CF collision took awhile on the parts had a couple of hiccups but in the end with the help of David the manager of Cf my vehicle was done and almost ready just needs a windshield. All I can say is that David you are awesome and made me happy i will bring back my vehicle to your business again if I had to. Also work on my vehicle came out great π―
CF Collision was prompt and professional. They even helped me navigate the rental car logistics successfully! My car looks great, and I feel safe driving it! Thank you, Dave Klingler and Jeff Hughes!
The collision center employee was nice. Im waiting for the Supervisor at the center to call me about the paint and scratch damage that occurred during warranty repairs at Capital Ford in Santa Fe, NM. I left with mixed feeling if Ford is actually going to repair my car as promised. The employee wasnt very convincing about my need of repairs. Capital Ford uses CF collision for their paint & body repairs.
They had my car for 2 weeks or more and didnt fix the main repair. My they have had my car for 8 days to fix the repair.... I may not take my car to them in the future. I told and showed the employee the first time what needed to be fixed and it didnt happen so Im like ok ...
Only place in santa fe to take your vehicle to get done right the first time.
If I could rate this a 10 out of 5 I would. My wife and son were traveling from North Carolina to our second home in Southern California and spent the night in Santa Fe. When we parked the car we inadvertantly pulled too far toward the railroad tie at the back of the parking spot and got the front bumper hooked on a railroad tire spike. When we backed out the entire front plastic portion of the bumper pulled completely off. including parking lamps. The next morning bright and early I went to the Ford dealer and they sent me to CF collision. I met with the asst manager Jeff Hughes who confirmed the bumper was cracked on both sides a wire had been severed and we would need a new bumper. With a car full of luggage and three of us traveling what would we do next? Jeff took the time to look at the remaining bumper and said maybe they can secure things enough and take the non destroyed pieces off the bumper and give them to us and probably we could get home without the bumper. So while I started contacting my insurance company they took the car in the body shop. IN LESS THAN 1 HOUR. they said they were done. When I went outside they had reinstalled the original bumper. Obviously only a temporary fix but they said it was secure enough to make the trip home. We left SF on Tuesday and arrived at our home last night. Everything was fantastic. We were completely at their mercy and looking at a real mess [rental car transfer luggage, a return trip to get the car etc] and the CF team especially Jeff Hughes and the tech who repaired the vehicle were helpful beyond words. I am near 70 years old and cant remember ever getting service that good. [and to complete strangers.]Couldnt recommend it more highlySteve Gamble - Laguna Niguel Ca.
Fixing to take our car in for repair from hitting a deer. We have taken the car here before and they do excellent work
CF Collision had our truck for about 5 weeks before even starting the work yet they cashed our insurance check a month before. No communication from them whatsoever and once it was finished and after we got our truck back home the rear lights didnβt work and neither did the back up camera. Had to take it back. Never again.
Insurance recommend cf collision the process started off great drop my truck off Friday gave them a call on Tuesday of the following week was told my truck would be ready Thursday. Shop told me to get there before 5 so I could pick my truck up I left work early to get my truck when I arrived at the shop my truck was still being work by the time I got my truck back it was after 5 so I dont know why I had to be at the shop before 5 and leave work early and have cf cost me money when my truck wasnt ready after getting my truck back we took a look at the work and parts were installed damaged. Fixs should be done rigjt the first time if you charge the insurance company over 2000 dollars. I have State Farm now looking into shop. But now my truck has to be fix again and take time off or work etc..... Do not go here
Very disappointed. We took our vehicle here for a scratch on the driver door for repair. When we picked up our vehicle we noticed a worse dent and scratch on the passenger side door near the front tire. The vehicle had been newly repainted and repaired and we would have known if this was there beforehand. When I brought it to their attention they denied that it had happened while the vehicle was with them. And insisted that I brought it in that way and they were not obligated for it because they had taken pictures of it when I brought it in and the pictures had the dent already there. Why would I bring it in for a small scratch and ignore a dent that was bigger than the initial job asked to be done and not ask them to fix that?. I will never do business nor recommend this business going forward.Mr.Klingler,A good business would do a walk around of the vehicle with the customer present before photos are taken . How are you so certain the damage didnβt happen at your facility prior to the photos you showed? I guess the only way to have dealt with this was to take our own pictures before leaving it at your facility.again very unprofessional.
Very professional and respectful. Will recommend.
