I love them. I really do. I’m a new-ish driver and car owner. I am female. I am young. I don’t know anything about the mechanics of a car. The perfect recipe for being messed with (and boy have I been messed with elsewhere). I came in and a super friendly poodle greeted me. And instantly it felt like I was walking in to a family. Like I am their niece and they’ve known me forever. I can’t describe anything I want - I don’t know the terms. I once got flustered and just said “it’s my cars birthday. So I need to do all the yearly birthday stuff.” Didn’t feel judged at all. 😂 they took care of it and explained in terms I would understand — every aspect of it. Once on my way to work my car started making a horrible noise. It was Friday. So I took a video and emailed it them. They watched it and called me to explain what they thought it was. But wanted me to come in after work. Even though that meant they had to stay late. Just to make sure my car was good to drive on the weekend. They were worried about my safety. And trust me. They got nothing out of this encounter. They legit did it cause they care. Also right before all the rains and darkness my headlight went out. I emailed them and ran in on my lunch. I explained to my boss that my lunch might go long cause who knows — I didn’t make an appointment. LITERALLY two minutes. I had my lunch timed. I got out of my car and 2 minutes later I was back in my car. They make me feel SO comfortable and homey. I ate crackers and went on fb on their couch. I’m going to be genuinely sad if I have to get a future-car that they cannot service. I would easily drive over 100 miles to these guys. I really can’t appreciate them enough. Everyone is sick about hearing me talk about them. 😂

Called at 8am needing windshield wipers, they ordered them, called me at 9:30am and installed them for no charge within 5 minutes of my arrival. Super customer oriented. Take your German car here for great service.

Never Again! I used Hammond Autowerks once before and thought the price was OK. I mentioned I was referred by one of their associates. But, this time, our fuel pump went out on my wife (different name) on our Benz and I told her to tow it to Autowerks. Average cost nationwide for same repair is $400 to $700. They quoted $780. Turns out the other company we found is doing it for $360. The cost of parts is $230 from other guy - Autowerks its $450 - labor from other guy $130 - Autowerks its $330. And, they charged us $135 (one hour of time) for diagnostics - other guy did same diagnostic in 15 minutes. I would avoid Autowerks at all COSTS!!!
