They just celebrated their 3rd Anniversary in summer of 2021! Yummy shave ice, and the local hawaiian gals living in town say that the toppings are authentic!

This place is very close to the shave ice in Hawaii (Honolulu and Maui). I got the Tiger’s Blood and Passionfruit with vanilla ice cream. The shave ice was smooth and soft. I recommend!

ParadICE, was a very nice little place.only problem was finding it.. The ice dish was great 👍.. I had an avocado sandwich, that was really good. Had to eat quick cause my wife kept wanting another taste of My Sandwich. It was very relaxing. Enjoyed the place.. Worker was Very friendly..

Ive been following ParadICE since they were doing pop-ups back in 2015. They have created a top-notch product with excellent service and ethos. As a health-conscious consumer, I look for products which avoid artificial ingredients, and which satisfy my cravings. Their shave ice hits all the right notes. I typically order a mix of the coconut and mango, and the flavors are consistently delicious. As a vegan, they have numerous options. Pricing is very reasonable for the quality and size. I never wait long for my order. Ill be looking forward to their continued uniqueness and creativity. There is no comparable product in Santa Barbara: ParadICE holds a superior position in the market!

Absolutely love their Shave Ice, and they are super friendly. I was used to seeing them at events and was so happy when they opened their regular location. Love the variety of flavors and fresh fruit they use. One of my favorite things on a hot day!

I’ve never been a big fan of shave ice due to all the artificial flavorings and colors. After seeing that this places uses none of that, I was down to try it. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and generous. The place was really clean, and I appreciate that they use biodegradable cups and utensils.The shave ice was refreshing, not overly sweet yet wonderfully fruity. Other than everything tasting like natural fruit, the best part was the coconut ice cream at the bottom which was rich and full of real coconut flavor. (I got the Next Level combination)Even though I was hesitant about shave ice I’m so glad I went in and tried this because it completely changed my mind.

Let me start off by saying this place is amazing.Let me also start off by saying I thought I was going to hate it and have to pretend I liked it because I know the owners but I couldn’t have been more wrong.I’ve never tasted anything like it and after the first bite I was hooked. Also, once you get to that ice cream at the bottom it’s a wrap and when they say real fruit they mean it.They got a winner here.

First off, let me just start with the fact that I thought I knew what shave ice was. I did not. While walking through Paseo Nuevo mall with my 4 year old son, he pointed to the ParadICE shop and asked me if “we could go there”. (Mom was shopping so might as well grab a noon time desert;). This place was amazing. No artificial flavors, colors or garbage at all! The staff were extremely kind and really made it an entire experience for my son. The shave ice was true Hawaiian style (which I had no idea of) and was the best desert I have ever had. Thank you to the awesome staff and love that this is a local, family owned business that really values quality and remarkable experiences. I recommend you do yourselves a favor and leave the fro-yo fad in 2014 and graduate your desert game to ParadICE Shave Ice!! Five stars.

Ive been to one of their pop up shops and a few events theyve worked. Their shaved ice really is the best. If youre thinking of a Kona ice (pumping low quality syrup onto crushed ice), this is nothing like that. Much better quality and the ice is actually shaved off a block right there in front of you! And you can add ice cream! Going to check out their brand new shop soon and very much looking forward to it. The owners are friendly, down to earth and care about their product. As close to a real Hawaiian shave ice Ive had outside of the islands.

ParadICE shave ice is absolutely delicious! The fluffy shaved ice is smothered with natural fruit juice & purée for a refreshing and satisfying treat. My favorite flavor so far is Pina Colada, but I’ll be back to try another flavor combination soon. I highly recommend ParadICE Shave Ice!

ParadICE is so wonderfully delicious! The flavors are so fun and different, the add-ons give more options and the vanilla ice cream at the bottom is a TREAT! I ate mine so fast, I didnt even stop to take a photo. Ill be back soon and snap one for the insta-worthy presentation.

Fantastic shave ice - I came all three days I was in SB! I love the range of natural flavors, the azuki beans and li hing mui make it feel like a true island treat, and with the sweetened condensed coconut milk, the lactose intolerant among us can also enjoy! Friendly owners and staff made it even better!

Im not all that familiar with shaved ice and was expecting more snow cone but its not, its so fluffy and creamy.Love how their ingredients are locally sourced, and organic... also the environmental advocate in me loves that their products are recycled. Yas 🙌🏼Im definitely a shaved ice fan now.
