Before the holiday season I was in need of collision repair and all that it entails on my vehicle that is 21 years old. I spoke with Mike Leyba, one of the owners. I had heard of he and their reputation which is excellent. He never mentioned that they could not work on it do to age as many other repair locations had. I could not be happier with what he and his staff did in completing the work. The paint matches perfectly and the job completed by all staff is excellent. I recommend that you not pass on getting an estimate for repair from them. The cost was more than fair and the work is five star. Happy New Year Mike and all your staff.

The folks at Top Gun were wonderful! I was hoping to find someone to work with me for repairs (paid out of pocket) for my 94 truck. Many of the places I called in Santa Fe wouldnt work on a car that old, others were not as open to finding scrappy solutions (trying to keep costs as low as possible, possibly sourcing replacement parts from local scrap yards, etc.) and the guys at Top Gun got the job done well and at a very fair price. I am so grateful to them!

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Top Gun. I wish I could give them 6 stars.I was in an accident that left my 2005 Toyota Rav-4 in need of A LOT of work and only 2 weeks before I was due to take a roadtrip north, AND right before the holiday season. I wanted to find a reputable collision specialist who would work with me on costs and be able to turn my car around quickly. I shopped around a few body work shops. Ultimately, Top Gun came recommended by a police officer who told me that Top Gun services the entire SFPD auto fleet, so I had a feeling they would be professional. And they totally were.I worked with Dominic, a super friendly and compassionate estimator who went over my SUV with a fine tooth comb. He was extremely honest about all the work that needed to be done before I could drive it again (safety features and body work), and what could wait (windshield wiper fluid dispenser and final coats of paint). He worked with me to get costs down as low as possible. Ultimately, going to Top Gun saved me around $2500 than other large and small body shops. I requested after-market parts to cut costs further, but they hooked me up with brand new factory parts for the price of after-market. I paid cash for an ever better deal than I was expecting. And of course they also guarantee their work.When other shops said they couldnt even see my car for 3 weeks, Dominic and the folks at Top Gun got my car in the next day. Where other shops told me I needed to replace enormous and costly parts (like the radiator mount), Top Gun used their specialized equipment to fix the parts I already had, saving me hundreds of dollars. Where another shop took one look at my car and told me it wasnt worth fixing, the people at Top Gun were so willing to work with me. After all, I only just bought the car a couple months ago.As far as the body work, my car is in excellent shape, ran beautifully over my entire roadtrip. Aside from the fact that I opted not to paint my new parts yet, you cant tell it was ever in an accident. I will continue returning to Top Gun for body work needs in the future, although hopefully I wont have to.BONUS: These guys are honest. I left my wallet in my car the day I took it in. Days later, I called to see if it was in there, and Dominic was so nice to climb up to where the car was hoisted to the ceiling, found my wallet, and held it for me to pick up. He even gave me a hug (awww).

These guys were amazing. Lane got me in and out in one day with a factory bumper replacement and accident assessment. They know how to work with the insurance companies. They are at a prime spot on 599 and Airport road, making it easy for them to get parts in from ABQ. Andrew dropped me off in town while I waited. They came recommended by my Nissan dealer and I highly recommend these guys as well. They even stayed open late on a Friday to make sure they kept their word. Great job, highly recommend! Im coming back for my non-insurance work.

They were late one week having the vehicle ready, my vehicle was scratched passenger rear at their shop, the headliner was not set back in place properly, the driver exterior chrome molding came off on the way home, the driver door stereo speaker grill was bent and the leather under the speaker was not installed properly at their shop, when my wife and I got there I had them adjust the hood, I had them clean black spots on the tan leather seats and the head liner, i also took the vehicle to get detailed because the inside of the car was dusty and the carpet had gray/white power allover. To be fair the front office keep me abreast of things and they would always call back and the front personal were helpful. The paint came out OK they just need quality control in the back shop. No I did not take my car back because I dont live in Santa fe and I dont trust the personal in the back shop to me it would be like going to a restaurant and returning bad food the cook made.
