UpFront Technologies installed security cameras inside and outside around my house. Brian did a great job of assessing my needs over the phone ahead of time quickly and matching me with the right products based on my needs. The installers went the extra mile to solve problems in my house in order to ensure a system that worked. They ended up staying longer than expected and the job was more involved than initially anticipated, but they made sure everything was done right. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had a security camera that needed replacement. Paul T. came out, diagnosed the problem, and seamlessly replaced the camera. He even borrowed our vacuum and cleaned up after the install. We are very happy with their knowledge and service.

Installing a TV over our fireplace was challenging because we needed to run a cable along an outside wall. Two other companies weren’t up to the task. This is a very professional company and I am very pleased with their installation. I had to replace an intercom that was stuck by lightning and they did an excellent job replacing it. There were a few problems with the product that they were sent by the manufacturer and they quickly responded and made everything perfect. They always answered my emails quickly. We needed someone to install our security camera system and to fix our wifi issues. In a hurricane-friendly home, you have severe wifi issues - not anymore! Upfront has a team of really smart guys that did such I good job that I was actually shocked. I am honestly not used to this kind of service. They worked so hard, showed us everything, explained everything. I mean, there is not one thing they could have done better. I will use them for everything I ever need done for my house in the future. And here is some truth about me - I am not easy to please; if I pay for work I expect good work. Installed 75 tv on wall ex job !!! had a few tec issues with spectrum got that resolved....Cable boxes would not boot up, took tech over an hour to figure the problem out!! had to disconnect the IR . boot box, then plug in the IR again works great . thinking did not get the IR from spectrum so may be not compatable.. plus needed a Signal Booster. thank you to the TEAM At UPFRONT TECNOLOGIES great job.. regards sal....

These guys helped me solve endless unsolvable riddles with Frontier and Comcast and more. If it wasnt for them, I would still be having a horrible internet service and cable issues. It was practically impossible to watch netflix on smart tv with the frontier service provided. We have met a lot of unwilling unprofessional technicians coming from Comcast and Frontier. Local Integrative Sounds Co came at least 7 times trying to fix the TV problem, unsuccessfully.Long story short, because of Upfront Technologies, all of our tech pieces work now: TV, WiFi everywhere in the house without no service pockets, sound system (finally in 5 years!). Main gate, video cameras, etc its all working. These guys really care to make their customers satisfied unlike many other places that we dealt with in the past. Now, we fired all of our tech services and hired Upfront Technology to do all of our tech stuff. Its been a pleasure working with these professionals.
