Came in because my ac on my car was just not blowing cold air. Id taken it to a couple mechanics prior but nobody could seem to find the problem. The compressor had been changed a year prior but that didnt fix it. Multiple leak checks etc the car had refrigerant with no leaks detected. I brought it in to Kevin and he figured out the problem. Gave me a great price and was very professional i recommended this shop 100% very fair with great family values..

Outstanding service. Came in with a bent wheel, two guys werent busy so they came out to check it out right away. They pulled my car in, checked for air leak, straightened the rim and resprayed the rim - I was on my way 10 minutes later.

My name is Kimberly Reese and here is my review.This dealer is not one I would ever buy from again. This establishment gives the word USED a whole new meaning. This is the way you will be feeling if you choose to do business with this establishment. The 2006 Grand Am I purchased has now 146k. The records show the cars odometer had 170k once upon a time. ??? I would not recommend this used dealer to anyone in fact I tell anyone looking for a used vehicle NOT to go there. I would not let these folks repair my bicycle must less my automobile. You got me good but it will never happen again. So sorry I ever purchased from here.

Was at a tire shop for alignment and was told i needed new tirods because they were frozen. Came here and Kevin did alignment with no problems and didnot need new tirods. Great price and aervice. Very honest

Bought 2004 pathfinder Jan this year. Feb transmission started slipping. After a 350.00 fluid change and filter. Find out its fried. Took it back see if he would sell BTW in 1 month they put 103 miles on it. Never offered helping repairs. Id not brought this up but when I got my tags it was $397.00 he never offered my change that was a TEST ANDE AN U FAILED UR MONEY HUNGRY AND GREEDY AS HELL!!!!! IF YOUR SMART STAY AWAY

Great service and expertise. I took my vehicle to the dealer and they estimated repairs at over $1,000. I went directly to Andes and they explained the problem and provided the solution for $400. Needless to say that the dealer was trying to empty my pockets. Andes is a fair and reliable source for auto repair. Will reccomend to friends and family.

I dont know what to make of the negative reviews, but over the past years we have had Andes do repairs on vehicles and never felt we had been scammed or overcharged. Additionally, our family members are driving the 3rd used vehicle we have gotten from Andes and we are still very pleased with the quality of cars and the deals weve gotten.

Bought a vehicle here. Of course you get what you pay for! They were not truthful about the services that they claimed they did. No grease at all in the differentials, blown radiator hose, and a few other things that were not fixed or related. Would not recommend.

Please remember this vehicle was purchased 3 months prior and any issues with this vehicle were just recently brought to our attention. The owner reimbursed you for needed repairs done to the vehicle.
