I dropped off my vehicle for a flat repair and was charged for a tire sensor i didnt need. On my way home I stopped at another shop to get the nail removed and was charged again. When I went to pick up my vehicle one of the employees was hanging on the door while it was open looking into it. Also was informed the vehicle needed to be boosted cause the battery died somehow then when I went to inspect my car it was having electrical issues. Im never going back and Im not recommending to anyone.

Had an appointment and had to wait over an hour. Wrong lug nut put on vehicle. Told brakes down to metal, surprise, brake shop said rear brakes completely fine, front just at the threshold of needing replacement.Angry beyond words. I didnt need to be scared that my car wasnt road worthy or safe when its fine. Thanks guys.Oh and there wasnt toilet paper in the womens restroom. No kidding.

As a master technician employed by Great Little Cars of Santa Fe I am well aware of the need to perform properly and quickly in the automotive industry. These guys are the best. Travis has been great with pricing and getting clients in for us but today was just another reason to go no where else. In a bind I phoned and the manager Devon not only performed a four wheel balance immediately but with a hand shake. What? Are you kidding me! This was above and beyond my expectations and clearly performing and out performing the competition. Starting with the phone call to check on availability, Antonio was super polite and helpful. Pulled my RV in to fix a tire valve. The helpfulness continued as they guided my trailer in and set it up in the parking lot. The associate that fixed it was polite, thorough and quick! The helpfulness continued until the end as they found a cap for another valve stem and a different associate moved their car to give my RV room to exit. Can not praise nearly enough. Thank you for the help and getting us back on our journey!!

After a phone call I went to have my sons tire repaired. Not only were they clueless as to who I spoke with and I mean its pretty bad when you dont know the names of your co-workers, I couldnt be serviced in the amount of time that I needed. I was promised and promised and its a good thing it wasnt an emergency.

BEST SERVICE IN NEW MEXICO!!! So my wife and I were traveling across country and had a blow out at exit 300 traveling west on I40. No one had a passenger tire anywhere. Only discount and by the time we would get there they would be closed. Starting to panic we ask if it would be possible anyone could stay until we got there expecting a no. Well they waited WELL after closing for us to get there AND they were extremely nice and helpful!!! My family and I are forever in you guys debt!!! THANK YOU SANTA FE DISCOUNT TIRE!!!!

They fixed a tire that had acquired a screw that caused a slow leak. I did not have an appointment. They fixed it in about 20 minutes. Totally polite, totally professional and amazingly efficient. Repair was free. Free! These folks are amazing. This will be where I buy my tires from now on.

Had a crazy issue where my daughter discovered that they gave back the wrong tires in December when she switched to snow tires, discovered this only today at a repair shop. Discount heard this and treated us very fairly w a free set of tires even though it has been half a year. Been a customer for 20+ years, great shop!

They replaced my tire in almost half the time of my appointment. Extremely professional service and one of the new technicians was incredibly helpful. Amazing service help me get my tires all patched up and ready to go and get back on the road as soon as possible sometimes they push their appointments a little late but thats just because theyre so busy and even then theyre able to process a large amount of cars very fast.

Had a nail in my tire. Luckily I had the certificate to get a replacement if it wasn’t fixable. Which it wasn’t and the tire was only a year old. Got it replace and the tires rotated in under an hour.

We had a screw in our tire coming into Santa Fe. Stopped at Discount Tire and they were able to get us tires for the next day. They called about five hours later that our tires were in. We went right over and we had new tires on in 20 minutes. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Very professional and on top of it. Thank you!

Did my order online? The parking lot is tiny and the set up they have right now is a bit confusing. But they got me in right away. No issues... They do have you drive in your own vehicle in to the garage bay. Just an FYI. Overall Ive been going to this same place for 15 years. Always recommend this place...

Good service prices are high

I went over to discount tires after getting a screw in my tire. They’re doing a great job with masks and social distancing with waiting in line in the car and then chairs at least 6 feet apart inside and outside. So I was already happy with their service/speed and then they repaired and replaced my flat for free! I’ll definitely be back.

No longer my store... since Chris left and this Virus thing has happened, we can not get any service. Their check-in line constantly blocks the street, the air check line takes priority over check-in, they do not have sufficient staff to keep things moving so lines grow and grow until the street is blocked. Will move my business to Albuquerque ... at least there, they have staff that keep it moving and appointments mean something.

Went to check to the pressure of my tires and one of the workers named Ralph saw my tires wires were exposed which is pretty dangerous so shout out to that guy for spotting that.Service is quick, prompt and professional. There is a bit of a wait so Id advise going early if you have plans earlier. 10/10, happy with the service.

The were very transparent and showed me the bad hole in my tire then helped me find an affordable replacement. They are awesome! I totally recommend them!

While visiting Santa Fe we had a tire that was previously plugged by myself (non-professional, lol) that kept leaking. Needed an internal plug installed. Previous DT service in our home town was excellent, well I must extend that badge.if excellence to this store too. It was very busy when they first opened and the staff was very organized and Covid compliant. Got the tire plugged for no charge! Excellent customer rapport from all the employees. If you need tire service I highly recommend Discount Tire.
