We first discovered Integrity Sound 5 years ago when we moved into a 13 year old home that needed to have the home theatre system updated.Tom Cannon worked with us and came up with a great plan that would bring our setup up to date. The installers did a great job putting our system together. Im writing this review now because Tom has ALWAYS been available to answer questions, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and help with recent equipment purchases and changes. Tom and the folks at Integrity Sound are THE BEST!

Nice shop but little in stock for you to listen to. Basically whatever you want has to be ordered and it takes 10 days to 2 weeks or longer. They mainly do total custom designs and installs but you dont get to necessarily see or hear what they design before install. I have been told that they do a really good job. Went in to buy a CD player but really couldnt show me anything, would all have to be ordered.

Integrity Sound is truly a 5 star experience. The moment you step foot into the incredible showroom, you know you have arrived someplace special. The professionalism and customer service are truly top notch. The technology will wow you- check out some of the state of the art sound systems- it is as though you are immersed in the sound. They are experts in home technology and will create the perfect fit to whatever your needs may be- large or small. Custom audio and video for commercial ventures is available as well. This company is the best of the best in Sarasota.

Five stars to sales (Tom) and a million stars to installers Jeff and Ben. I highly recommend Integrity Sound. Products are top notch and prices are very competitive. When it comes to company brand it is really the people behind the products, customer service and professionalism. I hit the trifecta with Jeff and Ben. The physical installation of my two TVs was seamless and the result looks magnificent. The software updates (my TIVO was inactive for 10 months) took forever to download and install and Jeff and Ben were with me until all updates were completed and then made certain I could operate all the applications I had access to. These two gentlemen were amazing. Thank you Jeff and Ben!!!

Midge did an amazing job of listening to what was important to us in a TV and sound system and making it a reality within our desired budget. The Integrity Sound installation team could not have been better - they were professional, left everything neat/clean, and most importantly everything works as expected. Midge spent a lot of time making sure we were comfortable working the new system which was greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Integrity Sound.

Tom put together a fabulous sound system and was very respectful of our budget. He suggested excellent components and made sure that they all played nice together. Everything was exactly as ordered and came a bit sooner than expected.If youre looking for sound that cannot be produced using general retail products (i.e. Best Buy), these are the guys to go to. Everyone I have demonstrated the final system to has been blow away.Nice job and we are enjoying it very much.

We have had two opportunities to work with Joe Carder at Integrity Sound along with his very knowledgeable and professional staff. We chose Integrity Sound to upgrad our current sound system. The product was perfect for our needs. We were so pleased with the installation team. Their work was clean and attention was paid to every detail. The team did not leave until we were comfortable with the new electronics and we felt like we knew how to operate each new component. Follow up was excellent. When we decided to add one new component to the new system, naturally we called again on Integrity Sound. They did not disappoint. At first, my control 4 remote would not do half the buttons from my old remote.properly or consistently. Integrity sent out a top level technician resolved all my problems and now it works as it should. Thank you very much

I stopped by this location to see the new store. I have done business with Integrity Sound as Chairman of the House committee at my HOA. We did a major installation of an audio/video system in our ballroom and could not be more pleased. Their professionalism, expertise and politeness were impeccable. I would recommend Integrity Sound without any reservations.

This company is by far the best in the area. While there are others (who disappoint), the system installed by Integrity Sound is the easiest to use (in comparison to other purchases). They really listen to what I wanted and delivered a stunning result. I cannot speak highly enough of the entire process as well as the support after the sale. You owe it to yourself to shop here.

Service does still exist. The staff and Joe all have the best knowledge in the business. Installation was terrific and the follow up was great. I would highly recommend buying your equipment here.

Excellent experience. I went to store and discussed with Tom my speakers and subwoofer were cutting out. My processor was old and possibly the problem. He was able to fix the problem at my house with proper wiring and phoned the next day to see if the system was still working normally. Excellent customer service. I will use them again if needed.

Tom worked with me to design a Sonos 5.1 system and flat screen for our new home and perhaps even more impressive, integrated some of our pre-existing electronics into a second surround sound system in the study. Fair pricing, clever ideation, highly qualified techs, responsive troubleshooting. Very happy with the results.

Just had our third successful experience with Joe and his team. This one was complicated, because we moved two TVs from one home to another we are remodeling and installed a brand new (awesome) 65 and 55 in our first home. As always the pricing was very fair, and the service and clean up first rate. Very respectful and knowledgable technicians made this a good experience for my wife and me.

Tom Cannon at the Tamiami Trail location is amazing. The whole experience was wonderful. Tom evaluated our large echoey great room and recommend the proper sound system. The installers were very professional and everyone explained everything to us. We had an issue that was caused by an obscure unusual hook up by our internet service provider. Tom made several trips to our home, figured out the issue and fixed the ISPs error. Now I see why the company has all five star ratings. The prices are no higher than big box or internet sources. Now we have a wonderful music system which also cleverly provides clear understandable TV dialogue for our elderly ears.

Integrity Sounds staff did a great job of helping me find the speaker set that was right for my living room. They used an array of techniques and instruments to create a rich environment of auditory bliss. Now, when I watch Goodfellas, it feels like Im in the room playing cards when Michael Imperioli gets blasted.

These guys do excellent works. I had them completely wire my remodel with AV and data lines, as well as install tvs, surround sound and sonos audio. Highly recommended.

Tom, Midge, and their Integrity Sound Installation Team did a wonderful job of streamlining 3 tvs in 3 different locations throughout my condo so that I have a beautiful, wireless, modern look in each room. They all worked to ensure that the remote control for each room talked to the appropriate television, and then to the cable boxes hidden in a closet in a guest room. This wasnt always as easy as it may sound, but they all worked until everything worked perfectly.Highly recommend.April 2018: UPDATE: Integrity Sound is the perfect name for this place. Tom Cannon proved this by making four (4!) courtesy calls to my condo because equipment which had been provided to me by Xfinity on 4 separate occasions was faulty. Tom worked tirelessly with me and, once I was given quality equipment by Xfinity, he installed everything perfectly. Once again, I cannot say enough about this company. They are the greatest!