I dont even know where to start with this place, my wife got into an accident and the insurance recommended we take it here. So I did and I didnt get it back for 3 months, yes the car was significantly damaged so I understood some what on the delay. When it was all said and done upon inspection I found cracked paint on the rocker panel which should have been properly inspected for all damage and repaired, so I let it slide I just asked they dab a bit of paint to prevent corrosion than I found they rotated the damaged wheel to the rear so I wouldnt notice since you focus more on the repair areas when receiving your vehicle. Than the old scratched emblem from the previous bumper was inserted on to the new one when it should have been replaced. Was missing several clear bra pieces that should have been replaced onto the new panels. Replaced a pig tail for the head light with a cheap aftermarket pigtail that did not fit properly so I had to buy an OEM piece to fix it as I was doing this I noticed the the apron was slightly crunched with chiped paint everywhere. The least they could have done was sprayed some undercoat to prevent rust. But apparently they didnt care. I was very dissatisfied. I understand that sometimes businesses have bad days but 3 months. SERIOUSLY, definitely dont recommend
Clean and professional. A bit off the beaten path but easy enough to find. Work was solid.
Good job. Can be trusted with your prized position. Very helpful and answers all my questions and gave me updats on process. Did what they said they would. Over all GREAT JOB!!
Well, they fixed my van door, but they over charged me. Estimated 3hrs of labor, actually took closer to one hour but still charged me for 3. Also didnt call me when parts came in like they said they would. Was stuck waiting for 10 days when they said it would be next day. Cipy was who helped me. He was okay.
This is the worst place I have ever dealt with. We had a car accident in Santa Fe and my insurance chose this place to fix my car. They kept pushing back the date and didnβt take any accountability for how long it was taking them. It took them three months to fix my car and it wasnβt fixed correctly, the paint job was atrocious. I now have to take my car to another place to fix what these idiots couldnβt or didnβt care to do correctly.
Stear clear of this place. Kids in high school shop class could do better work, seriously. Bondo work started cracking, paint started chipping. Clips must not have been placed correctly as the front bumper became loose, ultimately flying off on I25. Taking it elsewhere and going to pay out of pocket to have the job done right. In all seriousness DO NOT take your vehicle here.
They handled my quick repair easily and for a reasonable rate.
Dave, Jeff, and Cipy were really outstanding. I had great service and communication from the team. Thank you CF Collision!!!
Great customer service
Im giving CF Collision, Tory McKennie & the crew on duty Friday afternoon November 29th 5 stars, but they deserve 10. I called on short notice, hoping to be able to coordinate a nice gesture for my aging parents who had traveled here from Louisiana for Thanksgiving, only for my dad to have to hospitalized Thanksgiving morning. Not knowing exactly when or even if my dad would be released from the hospital, I sought help from Tory & the CF Collision crew to fix a damaged mirror on their vehicle to help in ensure their safety on the long return trip. Although it was the day after a major holiday, end of month & weather quickly deteriorating, these professionals came to my aid. Superior customer service, professionalism, compassion & hard work ethic does still exist & is clearly evidenced in this local business. I am extremely grateful & highly recommend CF Collision.
Took my vehicle to get a supplement estimate because that was the insurance required. At first everything seem to be going well the estimator was nice and told me they would do it right away. Then all the bad and unprofessionalism things happen. They never did nothing, they didnt even looked at my vehicle but I was told that they were finishing the estimate. After a few days of waiting I tried calling them several times but no luck it seems if they rejected my calls and allways going to the machine. Please DONT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. If you cant do the work tell the customers someone else can, but dont lie to them.
I was pleasantly surprised when my car was returned looking like new. Tory had gone above and beyond just repairing the damage, but cleaned both the interior and exterior. He was professional and prompt. I would absolutely recommend CF Collision to anyone in need.
Not seamless on the repairs and they didnt seem to care about thier jobs or thier appearance as a business.
I had give them one star before cause they really messed up at first. But they make it up to me so thanks.
