These people at M&C auto center treat customers as if they are stupid. You can’t just put parts in a car without the owners permission and you cant charge them for work that they didnt ask for. Certain paperwork is required by law and customers have a right to sue the mechanics at M&C. just a word of waring to M&C, if you dont know how to fix the car, admit it and let the customer take their car to a more professional mechanics with the skills to fix the car. M&C needs to read the California laws regarding ethical auto shops. The community is fed up with these people at M&C Auto center taking advantage of our friends. Students will be working together to boycott these businesses, which unethically take advantage of people. Shame on you! Karma is coming for you! You will be reported to the state attorneys office.

I have sent customers to these mechanics at M&C and I have not heard no negative things about them. They have gone back to them over and over they are very honest. These are the only people I would trust.

The worst service I have ever gotten . the owner was rude. He talked crazy to me. We had a yelling match.i was trying to find a new place close to where I just moved, trying to find a good mechanic.i was wrong this place is no good had my car for over 3 weeks, didnt communicate with me. But when he did was rude.i went and got my car, had it towed to another business and they are Great. I would NEVER recommend this of business M&C Auto Repair. If you want to take your car there GOOD LUCK. Rude,Rude. There was so much else that happen to much to write. 😠👎👎

*****WARNING***** DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! These people worked on a student’s car for over a year and never fixed the problem; they only created more problems by fixing things that didnt need to be fixed and by making endless false promises! They put parts in your car without asking and charge you for it! THIS IS ILLEGAL! It cost hundreds of dollars in repairs, not to mention time missed from work and tow trucks! In the end, a professorial auto shop found and fixed the problem in 20 minutes and it only cost $60 dollars! Students have filed complaints about M&C with the California DMV, California Better Business Bureau and The Bureau of Automotive Repair, as well as the California state department of justice. M&C Auto center have no idea on how to repair cars and just keep sticking parts in your car until the problem is ALMOST fixed. Out-dated auto repair shops like these need to be investigated and shut down, immediately! We encourage everyone who has had a horrible experience at M&C Automotive to contact California DMV, California Better Business Bureau, Santa Fe Springs City Council and The Bureau of Automotive Repair and shut down these unreliable automotive shops!
