The Tire Depot was the only shop willing to take the time to search and find the wheels I was looking for. He gave me a call with a price and a time frame to expect to receive them. His time frame was 5-7 days, 2 days later he calls and the wheels are here. I appreciate what American Tire Depot did for me, the manager of the store was great.

Great shop. The manager, Fred, runs a tight crew who are efficient, knowledgeable, and honest group of guys. Been here multiple times and they have brought up issues with other areas in my vehicle, not what I was there for, without ever trying to push any extra services or product sales as typical with other shops. These guys know what they are doing too and handle your wheels with upmost care. They have my future business for sure!!!

Great customer service! After being turned away by one by one of your competitors, because they just took their last customer for the evening.I came in at the end of the day needing my tires rotated. Fred told me that he would be more than happy to do it, but I just needed to give him some time. He said it would be around 45 minutes. I was fine with waiting. But to my surprise in less than 15 minutes Fred told me my truck was ready and to have a good weekend. Not only was the service fast but I didnt have to pay for my tire rotation either. Definitely will be back when it comes time to purchase new tires for my truck Thanks Fred !!!

Highly recommend ATD!! We were headed home and had a 5 hour drive to our destination when we discovered a low tire. Staff took us right away patched the tire at no charge and only took 30 minutes. Staff was very friendly and competent.

This location was very friendly and informative. I was looking at the Memorial Day special for buy 3 get 1 free, I spoke with a rep and I gave her my tire size. Unfortunately my car has a very odd sizing and I was looking around many different locations and they all told me it would take a while to get a set of 4 tires. I was in no hurry but the rep told me that the supervisor/manager of the location was willing to go to the warehouse and install everything the same day. Once I arrived to the location the employees there had my appointment ready and let me know it would be less than an hour wait, they continued to give me updates on my car and let me know my car needed and alignment. I was not planning on doing it but he let me know he can give me a discount and it would take no more than 20 min. Overall the employees there were amazing and the price was cheaper than expected. I would definitely return to this company again.

I came in as a walk in, after being utterly disappointed with the service at another location within the same company. After being a customer of the company for over 13 years, I even considered taking my business elsewhere, however coming to this location restored my customer loyalty to the company. Fred, the gentleman who assisted me over the phone and in person when I arrived, was great!

Horrible service.Took time off work to get new tires...Mind you, they set an appointment time to come get them switched...So I went at the time I was giving and show up to them not having my tires in stock..They call me 2 hrs later telling me my tires arrived if Im still intrested..Between that time I went to my local tire company and bought what I was asking for within 30 mins. Installed and all..Never again will I go through these whacks.

Had a great experience and service here as I just came in for a tire repair (at no charge) and because they were so helpful I looked into buying some new wheels/rims for my car as I wasbin the market. Service was in a reasonable amt of time, including alignment. My luck they had a buy 3 get 1 free sale, perfect. On 11/23, I visited this location due to me having 1 flat tire. After I got there and they did their tire inspection, they determined that I had a tire that was worn out so I had to replace 2 tires since the 1st flat had a gash in it. When they removed my tires for rotation, they found that my brakes needed replacing, and on top of that they found a broken part behind my front right wheel. I appreciate them pointing these out, but what I do not appreciate is thievery. Before I arrived there, I carried 2 air compressors in the storage area of my truck bed. After the tire with the spare was replaced, their shop worker put my spare back in this storage. I appreciated that and drove off. Today after working remotely for over a month, I drove to work and saw that my tires were low due to non use so I was going to fill them while at work. I carry 2 compressors. 1 that didnt work too well, 1 that was new in a box. To my surprise, the one in the box was missing. I have not opened this storage area since well before my visit to this location. I do not appreciate anyone stealing anything from anybody. I hate it even more when it happens to me. Its bad enough that these guys tried to get me for almost $800 bucks with their upsells, but then they steal a $40.00 air compressor? I have already spread the word at my job to never go here for any service. Now I say it here. Beware.

Great service and quick! Prices were fair and honest. Tires are of quality, and tire selection/ inventory was good!!! Would highly suggest this location as the manager Rico has great service as well as the tire technicians ! Went in for a quick free tire patch, waited two and a half hours for them to tell me it was irreparable. Then they tried to charge me $78 for a new tire. If they would have communicated better and not wasted my time, maybe I would have been willing to pay for their services. Went to Carillo Tires on Imperial and it was faster and more affordable service.

I was helped today by a gentleman named Rico(spelling?) and he really was an awesome human being. The service was wonderful, and it was done almost exactly the time I was quoted which is always nice. I will continue to patronize this business for the foreseeable future.

