I was very impressed by the pleasant customer service and quick solution to a problem I was having with my old ceiling fan. I had broken a bracket, and had been told by another well known fan company, that I could get a new set of blades for $60, or replace the fan for $90. The nice, young guy at Just Fans, quickly found me a new bracket, tested the holes for a match, and charged me $6.00!! I was able to put the new bracket on, myself, and the problem is solved!!! Thanks so much!!!

Ive always purchased our fans at big box stores; however, at Just Fans, youll get a higher quality fan at a better price, plus, youll have access to a range of stylish fans you cant find elsewhere. Got a great education on what to look for when we stopped in and bought 2 fans here. A few weeks after installation one stopped working. After trying one or two things over the phone they sent their electrician over. No questions. No nonsense. He showed up when he said. Fixed a simple loose wire. Great customer service from these guys!

Outstanding source of ceiling fans. Staff is extremely well informed and could not be nicer to deal with....any their prices are very good. They stand by their products; one newly installed fan malfunctioned (turned out to be the controller) and they replaced it no questions asked. Absolutely highly recommended!
