I stop by the Santee store today to checkout items on sale and recycle a few ink cartridges. I was told that I would have to go to the La Mesa store to recycle which I found out is a lie! I drove an extra 12 miles and I wish I got the guys name to make this post more accurate. I am a retired United States Army Colonel, Corps of Engineers.

Bummed to see today that this location is CLOSING PERMANENTLY. They are having a liquidation sale right now. However in my opinion its still a little too over priced. But it looks like they just put the signs up and just starting to sell everything.Got some docs scanned which was quick and efficient.

Lap top lost all files in pc folder upon log in. Been thinking of updating any way, but disheartened by loss of some files not saved in cloud. Shopped around and stopped here to check what they had to offer. A young sales lady named Emily helped me out and informed me to check online because stock changed and other models are available that are not on display Found a very good laptop at very good price, even better than amazon by far. Emily and her associate Kevin set up new laptop to pick up next day. When I picked up machine next day, I was discussing what occurred on old laptop and Kevin advised me to bring in to look at. Next day he recovered all my files with in minutes, somehow I had managed to switch users which didnt display files in account. So very grateful for great assistance and going to such lengths to help out in choosing, setting up new laptop and recovery of files.It was a pleasure doing business with.such knowledgeable and helpful people. Thank you.

Good beer selection, the food was good quality, and the staff was friendly and personable. Great place to grab a beer and a bite with friends and even your dog! On-site dog run seemed a little small, especially for the number of dogs present, but thats a very small problem. Only real issue was there werent enough umbrellas to cover the tables, so I ended up sitting in the sun for most of my time there. Otherwise, great place!

Teachers beware! Went in for the $1 binders...knowing there is a limit of 10, I asked for special consideration since Im purchasing for my classroom. Was trying to purchase a class set (24). Mind you STAPLES always makes this accommodation to support teachers. Was told, No. and advised to just come back tomorrow and the next day.

Kevin was very helpful and friendly, knew the store very well and helped me find what I was looking for super quickly!

I used the printing department and Ive got to say I had an amazing experience. They really know how to give 5 star service. I couldnt be happier!

Kevin in the printing department always put the customers first. This is the only office depot in San Diego County Ive experienced great service. Even when big orders are sent last minute, they do what they can to help with projects. Hard to find employees like Kevin!

Don’t have your documents faxed this location. They are lazy and I don’t think their fax machine works at all.

Office Depot tried to do a bait and switch. One cant contact the corporate office...you have to leave a message. I did and she said they would get back to me within 4 hours. They didnt. They had a computer with everything for a cheap price, but no stores have them. I kept trying to ask about that computer and the guy kept telling me I didnt want that one, but I could buy the one they have all the services added on. I will send this to the Better Business Bureau.

Horrible experience!!! Lady that helped me at the counter, had to finish her story to her coworker, before she asked how can I help you. Then the guy that checked me out, was too busy talking to a coworker the entire time of the transaction to acknowledge me at all. Everyone there acted like, “I guess I’ll help you, but I’d rather not”. No going back

Not busy. Looking for an inkjet printer. Associate educated himself about wifi direct and NFC printing. Labels on shelves but no product.

It took me no more than 10mins! I sent an email to them with my docs, they printed and I faxed them.. Great team saved my day and time!

Tomorrow is when I will tell my sister

I would give them 5 stars but I hate the fact that I have to walk in the store to pay for my custom-made contracts that they have on file. So I have to go in twice once to pay once to pick him up. That sucks! please update your system.

Could not find a clerk to help me. I finally located my items and took them to the counter and the cashier was having a problem with the SKU so I out my items down and left anf got them at Michaels.
