I didn’t like the aggressive tone one of your staff members took with my fiancée, especially when Service King miscommunicated a drop-off time for her car. Instead of apologizing over the miscommunication, he started lecturing her (she’s 5’4 and slim, he’s a giant) in a way that made her feel intimidated, like it was her fault they didn’t have her car ready at the time and location that they had promised over the phone. I could hear his argumentative tone from inside my car with the door closed, so I stepped out to see what was going on. He eventually apologized for the miscommunication, but she still felt uneasy about the interaction. No customer should be made to feel that way.

Working with Matt and Evan have been super great! They were able to help me with my vehicle even though there were many complications along the way. Matt the manager did more then enough with my hiccup of a situation, he was able to by pass their policy and took in my parts. He did a fantastic job I absolutely loved the way my vehicle turned out!! They were very flexible with what I was asking and let me add to what I would like done. Of course there were some road blocks along the way and I was upset, Matt saw this and reassured me they would get my car running smoothly and back on the road. I really do appreciate this shop here! Evan M. Had great communications always kept me in the loop I knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle at all times. Due to certain issues and my many add ons lol I would have to pick it up later then expected date which is 100% fine. If you need anything in particular done to your vehicle definitely go with these guys and ask for the manager directly he will help you at your best advantage!!! Thank you Service King for the help!!! Will definitely be coming here often to fix my other vehicles!

Stopped by to check status on repairs. Was suppose to receive status reports by text or email but didnt get any. Gustavo at reception gave me a promise date.

Got into a minor accident so my car needed repair. Was super easy at drop off and pick up. Quick repair, less than a week. Minute walk to enterprise to rent a car. Was in constant contact with updates. Would highly recommend.

Youve got Cell Tower panels there, so while youre there you can get some great service.

They kept in touch with me the whole time I always had details on the status of my car most of all the customer service given by Evan Mitchell was over and beyond what I could ever imagine

Hello, this facility has repaired my 2019 Ram. The work was excellent, the staff was friendly and attentive.I highly recommend using this place for any repairs you might need.

My car took a while to get back but ultimately I was happy with the repairs and they made it up to me for being late. Car looks fantastic so 5 stars! Cant even tell it was in a pretty nasty accident.

Great work on my truck. They were fast and efficient. Most importantly there service was outstanding. They kept me informed daily on progress via text without prompting. If I need body work in the future I will go back to this location.

Went to this location based off my insurance companys recommendation.I was not disappointed in a single aspect.Everyone was nice and respectful.It was easy to communicate with the repair team, I got almost daily text message updates.Location is also conveniently located next to a rental car shop too.I hope I dont have to go back, but if I do need fender bender work again, I will return.

They were helpful and in near constant communication during the whole repair, when I had questions about the quotes adjustment over time both they and the insurance company were very helpful in answering me. My car looks like it was never smacked into, and the cleaning they did was a nice surprise when I picked it up.

My advisor Lenin was cool. He constantly kept me in the loop. He found some other damage that was there prior to my knowledge and was kind enough to sit me down and show me the pictures and explain what a prior repair shop did (or didnt do). He also sent me the pictures so I could reach out to prior repair shop. Car was ready on time, and they did an awesome job.

Have gone here a few times with different vehicles and have always left happy. They take great care to make sure you are satisfied. I just recently had repairs done and they were happy to correct a small issue we noticed about a week later (a small remaining dent that was impossible to see head on, but was visible at an angle). Everyone who works there is genuinely helpful. Special shout out to Lenin, who is just a fantastic account manager.

Great customer service and constant communication!I dropped off my car with Lenin and later that day he got back to me with the estimate. He kept me posted on the progress of my vehicle throughout the repair process. My car was ready the day he said it would be! The day after I got my car back I noticed some spots that needed some touch up paint so I called Lenin and he said to bring it in and they would take care of it. It took 30 minutes and I was on my way again. Later I noticed that they also touched up a few spots on my hood that got dinged by rocks, unrelated to the repairs my car was there for.Thanks, Lenin and team Service King for the awesome service! I will be recommending Service King to everyone I know!

Very quick repair, and made everything easy! They took care of all the paperwork (through insurance) and streamlined the process. Communication was top notch. These guys are the best!!! Everyone I dealt with was very nice and had great customer service. They also fixed my car much quicker than they estimated and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process.

The services I received immediately by Lenin their representative was excellent. He was thorough spelled things out and the car was done when promised. It was also washed and detailed inside and out nice way to be reintroduce to my new looking car.

Do not take your vehicle here for repairs. I took my car here after a collision and they were not able to fix it to pre-collision condition. It appears they cut corners and try to pass off their poor workmanship so the customer wont notice, at least that is how my experience went. It also appears they would rather bill more hours to repair a part instead of replacing it. I had to make about 4 trips back and spotted issues in the paint and body work each time. Get a second opinion and take your vehicle to a reputable body shop.

Lied about car being repaired correctly then when car was returned lied again about ordering correct parts. Treated wife like she was garbage. Then made us wait repeatedly before admitting there mistakes.

There arent that many things that ruin your day like something effin up your whip. But it happens, right? You park your car in one of those tiny little slots called parking space in Convoy somewhere, and some snot- nosed weedhopper pops out of mommys car and her door flies into yours with such force that it digs all the way down into your primer. Then, when you confront them, they wipe their snozzberry- covered paw over your now- scarred door, pipes out Oh, its fine! then just runs inside the comfort of Grandmas Tofu House. Oh, hail no.Long story longer, the mom owned up to it like a woman of honor, exchanged informations, and we went our own ways.Now what? Who do I go to? Allstate recommended Service King. Ok, then.From the time I walked in to the time I walked out with my keys, I was treated so respectfully and professionally. The young man at the reception desk with impeccable taste in modern trends to Jenka who walked me through the entire process while keeping me informed of every little step, every single person I encountered there were the absolute epitome of courtesy. Even though my measly, Allstate- covered (I WAS in good hands!) $500 repair (compliments of some little $#!+ head teenager slamming her mommys SUV door into mine) couldnt have made me a VIP but thats how they treated me the entire time.As for the repair, its perfect. I cant even tell that there was ever a ding.Hope you dont ever have the needs, but should you ever find yourself in need of some body work, insist on Service King... I know I will.(Dont judge me because my cars dirty... its been raining, ok?)

Poor quality of work. They said my car was ready and when I picked it up I discovered it had bumps underneath the paint, chunks of clear substances, mess inside my car (could have at least put plastic cover over the seat), and incorrectly reinstalled my taillights with one side having a bigger gap than the other. Once I brought up my concerns, Lennon the rep, failed to take responsibility. He played it off and said they only worked in the area of impact. It wasnt until i became really upset, then he said to return on a Monday when the manager was back. They finally fixed rheir mistakes the following week; however, a customer shouldnt have to fight with the shop to do a good job. In summary, poor quality of work and I felt they took shortcuts while working on my car. Additionaly, they rush their work which creates poor paint jobs. My vehicle was a BMW.
