Plenty of parking, safe neighborhood, and ample lighting!In conclusion, I removed a star for average customer service and an average experience. Definitely will be returning here whenever I have office or shipping needs. Very efficient place.

Had a great experience with the print center. Submitted my document online to be printed in color and the document turned out great! Initially there was an issue with the double sided printing because online system had it flipped on the long side instead of the short side. However, the FedEx staff was willing to help correct this and reprinted my documents using the correct double-sided orientation without charging me extra.

I have been using this fedex for printing services for the last month the gentleman Travis is amazing. Super knowledgeable patient and polite. The woman on the other hand is rude. If it wasnt for Travis I would have took my $1,000 order to another location. The 5 stars is for Travis alone.

Went in to drop off a package. Friday afternoon and it was completely empty and I was helped right away. If you have a package with a prepaid label, you wouldnt even need to wait in line; they have a little screen where you can scan the label for a receipt and drop the box off.

I went here to have them pack and ship items for international shipping. Super smooth! They do lots of stuff here including paper shredding, pack and ship, printing, photo printing, and more.

This place has the nicest FedEx staff Ive ever encountered.

We went to get some printing and shipping done, person at store Mr. Jeff was so rude to everyone that I come back home and wrote this review. There was another person who said I was here 10 seconds before and had a question but Mr. Jeff told him get out as we have one minute to close and he doesnt care if he was there even 2 seconds before. It was still 5 mins to 6 PM and I had a question and he said we are pushing people out as store is closing. Really bad service and attitude by this employee.

The printing system is very slow. The printers don’t have Other languages alphabet, all the forms I have filled in Chinese printed out blank thanks to that. They only have letter and 11x17 sized paper. I asked if I put the documents in a right way, the staff said yes. But the scan results are in wrong size and direction.

They are no longer taking passport photos at all fedex print & ship locations

I was moving out of the country and decided to ship few packages through FedEX. FedEx on-site team didn’t fill the commercial invoice properly and my packages got stuck with FedEx forever. It has been 3 weeks now but I am still not able to get my packages.

If not the best, then one of the top places in town for shipping and printing needs.

Ive been coming here for yrs. This is a professional team and always do a fantastic job of my invoices. One of the guys is really friendly and never forgets my name which is pretty cool.They get the orders done quickly and accurately with a call when theyre done. There is a smoke eaters next door and a Wal-Mart across the way plus a cinema/ in and out burger if youre feeling hungry.

Had a great experience here making photo copies of cards. Brought my own cardstock that wasnt printing colors properly on the self copy and staff was quick to help me out and fix the color issue. Made the experience painless and hassle free. Would go out of my way to come back to this location.

Great for last minute jobs. They didn’t have navy paper options. I purchased business cards and brochures and they had them ready within hours. Staff is friendly. Parking can be challenging since it’s in a very busy plaza.

Its a great place to ship my packages as they dont close until 11pm. Staffs are very nice and helpful. I usually go there later in the evening so that its easier to find a parking. The parking lot is huge but it gets crowded since there are move theater and a bunch of restaurants in the plaza.

The best staff ever, far more accommodating than el Camino branch guys and courteous.

Its a great go to place for all my scanning/printing needs. I forgot my passport once here while scanning it but they took care of it and held it till I returned after 7 hours!The printing should be cheaper though.

I go here sometimes cause its convenient. The staff are friendly. But sometimes. When there busy and I need help. Theres no one to go to. But over all. 3 stars. Could use more attentive staff.
