Absolutely amazing experience. Polite, professional, courteous, knowledgeable staff. They had to re-apply tint on one of my windows after they installed it and found a crease, they stayed late to make sure it was done right and make sure I was happy with the quality and final product.

Came here to fix a windshield chip on MB original windshield. I found a great deal on Groupon and this place was a great find. They did a fine job fixing the chip in very short turnaround. Be sure to make an appointment before arriving since it is a busy shop. I’ve been to the another location in Kearny Mesa but I recommend this Santee shop more. Thanks!

I have been rear ended many times and Bumper Doc did repairs. This time I chose Santee and this location is superior! I had 2 license plate screws all the way in the paint to metal. The customer service was amazing, the work was DONE RIGHT and not over sprayed on my windows!The price was better and they even did a quick wash on my car AND cleaned the headlights on my 2002 Highlander that look brand new I might add. I usually do not do reviews unless I am really impressed by a company. Brandon was so awesome. I will go here from now on. You will NOT be disappointed and the paint has a life time warranty. 💕

1st review, 1st time customer. Brought my wifes car (2013) here today to get the headlights cleaned up to get it ready for sale I also asked for the paint to be clayed.I was told it would be ready by 5:30. I was there at 5:15. I paid Brandon and basically picked up a brand new car. Its that good! The paint looks brand-new except for pebble chips.. The headlights look brand-new. its unbelievable what he did.Ill be back.

Absolutely wonderful! The owner Phillip is magnificent with his work, went in a couple weeks ago to get my tint done everything was BEAUTIFUL. Unfortunately my back passenger window lifted a little so I called back and let him know and he fit me in to his already crazy schedule AFTER the shop was closed and got it done in less than 20 minutes! Absolutely sweet gentleman with a beautiful smile :) I 100% recommend this place. Worth the price you pay (which isn’t even bad) because the work is incredibly detailed :) thank you so much!

The owner, Brandon, runs a wonderful business here. He is very open and honest and very polite. I brought my 2018 BMW for window tinting here. I felt like I was being treated fairly and got a great deal. I went into his shop for his Groupon. I paid extra to get my other windows tinted as well and he guided me through the whole process. He has a nice waiting area that was recently redone. It has a nice workspace for you to sit with your laptop with power outlets, WiFi, two comfortable couches, a TV, and probably most importantly, coffee and water. It took a little longer than he expected, but he kept me updated the entire time. His tint guy has been doing window tinting for 25 years and I felt that he did an excellent job. He apologized for taking the extra time but I didn’t mind, as he said that he wanted to make sure the job was done properly since it was his first time with a 2018 BMW 7 Series. All in all, my car looks fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. I’m so glad I chose Brandon with BumperDoc in Santee.

I went to BumperDoc after getting two very expensive quotes for a large and deep scratch on the rear passenger door of my F150. Brandon Felix was courteous and professional and put together a $950 quote in under ten minutes. The other two quotes I got from other places were $2300 and $1500. A few days after I dropped my truck off, I received a call from Brandon saying they were able to match the paint color perfectly without having to blend the paint on the passenger door and the paint on the cab. Because of this, I only had to pay $570. The repair looks awesome and they matched the paint color perfectly. The paint color is called Lead Foot which is very difficult to match, so these guys are very talented!

Phillip is great with his customer service! I have been to many shops in my recent project of fixing up my 2006 Chevy Colorado and have not felt welcomed and almost like a burden. Phillip made me feel welcomed over the phone first and then in person. He gave great suggestions on restoring my headlights and for a great price! His whole vibe was awesome and I’m glad I gave this shop a call. Big shot out to the guys in the back as well because my installation on my front bumper cover, lip and headlight restoration has my truck looking nice! Currently have the truck back in for a roll pan and window tint! I generally don’t leave reviews but in my recent journey I feel this is a must because it informs the people of what to expect. Everyone here is friendly but after I got my truck back from an interior detail I was very upset. They scrubbed the steering wheel so hard they damaged it. They didnt clean areas they said they cleaned. They didnt do a good job vacuuming. When my seats dried all the dirty spots were still there. They tried to tell me they went over the outside real quick but the thick layer of pollen said otherwise.I tried talking to an employee about it when I picked it up but we couldnt even get past the going over the outside. I would not recommend.

Im so glad that I found out where Phil ended up at! I was his repeat customer over at the Convoy location and Im so happy that I found out that hes working for his kid over here in Santee.His customer service is outstanding. There is always a smile on his face and hes in such a good mood all the time.Hes fixed so many of my unfortunate accidents! This time around - I had someone read-end me which left the plates indents as well as holes from their screws. After Phil and crew were done with my car, it looked like a brand new bumper!Ive also needed to get my headlights restored and a windshield chip fixed so I figured Id do it at the same time. Words cant express how beautiful everything turned out.Ill definitely return if I need to. I totally recommend others to come here for their auto body work! :)

Went there to tint my windows. Came in and after about 5 minutes of no one acknowledging I was there even though they saw me come in, I left pretty disappointed. Went around the corner to a competitor where I was greeted way before I went in and provided awesome customer service with great explanation of options. 1 star because there is no zero star.

