Prime Audio team installed a complete home automation very professionally and with great expertise. They did everything well within a reasonable budget.

We were referred to Prime Audio by the builder of our house. We have used AV providers before but Prime Audio has been the best experience so far and we will definitely use them again and also recommend them to others. We were very impressed by expertise across so many areas (home audio/video, surveillance, alarm, networking, etc.), and we were also very pleased with how they custom fit solutions to our needs/home. Very pleased with quality of workmanship.

On time. Price was just what we were quoted. 2 guys did the work quickly, timely and we were very happy with the results. Ill never hang another TV again.

I would not recommend Prime Audio. Too busy to even respond and was not very proactive in providing a real solution. Go elsewhere if you want good service.

I had prime audio/video install my new 65” tv today and I’m very pleased with the job they did. Within an hour the tv was mounted and all hooked up and running. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the product. They arrived at the designated time and set up all the components and set the necessary upgrades. I would highly recommend they for any audio or video services.

I love technology but I am smart enough that I know that I am not good at it! I was so impressed by the install of Kevin and Eric from Prime Audio. They integrated wifi, 3 very different TVs, Roku, apple phones, Spectrum (complicated provider), connected with an amazing receiver (international languages...beyond my understanding) and it all works beautifully. They were on time, clean work and the zoned speakers (in all rooms and the pool lanai) are crystal clear. If we have future needs we will call on them again. Thanks Kevin and Eric!

Kevin did an excellent job repairing our audio system at our gym! The part that he needed to replace wasnt available at any local suppliers, and he managed to diagnose the issue, have it shipped overnight, and installed all in about 48 hours. Would definitely recommend Prime Audio Video!

Stuart and the team are fantastic. They always return calls and show up when they are scheduled. When troubleshooting issues, they are thorough and do a great job at translating tech-talk into normal english. Anytime I needed to replace a piece of hardware, they would do their research and find the right gear for the job. Never have they tried to sell me something I didnt need or want. Prime AV is the real deal.

I work for Veronica Fish and Oyster in Southside Village and for the past three years weve always had issues with our stereo system. I knew I had to do something quick after the embarrassment of having multiple guests complain about the tinny sound of our music. I looked into replacing and installing brand, new high end speakers myself and realized that I had no idea what I was doing. I looked on Yelp to find a specialist locally and Prime Audio Video had amazing reviews with a great website too! I knew that I found the perfect people for the job after speaking with Stuart Posin on the phone and scheduling a consultation. Stuart and Kevin Phillippi got to the restaurant early for the appointment and got to work. They almost instantly figured out that the speakers were fine but they werent getting enough power. The music in the restaurant sounds amazing after the replacement of our amplifier! Stuart and Kevin took care of our unique situation and most importantly saved us a lot of money. It was great working with an honest company of great people and will definitely use them for any needs in the future!

We ordered a Sunbrite outdoor television from Prime Environments. It arrived promptly and their installation was excellent. They were here on time and are very nice people. Would recommend them to everyone!

Horrible service!! I waited all day on Thursday the 17th of September and again on Thursday the 24th. The first day waiting I called and spoke to Kevin, he said they had the wrong phone number and information and he apologized, the second time they called and said they were on there way at 8:30 am and never showed up! I called several times and finally got Kevin to answer, he said he was at my house a little after 9:00 am, hes a liar! I had a small job and he just didnt want to do the job. Dont use this company.

Kevin was great at helping us put up and take down our hurricane shutters -- fast, friendly, and courteous. Will use his company again!!!
