Called in to this place to see if I can get scheduled. They said absolutely, please come in. I came in they called the other company which was taking a long time to get scheduled there. They got the paperwork from that company that never even sent the estimate to the insurance company so that was disappointing. But this company called the insurance verified the information, got everything they needed. Looked at my car, even gave me a ride home. This place is definitely practices to have great customer service. Looking forward to dealing with them through this process.

Being full-time RVers, we were put to a sudden an unexpected halt in Santa Fe due to our truck being rear-ended while stopped at a red light. We contacted our insurance (The Hartford), and the asked me to go to Perfection Auto Craft to have an estimate done. Donald Garcia, the owner of the business, made the estimate on Monday morning, and The Hartford approved it Tuesday morning. I got the truck in on Tuesday afternoon, and repairs and painting was done Thursday afternoon. Donald and his staff went out of their way to get the repairs done quickly so we could continue our travels and not have to cancel more than two reservations. The work was done perfectly, and the way Donald and his staff treats their customers is second to none. I can highly recommend to have bodywork done at this place, whether you are just travelling through Santa Fe, or live here.
