I had a terrible experience at the Target store on Zafarano Dr. In Santa Fe with Target mobile.I found the service rep there very friendly and courteous but incompetent in regards to opening an account with Verizon.I closed the account with the the mobile manager and got a full refund for the phones that I had purchased and he assured me the account would be closed but it wasn’t.I kept getting emails and letters in Spanish plus phone calls that I didn’t understand.Today I received a letter in English from Verizon stating that I was past do on the account.I called Verizon my account was still open and that I owed a balance?
