Very discouraging experiences! Never come back to this UPS store.I brought a wrapped box to this UPS store. It was rejected by the store person. He said UPS only accept box with no warping paper.Then, I was going to buy a small box. He said the small box with packaging is $28.95. And, $12.95 for box only. Its way too expensive!So, I took my package to another nearby UPS store. The box is only $4 at the other UPS store with great service!Never come back to this UPS store.

Tried to reject my package even though it was well packed. Forced me to sign a waiver. Really didnt make sense for my package. I wanted to use the facilities at the Santa Clara, CA Convention Center before my next scheduled trip to the airport and was told by this UPS store Manager (Damien) at the Santa Clara Convention Center to leave his parking curb area and was not human enough to say sure no problem but please make it quick. Im like wow, from Service person to another that made me feel low.

He was very nice to me, wasnt really busy there, its a really small UPS store. I just needed to return a package and he provided me clear tape for free which I was very thankful for. It only took 10 seconds and it was done. Great service.

Quick and easy package drop-off. Parking is a bit out of the way but there’s a lot of it and it’s not the fault of the store.

Next time you decide to question the labeling on the package because you “think” a product comes with a rechargeable battery, maybe read the label on the package, and not move other customers ahead of me because you “have a thing for technology”. Amazing how the email from Amazon had the same label as the package. Don’t make assumptions because of your personal interest and follow instructions.

Convention center was closed, so UPS was closed, even though hours say it should be opened.

Ive been using this UPS location for the past year to ship items to my daughter who is a college student in AZ. The young man that works there is always so helpful, polite & very efficient. Im in and out of there in just a few minutes each time. Nice job!

I just used two minutes print a single page from the stores computer and the guy charged me $5 plus with a rude attitude. This is a price of the store so I tried to understand, though not pleasant. But after my printing the page, and I spent some time to write some thing on the paper, I want to go back to computer to check the account information in the computer. He even didnt allow me to do that and ask me to pay $5 again to access the computer. I tried to argue with him and he stopped me by calling the security guy. The most mean guy I ever met in my life!

Below average customer service. Attempted to drop an envelope and attendant wanted to secure a sell of tape too. Envelop was properly sealed. Walked outside and borrowed a stapler. Given a choice I wont come back.

It is not obvious that this store is actually inside the Hyatt. So complicated to just make it to this store if you arent staying at the Hyatt. The staff is really friendly and work gets done quickly so the positive stars are for that.

Super small office with only one staff. Store is hidden inside a convention center and hard to park. No waste of time coming to this location.

The UPS guy at this place told me that packaging tape cannot be used to package the parcels, because they get damaged on the transporter belt.And then offered me to repackage the whole thing for just a $15! I decided to find another UPS store instead.

Oh no! Labeled 15 lbs package prepaid and labeled. But it wasnt sealed. Wanted $5.01 for the strip of tape. Im going elsewhere

It is a horrable UPS store. They requested to buy UPS box as $16 for 1lbs package.I sent my package via another UPS store.I strongly recommand that you dont use this store.

UPS website shows its open. Only when I drive there I found out doors are locked.

Theres this employee there that has earned the 3 Strikes - Youre Out! award.Strike 1: Returning an AT&T Router, he said UPS Stores no longer accept AT&T equipment. Took it to the the one on El Camino and they accepted the return.Strike 2: After paying 5 dollars to print out a label at this UPS store -- Returning a RMA boxed device that was 45 pounds, he said everything looked good and wheeled it to the back room. One week later, I was called by the company - saying they never received the box. One week after that, I got a returned shipment from UPS. I used the same RMA to ship the box back, directly from my office and 4 days later, I was told they received the package.Strike 3 (yesterday): I was in a rush, so I decided against my will to walk my package over across the street to this UPS store. The shipment was a way bill (paid for by a third party) - he said that he couldnt accept the way bill, because a portion of the third party form was not filled out. I took the same form over to El Camino UPS and they accepted it, even after I asked them if it was insufficient information.Its always the same guy who and its always some B.S. Maybe hes the owner and needs to up-sell to stay afloat?This UPS store is a bad joke. I work less than 500 ft. from this place and Id rather drive 3 miles each direction to drop off a pre-paid package, than to deal with this smug personality, ever again.

The other reviewers are correct. Staff is similar to fecal matter.

Worst UPS store experience ever. Do not go here. I came in with several packages that already had purchased UPS labels. I needed these items dropped off and picked up by UPS. This store charges $6 per package to pickup. Total scam.

Signed a document in front of employee, and he refused to notarize it. He gave no reason.