Revised update for Mac:I went in today to get a patch on one tire for my Kia Forte. At this time Mac showed me the tire needed replacement and I was eager and happy to have the tire replaced. Since it was a rear tire, I also agreed to have 2 tires (both rear tires) replaced.At this point Mac mentioned it would be cheaper to replace all 4 tires since their is a special in which American Tire Depot is giving 1 tire free with the purchase of 3 tires. I had already seen the price online with installation and it would cost me $266.xx.I was quote $325 which is a mark up of close to $75.When I asked why he went on to unethically mention and falsify the price I quoted didnt include installation and he was also including TPMS.Why would you add TPMS without informing me? This is especially the case given the TPMS on each of my tires is functional and operational. Again he would not install them, yet he was including it in his price and pocketing the difference without ethically disclosing this to me upfront.Last but not least, who charges $75 for 4 TPMS monitors? Are you kidding me? These cost no more than $4-$5 per tire.Do your self a service and dont go to this place and dont take your business to Mac. He is deceitful and a liar.Previous update from 2017:Jesse is awesome. I would recommend this store any day. Professional, polite and down to earth, they are there and eager to help out customers. In addition to tire patches they carry economy tires at affordable pricing and I will be coming back as a regular for tire related issues. Thank you guys!

Staff is friendly and professional here. Ive taken my car in twice to patch a leak (they do this free) and on third visit decided to just get a new tire. Never had a problem and tire and labor cost is fair.

People are nice however being that I am a female someone(not gonna mention name)... tried to tell me the suspension was making my back tires ware out so I can buy more tires ...when in reality I only needed the front tires... (jajaja nope honey it’s called shocks )and I have no problem with my shocks just went to my mechanic and my car was inspected completely . Also tried saying I had a small nail in one of my back tires so I can purchase another tire. Till today there is no nail or else I would of had a flat and that was 2 weeks ago. So my advise to you is if you don’t know about cars (females) don’t go alone ! go with someone who knows or else they will try and tell u something is messed up. Hope this review is helpful.

Ive been coming here since moving to La Mirada 5 years ago. I think Rico has helped me almost every single time, the man is very professional and I always leave thinking I was fairly charged.

It was a Saturday and very busy. But, throughout the day as customers came in and some with lots of questions, Rico handled all with patience and without the customer feeling he was being rushed. I had a long wait but only because others were ahead of me.

Great service, great people. Gets it done fast.

Unfortunately had a bad experience. They put wrong size tire on two front wheel and only notice when I drove off lot when traction system service light came on and SUV started sputtering. Drove back to tire shop and they said to continue to drive until computer system kicks in and all will be well. Brake system lights came on and took back to shop. Service manager said the trend design was different and would replace with different tires, never admitted they he had wrong tire size put on, even paper work stated wrong size. We all make mistakes, but to hide behind false claims of this is normal and continue to drive until computer kicks in, what damage I could have had it I took his incompetence advice. I lost confidence in this tire shop and will look for another. Wrote review to vent about waiting three hours for them to resolve issue with no apology.

This place will take care of you and I trust on what they know is wrong with my car. I’ll be back for sure.

I was very pleasantly surprise at this tire store. I had the pleasure of meeting Rico, he was a great helper and very knowledgeable about what I will need for my problem. I needed to change all four of my tires and he recommended a brand that’s a good quality and excellent mileage with rebates( I didn’t expected that and he didn’t gave to do that either) I appreciated him helping me out with the rebates. I would recommend this particular American tire depot store to everyone because it’s rare these days to have sales and service personnel that really want to help customers out honestly. Go somewhere else. There are way better shops out there who know how to properly mount and balance tires. I specifically asked Albert to make sure they use a torque wrench to put on my tires and he confirmed they always do. However I watched their employee use an impact driver to install my wheels, applied tire shine, then drove it off the lift. Went to check how the tires were mounted and two of them had heavier weights because the mechanic apparently did not line up the yellow dot on the sidewall with the valve stem. Any rookie tire mechanic knows that yellow dot designates the lightest point of the tire and it should be lined up with the valve stem to offset the weight of the stem. $69 out the door for 4 tires mounted and balanced with new valve stems - 1.5 hours later. Not outrageous if they followed proper procedures to do it, but they didnt. The smaller tire shops down the street charge less and they do a much better job! Dont waste your time or risk your cars with these second rate mechanics.

