Awesome book store in the heart of Santa Fe

I went here to get some books as gifts. The staff was very knowledgable about the books. They are a small book store, (compared to big chain stores...shop local!!), but the selection they do have is excellent. Small but mighty! After my purchase they did a fine, artistic job of wrapping my books.

Super friendly with plenty of local interest books and featured local authors. The doggos were a welcome bonus!

Small locally owned bookstore with high quality selection of books. Strong on Art, Design, literature, and local culture. I only gave it a 4-star because of size otherwise its a 5 for its inviting environment and presence in the community.

Many local subject books, also nice selection of the usual genres. Great ambiance in an old adobe building in an old Santa Fe neighborhood. Plus the hip low key cafe/news stand next door

Cool bookstore. I visited with my two teenage kids. All three of us were able to find something interesting to browse through and to entertain ourselves with for a good hour. The leather chairs are lovely. I bought a book that caught my eye and it was at a substantial discount. I was chatting with the lady who checked us out and asked her a couple of questions about the local scene. She honestly let me know that she had just moved recently to the Santa Fe area, but made a brave attempt to respond anyway. She was nice. Overall, a good place. Definite visit for book lovers.

I bought so many books here. I don’t know if it’s just that their selection suited me really well, but I wanted A LOT of what they had. And I also loved their Willard Clark corner with beautiful framed prints! I bought one of those, too! And the young lady working there was really friendly, as well.

Nine Buddhist books. I wish I could consult with them to increase it to 20 essential classics. They have good fiction, art and childrens sections. A book on big butts caught my eye. They have a Santa Fe non-fiction section. The psychology section was a bit weak, in my opinion. My dad liked it, interesting art and fiction books, you can see stuff you dont see elsewhere. The counter woman greeted me, seemed pleasant.
