If anyone has financed a device and were told accessories such as AirPods or wireless chargers come with your purchase, you might want to contact the a company you have financed, to make sure nothing was added without consent and ONLY the device was financed.

Staff should be fired for many reasons one of which would be bait n switching phones. the companies not all that great either but if you use cricket id suggest using the other one in town

Ok when first started plan. But know the want to charge you to use the bathroom. O hold on they dont even have that!! When buying a phone make sure the internal memory has 16gs before you buy. As I was not told when purchase made and phone could not updated!!!! Now charge me to walk in and pay??? What the hell is that??? Buyer beware!!!

Dont do it, After I switched to them they inform me that my phone and their network dont really work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then find out they lost my original sim!!!!!!!!
