I met with Kevin and his VAC team yesterday. Kevin could not of been a more knowledgeable, kinder, thoughtful business person. It is rare in today’s fast-paced world of technology to find somebody who truly has passion for what he does, has integrity and is an absolute gentleman. Kevin took time out of his busy day to not only walk me through the repairs done to my amplifier, but also to show me how to properly maintain them going forward. Kevin and I spent at least three hours getting to know each other and I can say after that time VAC is not only my current amp but will be my next. No matter what level of audio file you currently are, I would highly recommend taking a look at VAC products for the simple reason that not only are the products superior and believe me I’ve done my research, but customer service team is fantastic. The fact that you can talk directly to the man who owns the company is worth it’s weight in gold. Kevin if you read this, thank you again!Cheers