I went to BumperDoc to have my windows tinted and my headlights polished. The costumer service was great and Buddy answered all my questions. The headlights look brand new and the tinted windows came out great as well! I was so pleased with the service and prices that I brought my husbands truck there the next week to have his headlights done. I will definitely go back for any auto body needs we have in the future.

Went to get a quote and they never called me back or sent it to me via email like they said. Gave them a few days in case they hadn’t got to it and were busy. Called twice and still nothing. Second time they said the same thing and that they would sent it but nothing. It’s a shame cause the verbal quote/estimate was perfect! Very unprofessional!

This place was awesome! From our first phone call with them the level of professionalism shined. He asked us the make and model of our vehicle and suggested that we send pictures so that his estimate for the repair would be accurate. We made an appointment and was seen right away. Although the repair would not have taken that long, we decided to leave the vehicle there and pick it up right before they closed. If you look at the pictures that we posted or the video, you’ll see that it was a pretty bad dent in a plastic bumper and they were able to pop it out perfectly. Aside from a little bit of discoloration where the extreme creases were, you wouldn’t be able to tell – unless you really wanted someone to see it and you pointed it out. If you have any minor repairs like we did to our bumper or to your paint and many other things that they offer, “Steve says” check these guys out first! Thank you bumper Doc!

I really loved how the staff here really takes care about the customer and not about making money. I had some small dents on the side of my doors. I went to Lloyds to get a quote and they were charging me a crazy amount of money. When I went to bumperdoc they looked at ot and the price was not in comparison to Lloyds. Bumperdoc did an amazing job within 3 days!! Lloyds was going to take a week and a half!! Crazy !!. I really reccomend anyone to have bumperdoc as their first stop to get an estimate because you are not going to want to take it anywhere else. Big shoutout to one of the owners (philip). Someone had keyed my wifes car 2 weeks after we bought it. She was heartbroken over it. I took it to Bumper Doc on Magnolia in Santee and they fixed it. They did a great job and my wife couldnt be happier about it.

I bought my FR-S in 2013 and at the time the dealership had licenses plates sent directly to them to be then then handed to me. During my first scheduled maintenance they felt compelled to Help me out and installed the front license plate mount which required 2 sizeable holes to be drilled into the front bumper (painted). They didnt realize that I had (in the trunk) a specialty relocator and would never want to drill holes in the front of my car! (Who would do this to an FR-S?!)Of course the dealership felt it wasnt an issue which they could resolve, citing legal requirements to install the plates. A few months later for my birthday my wife decided to cover the cost to have it repaired. I went to approximately 5 Collision repair shops, every one of them advised that the cost of repair would be $1000 or more and take up to 5 days. They indicated repainting the entire front of the car including the hood was needed.A friend recommended Bumper DOC for a repair as he got repair done for less than half the price of quoted collision shops. He said the process was easy and the owners work with customers directly so you dont feel like just an ATM machine. At the time this specific shop (in Santee) was unknown to me so I tried the Kearny Mesa shop first. Got a quote and met the owner in the process. I was blown away when he explained it would take 1 day and cost $350, but of course ! was more than a little skeptical so I sat on it for a few weeks, at which point I decided to pull the trigger. By this point I had found out about the Santee location so I brought it in and met Buddy, this guy was just as Friendly, polite and professional as the owner of Kearny Mesa. Before I even had a chance to explain that I had already got a quote he said it would be $350 and take a Day or less to do, of course my wife paid them and the work was done.I was shocked by the result, it was a flawless execution, the paint match was spectacular, there were no issues and event put on a custom emblem to replace the stock one for me.This was finished on January 21st of 2014.Flash Forward to March 23rd 2015 (more than 14 months later), I have always been religious about washing my car by hand, I hate carwashes and avoid them at all costs. This car is a bit more than a daily driver, its a Street Modified Class SCCA Car which I race around in Southern California venues. The day of a large national event the car was filthy, I hadnt driven it in a few weeks and that night would be required to put a bunch of sponsorship decals on the paint, so I decided to drive through a new touchless wash about 4 blocks from Bumper Doc. The car wash seemed to go fine until I walked around to wipe off the excess water and noticed that a huge chunk of paint was blasted off the front-end. I panicked a bit and drove directly over to show Buddy, not even remembering who I was told me it was covered if he could just have the car for a few days. So about 2 weeks later I brought the car in and left it for 7 days (more than he needed but in my eyes didnt want to inconvenience him), not only did he fix the car, he hand washed it and fixed a dent in the lower splitter (definitely was my fault). BumperDOC and owners like Buddy are a rare breed of service related businesses who care more about customer satisfaction than the bottom line. Not only will he get my business forever, I will make sure I recommend his shop to every person in need of his type of help.Thanks guys!!
