I called this company to check on availability of an item. I was assured by the sales rep that one was in stock. In fact, he said they had two in stock. The moment I hung up the phone I immediately ordered one online. Next day I received an email message that they were out of stock. They recommend I pay $30 more for a case that was too larger for my mixer. I cant recommend this store!

I ordered merchandise from this company, paid in full and did not recieve my full shipment. This dispute has been going on since May 2019, it is now September 2019 and Im out $5020 USD. I have spoken with the company, FedEx, and PayPal someone dropped the ball, but no one wants to help.
