If you are planning for an oil change and just an oil change do not come here. They tell you a millions of things are wrong with your vehicle and tell you your alignment is off even if your vehicle is 2019. Would not recommend.

These guys and girls are the best and honest and great diagnosing a problem with your car. To find these qualities in a mechanic now a days is hard to find which Im sure a lot of you already know, so if you have a problem with your car take it to this place. I am recommending them 100%.... oh and speak with Bernice, shes got the gift of diagnosing the problem without putting it on the scanner and 99.9% of the time shes dead on right....

Something so simple, that the dealer couldnt see, that needed to be replaced and these guys went straight to the issue and fixed it at a very good price. The place is a little ran down, but hey, its the customer service and overall work that should be looked at. If I ever have issues again when Im back in town, Ill be coming here.

Initially I was happy with service purchased a set last year goodyear all terrain tires for my f150 went back a while ago to get my free rotation and front end alignment was informed they couldnt do the alignment because the tires were to big and the truck wouldnt fit on the rack so I had to go to find another place to rotate and align I went to Firestone on Washington no problems in an out in a hr pretty disappointing my family been using that tire shop for years but having to go to another shop for service ends that tradition

Wife came in to get a rear tire patched. Technician recommended a new tire for front driver side tire, due to bad wearing. Fine, she ended up paying for new tire and got that rear tire patched. Ends up they forgot to put back the hub cap for the rear patched up tire. They call her next day to have her go back to put on hub cap. She shows up and they couldn’t find it. Really..?? On top of that, a low tire pressure indicator came up. They ended up adding more air for one of the front tires.

These guys really let place go! No tires in the showroom and personal junk stored in the garage. Very odd and messy. As far as service not to sure, just needed a tire repair.A while back, a mechanic here found something simple that the dealership kept missing. Great work for a fair price.

They were very helpful they explain to me about my tires good place.

I went in and told them my issues with my car and they fixed everything else but the issue at hand. My car kept stalling out. They wanted to replace the parts that I already had replaced. And they gave me a price when it got diagnosed and when I came back for replacement they tried to charge more than what they told me. Be careful with those clowns.

I always trust my car in them, they are friendly and helpful always have specials, and the mechanics have experience. Good staff 👌👌👌👍👍

Dont ever go there!The girl at the counter has zero knowledge of cars and she is supposed to write up the service orders. She doesnt know the difference between 10w30 and WD40. Its a joke!!I should have left when I noticed how incompetent she was, but I was in a time crunch and eventually the manager came and ... again, I should have left after talking to him, but I didnt.I got an oil change done on my Sierra truck and all fluids toped off. After 200 miles the low coolant light comes on (it never came on in the 14 years I have owned it!) and another 300 miles later the low oil warning comes on!I went back to ask for a top-off and was told that I probably had leaks and they needed to check the vehicle or charge me for the fluids.I left and will never be back there. They now lost the tire business on our service fleet vehicles too because of the shady work they did on my personal vehicle!

They have a Managers especial of $13.95 basic oil change but got charged $34.20 for a basic oil change.

Their labor rates can be high but their work is always top notch and with a fast turnaround!

Worst service ever I usually change my own breaks but didnt want so I took my truck in for the very first break job first get me all of a sudden I was charged a hideous of over 300.00 Dallas for pads and rotors wow I strongly do not advise anyone to go there over charged makes me wonder I know cars poor elderly and people who do know totally over priced and take advantage of people very bad enter at own risk DONT DO IT

In my opinion ... I do not give it a star ... my car was ruined last Monday, it was just a simple sensor in the engine ... I have another Goodyear workshop where I take it but due to the distance my car was not going to arrive and I decided to take it to this place ... they are extremely dishonest especially the one who claims to be the manager. a long-haired boy I dont remember the name I think its Mario he charged me $ 120dls for a 15-minute job. and $ 120 for a piece that cost the most $ 80 dollars original of the brand of my car. I knew it because I took a second time to check my car but now to the place where they always fix it and it is extremely annoying to see that it no longer There are honest people ... this boy only told me that this is charged for doing that job and that the ones in the workshop where I take it were liars when they told me those prices ... I suggest to all the clients that before giving them a job find out the name of the piece oh pieces that will be changed to their cars and I will investigate the price first .... Q little honesty ... with that I have plenty to not recommend them to anyone ... ever.
