothing. So here is my last attempt at getting a response, which I hope isnt the usual Im swamped response.

Alexander Graham was our Showroom Designer and she did an exceptional job of helping us pick plumbing fixtures for new construction, competitive prices, and she was very knowledgeable. Alexander was so easy to work with that we decided to order the kitchen appliances from her.

Great place! We went here today to choose items for our bathroom remodel with our designer. Large selection and the staff member we worked with was very knowledgable, kind and helpful. I would highly recommend working with them.

Staff very helpful in working with us to identify new lighting for a bathroom, and the order went through without a hitch in delivery to us. The advice we got was invaluable. The new lighting looks great! And yes, we made this visit to Ferguson in the summer off season where we didnt have to clamor for customer assistance as you might anywhere during Sarasotas winter season.

Kris was fantastic. Spent a lot of time with us trying to pick out fixtures for new house. Knowledgeable and he good ideas. Big parking lot. Easy to see from road. Large selection of light fixtures and bath and kitchen fixtures. Lots of different basins, free standing tubs, and high-end appliances.

I ordered a composite stone sink from a well known manufacturer and it came in the wrong color, Ferguson reordered the sink and it came in cracked. They reordered the sink two more times and each time it came in cracked. To say by this time, that I was totally fed up would be an understatement, as was the salesperson. So I finally ordered a different brand of sink, not quite what I wanted but I was totally done. So this isnt a bad review for Ferguson, because they kept trying right along. The other brand sink came in perfect the first time and Ferguson stood up and did the right thing because of all the inconveniences.So if you want to find a kitchen or bathroom fixture suppy house, these are the people to see. They were also less money on the same products, which was a bonus.

I just returned from the Ferguson Showroom & couldnt be more pleased with the service I received. I didnt have an appointment but as soon as I stepped through the door the receptionist asked if I needed assistance & pointed pointed me to the product I was looking for. I didnt get her name but she was very pleasant. I looked around a bit & then Amy proceeded to help with my purchase. Amy was very knowledgeable & helpful. I placed my order & look forward to having it delivered to my home.Thank-you Amy & the whole staff at Ferguson!

I have to give this company a 1 star review. They missed our delivery date more than once, delivered an obviously damaged product, and their install team had no clue how to install properly (I finally had to stop them from trying and read the instructions to them.). Disappointing.

We were looking for a high end fixture supplier for a bathroom reno and a bathroom add on. Made the mistake of arriving without an appointment. Beautiful showroom and the anticipated array of quality fixtures. The attitude of the woman who greeted us was right out of a movie. She asked if we had an appointment to which we replied no; well I might as well have asked her for some spare change with the way she reacted next. She dissinterestedly suggested that we look around and said that she would find someone to help us. Clearly someone less important than her who might be able to find something we could afford. The truth is, we could afford anything in the store that we wanted, but were treated like second class citizens. Dreadful snooty sales staff that we encountered will insure that we never spend any money at Ferguson.