Made an appointment so my wife wouldnt have to wait. She arrived early and checked in 30 minutes and no one told her what was going on at 9:40 the car went in. at 10:10 I get a call that my struts all 4 are bad it only has struts in the front. What Rico didnt know is the car was just in the shop yesterday and my regular mechanic would have brought it to my attention. then they put it back on the rack again then Rico told me it was never complete but my wife saw them change the tires. Why have an appointment I have been to other tire depots and NEVER had this problem VERY disappointed. The car was not complete until 10:30!!!!!!!! even though the price was good the services stunk !!!!!!!!! next time ill go somewhere else

I usually come here to get my new tires installed but, when I called to get a quote on just doing 2 tires, they gave me a price that I have paid for doing 4 with nitrogen! Dude even gave me an attitude as if I was lying about how much I had paid before. Talking about, its always been this price since Ive worked here! $59.00 for just 2 tires is ridiculous! I used to mount and balance tires for a few years, so I do know what I am talking about. I also have the receipts from my previous transactions there. They just lost a long time customer.

Just Stopped by for low air in my tires.Ended up spending $900.I usually go to the American Tire Depot in Bellflower, near where I live. I have taken my cars for years. Spent thousands $ on my cars.However, they told me I had to wait more than an hour just to fill my Tires with Nitrogen.If it would had been regular air, I would have taken care of it myself. But no gas station near me has nitrogen. I have an air pump at home, again, the tires can only be filled with Nitrogen.I didn’t want to wait a whole hour, just to fill my tires, I decided to drive to next nearest A T Depot, 20 minutes away; just to prove my point.When I got to A T Depot in Santa Fe Springs, the manager, Rico, went a step above and beyond. Took care of my problem immediately, the tires were all checked and filled.I told him how the Bellflower store wanted me to wait an hour, when this took less than 10 minutes in Santa Fe Springs.By the way, Bellflower gave me a lame excuse which would insult anybody’s intelligence, an I questioned the rep., but he acted like he didn’t care.I was treated totally different by Rico,I asked for a price, for my wife’s BMW, the dealer wanted over $2,400, for a service I could do myself, but have no time.Rico’s price was well under the quote and I felt they had the right crew to do the job.I had asked the Bellflower store for months to give me the same quote, I even told them to call me when they found how much for this job. Never heard back from them.Rico was able to quote the right price within a fewminutes.To me it looks like Santa Fe Springs American tire depot really cares when it comes to customer service.I also get the free tire rotation and free alignment, since I purchased the set of tires for the BMW, with A T Depot, along with the 3 year alignment service.Rico has been in constant communication with me, giving me updates on the repairs.I think this will be my new store for repairs, don’t mind the extra drive.I used to work as a service tech for Sears auto repair,when I was younger, so I know customer service. On December 8th I thought I had flat tire and called American tire depot. Forgot the person name whom I spoke with but he patiently listed what all I have to say and asked me to come over to take a look. I was surprised that he didnt ask me to take an appointment. When I went he took my key and asked to have a seat, after a while he came back and said its not a flat tire so just filled up the air. Explained how tires deflate during winter season but didnt charge me a dime. I really appreciated his help. I wanted to write this review from that time but today I got some time to write. I strongly recommend this shop for my friends and foes.

They would fix my flats for free or for $20. Last time I went the guy said the manufacture of the tire would not allow for fixing. Then he started looking in all kind of manuals to find out what to do. Probably he was trying to sell me a new tire. I walked out and went somewhere else.They remove the tire and plug the hole. 25 bucks and I was out of there in half an hour. Some folks just complicate things uselessly

I recommend that you get quotes from other stores to know how much is the going rate for the services you need to be done before going here. So around November, I purchased a set of tires from this location. and had my front brakes replaced and disc resurfaced and also an alignment. Everything went well. Now its time for a rotation which is free and I also need my rear brake serviced (I provide the brake pads). So I called this location as it is close to my home. Back in November, I was charged $100 for the front brake service which was fine. Now three months after, when I requested for a quote for rear brake service with resurfacing, I was quoted $129.99. So I told the guy on the phone last time it was for $100 did the price increase? and his response was a firm yes it increased! So what I did was contacted ATD in Glendale, Ca and asked for the same services. And guess what, I was quoted $80 to resurface the rear disc and replace the pads with what I have. I told the guy in Glendale what I was quoted from this location and told me thats wrong. I was contacting ATD corporate to file a complaint but I guess they are closed (Presidents Day). What bothers me about all this is that was given two different prices for ths same service by the same company with almost a $50 difference. I frequent the Glendale area anyway so I dont mind going there from now.

Did everything they could to get me the lowest price for my brakes and equipment. Even worked with my CarMax warranty to make my total even lower. Definitely bringing my other car and referring people here

Outstanding customer service. I resently had a low tire and stopped by the Santa Fe Springs store just prior to closing. I asked David if they could look st my low tire. He was very happy to put my car on the lift and found a nail in the tire. Within 10 min they had my tire fixed and i was back on the road. Most other store would have told me to bring it back in the morning to have it repaired but not here. This store knows how to treat its customets. Thanks for the great service.
