What can I say? This experience with Auto Right has completely changed my mind about how the collision repair business works. They were highly communicative, helpful, polite, punctual, and just downright professional. When anobstacle arose they asked how could they be helpful and solved the problem which was not even there problem but mine I had to contend with. They simply just said hey how can we help get this done at no extra charge. I will be returning my business to them for sure.

This place has quality service, and exceptional communication. I think a persons experience with auto body repair has a lot to do with who they have as insurance providers. You get what you pay for with insurance. Auto Rite Collision Repair is a great place for quality service, and beautiful work. Ive had them fix two of my vehicles and their work is impeccable. They even buffed out a scratch I noticed when I picked it up, that wasnt part of my repair. I mean, theyre nice folks. Professional.

Ive used this business several times, and theyre always friendly, professional, timely and proficient. Ive never had a problem with any work that theyve performed. Auto Right was originally recommended by my insurance company, and they did such a great job, I continue to use them. I would happily refer others to them for body work without reservation.

I definitely would recommend Auto Right. Work was beautiful, finished one week early, staff very competent, courteous, and efficient. They kept me informed of progress, answered questions patiently. My car got vandalized while out of state. I called and talked to the owner stating that I wouldn’t be able to pick the car up that it would likely be 2-3 weeks to make arrangements to get there since I lived in another state. The owner stated it wouldn’t be a problem and that he would work with me. The car was there about 5 months waiting for a part. I happened to be there after Christmas, called and asked if the car was ready, as it was an opportunity get it, and it wasn’t complete. A week later I get a message the car is ready and I need to get it. I explained the owner and I made arrangements to give me 2-3 weeks and I was told I had to get the car out by that Friday or I would get storage fees. I told them I didn’t want to tow it as it was 5 miles away from their store and expensive. Will told me I couldn’t even get it towed because it needed inspection. I asked for Dave ( the owner I believe) to call and he never did. I talked to a woman on the phone Lidia who basically told me I Was the one being unreasonable! This place made a promise to give me time to get the car, retracted their promise, and made me find someone else to get my car! After my car sat there for 5 months all of a sudden it was an emergency to get it off their lot!

Though everything wasnt. Fixed at first and we had to bring it back. We had rushed them needing our vehicle for a trip. It was major work. They had to replace the frame and several cosmetic things. We picked up the Expedition yesterday and it was fantastic!!!Through all of it they were very polite and kept us informed.Dave is honest and it is a place you can trust.I would use them again if needed.

Thanks to all of the staff at Auto right collision for a job well done on my truck. Also a big thanks to Derwin for the courteous and professional advice and help. A couple of loose screws on tailgate and bed linning but it wasnt an issue. Other than that you guys did an excellent job.

My car was backed into in a parking lot. Auto Right Collision was able to work with my insurance. They communicated with me every step of the way and get my car back to me quickly. Looking at my car now you would never be able to tell where the damage was. Plus when I picked up it had been cleaned, both inside and outside. I was also given a very through and complete explanation of all the work that was done and all the costs. I know where I will go if something like this ever happens to me again.

Auto Right repaired my vehicle back in October 2017. My driver side headlight assembly was replaced at that time. Nearly 7 months later this headlight assembly failed and I noticed a lot of moisture was inside of it.I called Auto right to tell them, and they ordered me a new one and installed it without any hassle. Knowledge. Good to go and get a first look at for smaller dings and single panel damage and great for full body relain for more serious accidents.

Shoddy workmanship and then a bad attitude when I complained. Actually broke the windshield, Eyesight, antenna, compromised auto tailgate and back window on my car while repairing it! The paint job had to be redone, and they were not nice to me until the owner stepped in. Of course this took literally over a month longer to repair than initially quoted. Poor communication about when it would be ready too. Every time they worked on the car it came back with something else damaged. They even left it dirty, and dingy with the headliner. If you value your car and workmanship, Id think twice about going here.

Walked in and after 5 minutes waiting for someone to get off the phone was told it would be 3 days before I could schedule an estimate and that it would cost $10 (refunded if they do the work). Drove down the street 100 yards and had an estimate in 30 minutes. Highly recommend going some place else.

The staff was very professional. They advised me that even though they gave me an estimate, it might be more in the end because of things that cannot be seen from the initial inspection. Also was advised that because of not being able to see everything, the time might be longer than initially quoted due to having to order additional parts. The owner actually picked me up at the car rental place and brought me to my car when it was finished. Everyone at auto is friendly and the staff kept me updated via text on the progress of my car over the 2 weeks it took to repair it. The finished job was excellent. It looks like new and there is no visible evidence of it ever being in a wreck!The customer service at Autoright is exceptional. I highly recommend them. I chose them out of 3 estimates even though they were the most expensive estimate of the three. Hopefully I wont need their services again but if I do, I will not go anywere else!

Owners very rude and unprofessiona went in one day and the husband and wife were having domestics yelling and Cursingthrowing things at each other. They treat there employees very poorly. The wife Yells at her employees in front of customers I really recommend talking talking business elsewhere.

Called to get an estimate, and immediately the man starts telling me he doubts the accident occurred as it was. I asked him a simple question about deductible and he became negative and rude. Ummm how tf am I suppose to even know how it occurred when I was inside work? Taking my business elsewhere...

When I took my car in I did not have scratches in other body panels, its like if they just used a dirty rag to clean my car, even tho the paint was a year old. Also they say they use the 2 bucket cleaning method, I use that method to clean my car, and I never scratch my car like how they did. Also I found white scratches in the interior of the car. Also when I close my cars door it does a squeaky noice comming from the weather strip that connects to the window, again my window is scratched, and the weather strip is scratching it more, they did not put it right, they did not care for my car, all my paper work from the car and the little things that i left that i did not cared for was left on my car to see if they move things around, suprise! suprise! everything was in the wrong spot. Also they have very bad costumer service, very rude people. I will never come to this place again and I will never recommend it.
