That store and those boys are the worst customer service in the Nation. I had to go there three times and got terrible service every time. Now my phone wont even accept codes. No help at all. The store was completely empty every time and they still didnt take any time with the customer but they would whisper to each other behind the counter and ignore the customer. Then another elderly person walked in as I was leaving and Im sure they treated her the same way. How stupid. I guess they dont think people over 25 have brains. Evidently Santa Fe is stupid to create that kind of service and store. They dont even offer a place to sit down while you wait. Again it was the worst customer service ever and it makes Verizon and Santa Fe look bad. I had to return the new phone I bought since they were of NO help.

Great customer service! I was honestly hesitant about going to this location after some of the recent bad customer service reviews, but staff was very helpful and friendly. Anthony was very knowledgeable, and Kyle was really friendly and eager to help. Although he was very new, he already knew quite a lot about the job and was very personable.
Very impressed with the professionalism of all three gentlemen working in the store both times I was in this past week. Anthony helped me directly and I am super impressed with his professionalism, thoughtfulness, and product knowledge. I highly recommend using this store.

The one employee working at the time I went in was rude and dismissive. I intended to buy a Verizon plan to go with my new phone but needed help transferring my number, and he basically told me it was my problem and that I had to deal with it. No one else was in the store, so it wasn’t like he was doing anything else.
As of June 12, 2020 I appreciate the help that I got from Beau. He was patient and persistent. Thanks to him I will have a new phone today! I hope he is able to step outside and take his face mask off to get some fresh air. Thanks for your help and keeping us safe.
I have always had exceptional service from this store. Today Anthony and Dominic spent hours trying to program email for my iPhone and iPad. I deeply appreciated their time and professional knowledge.
Not the best of service, everytime ive gone you cant pay with your visa card computers are down, you have to pay cash,unless these youngsters are embezzling money..
My new iPhone was shipped to this store for pick up. I had excellent service in getting everything transferred from my old phone and my new phone up and running. Very professional and friendly. Great customer service. Thanks guys.

Verizon gave me a senior discount when I signed up for cable and when I received my first bill they didnt apply it in order to make my bill ridiculously higher. They dont want to service seniors with their cable services. They ignore us, but play all the old movies we have seen during the last 30 years to young people as if those movies were brand new. Seniors get pension money after the first of the month, but Verizon creates over drafts charging extra before seniors receive pension money. They are not serving our community, while serving only Verizon.
Had us wait outside for close to an hour than ignored me as she played on phone than was very rude will not be going back
Go see Anthony for all your phone needs. He is a great Manager, sales person and will get you taken care of! Definitely recommend this Verizon store over all the other Locations in Santa Fe.
I was concerned after reading some of the negative comments from previous customers, but my treatment today reversed that impression. I was treated with respect and the customer service, particularly by Breau, was very professional. My problem with recharging my iPhone was resolved quickly and efficiently. I would have no qualms about returning to this store for help.
Chad F took excellent care of me. I had received a replacement for my defective LG V20. Chad finished the work that a Verizon corporate store had started but not completed. Chad was courteous, friendly, and a total professional. He answered all of my questions clearly and concisely, never interrupting me. The location of this store is six miles out of my way, but its well worth the extra driving time because of the excellent service provided by the staff there.
Customer service was good, can never complain about that in a Verizon store. The small problem, is that they sold me a product that they dont provide / give returns or good product information. Now, even though I got it at the store, I have to deal with the manufacturer, not cool. Oh, when I purchase the item, I was not told the return policy and that bit of lack of communication, not good.
Mariana was so rude I stopped talking to her within a couple of minutes and asked the other woman in the store to help me. I was the only customer, and Mariana let me know she didnt have time for my questions, to go ahead and report her... Mariana really didnt want to help me, and she could care less about what she said to me as a customer, or that the other employee was trying to tell her to calm down. Mariana doesnt belong employed anywhere as a customer service representative. She likes to fight.
Not only were they of no help when I was trying to get a new phone after dropping my old one, they were dismissive and it felt as if I were doing something wrong. When I was trying to coordinate the online help with them, and even gave them the number to call, they would not help.Additionally, the 3 or 4 people who also came to the door were dismissed and told they could not help them.I acknowledge we are under quarantine, but even if this store were the only store in the state I would go elsewhere hoping, as a long time Verizon customer, I would be treated with a modicum of courtesy rather than dismissed with an abrupt we cant help you.
Beau helped us out this morning at DeVargas Plaza. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! We came in with an old work-issued I-phone and he showed us how it worked! Great customer service! Thank you, Beau!
Issacs customer service was above and beyond. He lined up a great deal for us and made sure that we understood all of our billing and new phones as we transferred our new plans. I actually price checked him online and in a corporate store and we were treated better and given a better deal than anyone else could. By far the best wireless consultant I have ever worked with.

