Delicious treats finally got to try it such a cute little spot there menu has a wide variety. customer service is amazing they make you feel welcome from the moment you step in there. The chimney cakes are absolutely amazing crispy crunchy outside with the taste of churro they add ice cream of top you can create your own or choose from their menu definitely a must try .

Same consistent rich and creamy ice cream for decades. Dark Chocolate Fudge is still my favorite.

Avoid this BR. The employees are rude! Visiting here with my family and have never received such treatment. Happy to take my business to an ice cream store who wants my business.

Google says open until 10pm and the sign on the door says open until 10pm but the door is locked and the employees are closing... I guess getting off and closing early is an option for employees lol must be nice

Love the fresh made milkshakes, I never drink anything else.

They were missing 5 flavors, as well as the ingredients necessary to make a smoothie, and their sherbert had dairy in it?? Ended up ordering a milkshake, it is hard to screw up a milkshake, but it was managed. No options and overpriced for a low quality product, would not recommend.

Tried to buy a $10 milkshake at 4pm and was told they dont take $100 bills.. At 4pm, you dont have change? Every other place does. Goodbye Baskin Robins 👋

Drove by and there was no line out the door for once and got parking right outside! Ordered a slice of blue velvet cake which was very rich and a bit too sweet for me. Also got a red velvet ice cream sandwich and a Grasshopper ice cream sandwich. Both were very good!Service was fast and friendly!

Solid ice cream. We only sampled two flavors, so we cant speak for all of it, but the two flavors we sampled were delicious enough to order! Red Velvet and Coconut really hit the spot.

The ice cream tastes delicious even in a pandemic. So glad they are still open.

My first time trying the roll up ice cream and I thought it was amazing. Yes the wait was ridiculously long, however, I thought they did an amazing job rolling up the ice cream and comparing it now to the roll up ice cream shops coming near my are, I would say this was the best one

Oh you know 31 Flavors is is better than McConnells McConnells is for not for locals its a tourist trap too expensive and not worth it

They closed almost an hour early. Looks like this isnt the first time either. Sounds like they need to change their hours because Im not going to be wasting my time going to a place that might not even be open!

First time visiting Baskin-Robbins I would say best experience, ordered a banana mango smoothie and it was the best smoothie Ive tried so far in my life! I used to work at a restaurant that sold a ton of ice cream and It doesnt compare to Baskin Robbins. Good job. Great quality!

Have loved Baskin Robbins since I was a little kid. Favorite ice cream is Pralines & Cream. The staff at the Santa Barbara store are usually very friendly. One employee that is no longer there even knew my 3 orders every time I went in.