CF Collision is AWESOME!!! Tory was very professional, yet down to earth and homely, it felt like I was talking to my brother. I took in my 2004 Ford F-150 for minor repairs from a rear ended accident, the adjuster quoted a bit over $1000.00but when I took it in, Tory noticed my truck bed was a bit tweaked, he looked under the bed and, sure enough the frame was bent, really bent, I thought my truck was totaled for sure but Tory and his crew were able to work their magic on the numbers AND the repairs, (they replaced my frame), I donβt know how they did it but my truck came out GREAT, it seems to even run better I PROMISE. I took my truck to 3 other body shops in town and none of them caught the bent frame and their quotes were STILL ridiculously high. If you want hometown friendly (PROFESSIONAL) service AND great results I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CF COLLISION. Thanks again Tory and all your staff. Iβm gonna tell everyone I know! Youβre the best!!!!!!!-Ruben-
Solid and reliable work.
I had CF collision work on my truck and they did an outstanding job. The people there are very friendly. And my truck was ready when they told me it be ready. I would recommend this place to anyone. Good people to work with they are great.
Had another bed liner done by Tory and his guys and yet again it came out perfect! I wonβt take my trucks anywhere else! π
GREAT place and professional staff. Car came out better than ever.
I wish they were faster, but they did a good job and Tory is very calming and professional man. I wish the girl who picks up the phone improves her phone edicate.
Fast respectful but didnt explain much
Good people skills, took them a while to fix my car though
The repair took 5 days, for a small repair. Repaired to new, very happy. No offence, but I hope to never need their service again. Haha
This company was recommended to me by my insurance company. They called me to schedule an appointment, that was fine. Due to weather, I had to call to cancel at the original time. When I called to reschedule, the receptionist / scheduler insisted that shed just spoken to me, and because I was going to a different repair shop, shed canceled my order. Since it wasnt me, I rescheduled my appointment. After verifying she hadnt called me, I called back and it ended up the other person had a name that sounded very similar to mine, but was spelled very differently. The receptionist, still not believing it wasnt me shed called, had scheduled an appointment for the other persons vehicle and repair. Still, once the confusion was resolve, my appointment was kept at the same time.I drove 20 minutes for my rescheduled appointment, where I was told by someone else that they would not be able to take my car then, because the repair time, as estimated by the insurance adjuster and in the paperwork they already had, would push it over the weekend. So we rescheduled again.Today when I arrived, I was greeted, then told to wait in the corner for someone who handles car rental. Since Id already reserved a rental car, and been told to call the rental agency on my arrival, I asked which I should do, and I was rudely (but with a smile) told to do as I was previously told and see the person in the corner. At that point, I said Id be taking my business elsewhere, and left. Then I called and asked to speak the service manager. The person who answered the phone said that was him. I explained what happened to me. I got a very noncommittal sorry that happened to you.For all I know, this place might do great work, but because of the number of times I was treated unprofessionally and rudely before work could even start, Ill never know.
Took my F250 in for repairs after an accident. They left cracked parts and the bumper falling apart, and other unfinished work. I brought it to the attention of the service manager, Jeff, he acted as if he didnt know what I was talking about. Totally poor customer skills! He didnt offer to see my truck at all. I would NOT recommend c.f.colision to anyone! Poor service overall.
One dont listen to the lies. Unfriendly and as most state you will be back do to shoddy work. Was in accident in July they fixed my number bum rear parking aid still does not work. Second accident(Neither my fault) replaced my doors and the inside panel kept getting stuck they told me I must have done something to it. Do not got there for any reason. They will rob you blind and send your car out with more problems then it goes in with. Call probody or extreme twist. Trust me.
Super fast repair job. Car looks perfect! Couldnt be happier!
Two months later still not fixed .now I have to go to a dealership to fix the problems and have an insurance nightmare .
Prompt and professionalπ
I was scammed by Allstate and this cf collisions they received my car for a collision and Property damage they kept my car for five to six weeks didnt fix it properly they had me take it back twice, each time they said they fixed it, obviously they didnt, then they wouldnt pay for the car rental and left me a bill for 1400.00 dollars, then I had to replace 3 sets of rear tires because they didnt align the car properly, that was 750.00 and a rear alignment, then they didnt set the sensors properly that cost 898.00, all of this while claiming that they are the certified repair shop for Allstate I know I am not the only one who has been robbed by this combo of thieves, watch out you will be next, dont use this repair shop or Allstate insurance company of thieves, they are...
They are GREAT!
I wouldnβt trust any other shop for body work on my Jeep. It still looks brand new after a catastrophic hailstorm and a run-in with a deer in the Sandias.
Vehicle was there for 2 months, before they figured out they couldnt fix it.
They were fine
Awesome work
Very professional
Super customer service!
Friendly service!
