This is the friendliest and most helpful group of people Ive ever encountered. I needed a pressure treated post for our gate keypad. They found one that was a bit twisted, but in otherwise good shape and let me have it. No charge because it wasnt perfect. When I needed some pallets, they rounded up a bunch of them and helped me load them. Again, no charge. Ill give them all of my lumber business. Hands down theyre the best!

Great store for building materials, not to mention the great service...

We needed several materials for a home edition some of which included 7 2x12-20 boards, insulation, etc. Not only did we have the wrong items delivdered to the house. The guy who helped us Ralph, was extremely rude and didnt want to give us back our refund. Finally after several threats to call the BBB he did. We then tried to forgive them and reorder some of the materials but Ralph and some of the other employees gave us the run around and wouldnt help us when we arrived at the establishment. We sat and waited nearly an hour, watching others get help first. I would not recommend buying materials from here.

Probuild is awesome. they carry sometimes hard to find items and delivery is free. Customer service was great and ordering was easy. So glad they are in Santa Fe!