Kinda of rude. This is the first time. They acted this way. Theyre always helpful, kind, knowable, fast. They dont have everything you need at this store. They have to refer you to the Corp Verizon store on Zefarano. They only have 1-2 employees working at one time. Therefore the wait is a little longer.
Sandra and I came in as our 4s had failed on an update. Could not restore it. Lucas was tremendous in guiding us to a phone that suited her. We got a 6s and he downloaded all our info from my phone to hers, we went shopping for an hour and when we returned all was up to date. Lucas reviewed our plan and even with the new phone our Verizon charges went down. Needless to say we left very blessed and pleased with his service and the service of this store. Happy !!!
I would like too express the outstanding customer service I received on August 5th and 6th 2019 from customer service representative Mariana M. Her persistence and determination to resolve my phone issues was way above and beyond I have experienced, Mariana M spent a total of eight hours over two afternoons trying too help me and was determined to finish my issue to the wry end. It’s nice to know walking out the door that Mariana M has my business from here on out. The rest of the staff is outstanding as well they really are there to help people, Mariana M and the rest of the staff are assets to Verizon devargas center

Switching from AT&T was a nightmare, through no fault of Verizon.The employees here were very knowledgeable, and I know a good deal about smartphones. They were able to help me switch service while staying on the same phone, and had the patience to let me battle it out with AT&T for hours on their landlines.I even locked my keys in my car after my second trip back from the AT&T store. The staff here kept me company while I waited for service to arrive.
Issac was friendly, funny, likes good music, is always smiling and was a great help. He helped me as soon as I walked in and was fairly quick and thorough. He explained in detail, everything about my plan. Best Verizon rep Ive ever had the pleasure to deal with!
They tried to add all kinds of “required” up charges - tempered glass for $40 and $30 for them to transfer data which anyone could do through iTunes. I knew better and left. Got on phone with an actual Verizon rep. No such charges “required.” I’m glad I trusted my instincts and walked out.
Beau and Sam provided excellent service in my switchover from ATT to Verizon October 9th at the DeVargus mall.There were multiple issues requiring their attention (ATT)they sorted through each efficiently, patiently and with smiles.I was in store for an extended period of time and observed friendly efficient customer service from Sam and Beau extended to even the most difficult of clients.I would highly recommend Verizon and the service of Sam and Beau at the deVargus mall.Thank you!!
Issac was very friendly, patient and helpful. He was also very professional, knowledgeable and cared about making us happy. He worked very hard transferring data including apps and contacts. He did not pressure us although I really didnt want a new phone, his patience helped me be comfortable with upgrading along with his dedication to explaining all the new features. They turned a tough situation into a pleasant customer experience! Lorianne manages the store in the railyard in Santa Fe and I would recommend to see her for any of your needs.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.I purchased a phone charger and a case for a Samsung phone. The store did not have a case in stock and offered to have the case shipped to my residence. After several days, I called this store to get a tracking number and was transferred to another number and was disconnected. The next day I called again and and was notified that the store could not find my tracking number but would call me back as soon as they located it. I never received any calls and was completely ignored. Poorly run store and no resolution. I called twice and was again ignored.

Normally go in to see the best employee Chad F but I was sad to find out the best employee this store has ever had no longer works here!! Cant say much about the other employees they are very rude and always try to sell me something i dont need. Chad sold me an iPad for my kids and a hotspot for myself when i travel on plane but for some reason this store thinks i can use devices i do not have use for chad was not only a great sales man able to give me what i NEEDED but also make the experience joyful and fun throughout my stay. I will no longer come to this location due to his absence. Im very disappointed in the service I have received since he has left. Other customers told me the same thing during my last visit. Seems Chad was a big reason anyone stayed coming to this store!

Went in to buy 32gb Samsung 6. They offered me a 64mb with a $100 mail in rebate, so I took it. I tried to claim rebate and found out that offer expired a week earlier. I went back to store. After speaking to manager they offered me a $150 Bluetooth speaker for free. Very good customer service.

Honestly one the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. After spending FOUR HOURS I was told they actually cant help me because the name on the bill is different than on my ID. I was ready to buy the S9 and walk out but now Im going to switch providers. Such a terrible experience after buying my phones from here for years. Skip it this place is really scraping the bottom for its employees.
