After comparing reviews of the preferred vendors approved by my insurance, I knew I had to look no further. Im so glad we chose this bodyshop. Not only did Candace, Erick, and team keep us informed, and work was done within the estimated time frame, but the actual work was impeccable and honest! From the repairs, to the paint job, and even the clear decals (a fine detail), everything was done to perfection. I am so thrilled with the results. I cant recommend Santee Collision enough. 10/10

Candice and her team were absolutely amazing! I was in an accident and had to get my car repaired and the insurance companies were being impossible and she made everything so easy and put them in thier place. I appreciate that very much if it wasnt for her persistence I would still be waiting for my car and the BS insurance companies! Would 100% recommend this place!! Costumer service was great ! A dining chair flew out of the back of truck and I ran over part of it. The lining inside my wheel well was damaged and rubbing against the tire. I spoke to Eric for an estimate to repair it. He discovered it just had a broken clip. He was able to find a clip and replace it at no charge. No more rubbing. What a champ!! I was relieved and thankful for his honesty. This is the way to run a business. I have nothing but high praise for Eric and Santee Collision Center. I would gladly refer anyone to them.

I have to say this place did a great job! My insurance had my car repaired at this place and they did a wonderful job! They would call me to let me know the status of what was going. Happy with the result.

When my car insurance asked me to find a body shop of my choosing, I felt so intimidated because of how many there are. Santee stood out after I called and Candice was so incredibly nice. Ive had paint work done and not only was it timely but it was very well done. Had a bumper replaced and they had my truck back to me in no time. Very thorough and they will take the time to explain issues that they find so you understand whats being done. Candice runs a great business and I would never take my truck anywhere else for body work. Santee Collision Center is the place to go! You wont receive better customer service anywhere else in SD County.

Superb!!! They are the best! Took in my car to get my front bumper fixed from an accident and I was very happy with their service. Candace went above and beyond to help me with the rental car and get my car fixed soon. All staff members were great and friendly. The bumper is looking like new

Took a non-painted bumper in for a subaru wrx and it cost me 580 out the door, was a little worried because its a large part of the car and I was not sure how they were going to get the color matched. It turned out really good, slightly off because its a plastic bumper but the lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful and it was the less pricy options around santee.

Service was bad

I shopped all over San Diego and beyond for a body shop qualified to do a first class job on painting my car a new and quite different color, and fixing a variety of dings in the process. Most shops wont touch a color change, and most of those who will either charge a mint or cut corners by not properly disassembling the car. So, after much agonizing, I decided to take a chance with Candices shop because of their vast experience, state of the art facility, and fair price. I just picked up my car up this past week and it is absolutely beautiful! It looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor.

Candace and her incredibly talented mechanics helped me repair my totaled truck. They straightened my frame, replaced the radiator, headlights, hood and side panels and much more. I swear it runs better now than before I totaled it lol. They did it for THOUSANDS less than AAAs recommended service shops had estimated. The work was done super fast (a couple weeks) and the car was also detailed for me. Thank you Candace for helping me fix my car and working with me, a broke college student, to be able to afford it. It meant the world to me!

Just had my F-150 repainted by Santee Collision Center. From start to finish friendliness, customer service and quality workmanship is the obvious moto of the business. Candice was great. I would have no problem recommending their workmanship to my friends and would not hesitate to use them in the future. Great people!

Just had my girlfriends Nissan Pathfinder fixed, it needed a new front bumper. Matching colors of bumpers to the rest of the vehicle is quite tricky, but Santee Collision got it perfect! Ive had my own car there many times and I wouldnt use anyone else.

My 2002 Ford Mustang was hit on the rear quarter panel and I took it to Santee Collision Center. They were nice, courteous, went the extra mile, and promptly completed the repairs. I was set up with a nice rental car, and everything went smoothly.
