This the wrost place you can buy or install youre car audio those people never smiles they always busy you talk to the owner and he ingonered you. and the lady inside have a very bad attitude must the the owner wife.the guys that install the audio are very poor trained I had to go like 5 times because they cant fix my screens and they are always mad go other place go to a professional place here you have to go like 4 times because the bad work they do if they are fixing one car and other arrived they let you behind and they start the last car please dont buy here trust me.

This place is a scam, they will charge you 120 just for disconnecting your battery and they will steal your money for the most minimum effort they put in your car, very dishonest people.Please do not stop here for no reason.They dont deserve the minimum part of a start unfortunately thats a requirement.

Disappointed bought a epicenter not even a year ago and now its messing up they had said when I first bought it, that it had a year warranty. I take it back and nopppe only 6 months warranty. Im over it. Many many times Ive been disappointed here. Im beginning to do my own work

The worst place to take your car...I’ve gone to slot of different places but this place is bad, they do everything in a rush and give a sloppy job. Would definitely recommend somewhere else..got my tints there and now my window doesn’t stay up.. he told me to pick up my car by 9 and he said it wasn’t ready and kept it for 2 more days just to install some lights

They claimed they didnt have the USB cable I was searching for! But were all too quick to show me the Google Chromecast & claim thats all they had that would cast my phone apps, pics, music, Netflix, etc I could tell two things instantly one; that it was exactly what I was looking for, even better, and two, that they were swindling me. They charged $50 which I thought was a little steep. But I bought it anyway, and have since seen it elsewhere for $20-$35 at the most!!! Buyer beware!!!! Food 4 thought.

An excellent/Amazing job on my car system, come try this place out you will not regret it

Avoid this place...Plain and simple I been here a few times to get things fixed on my car. I been treated very good, however it is true if you get window tint done here they sometimes do take your car without permission to undisclosed locations. I asked for 5% tint but noticed it doesnt resemble as limo tint it has a light green color. I know what 5% tint is but oh well what is done is done. If you dont have a nice car or money the owner will treat you differently he also uses good tactics and knows who he can hustle.

I BROUGHT MY CAR TO THEM TO FIX MY AC IT WAS BLOWING FUSES. I TOLD HIM I WANTED TO KNOW HOW MUCH HE SAID HE WOULD CALL ME. I ALSO TOLD HIM I ALREADY REPLACED MY BLOWER MOTOR. HE CHANGED MY BLOWER MOTOR AND NEVER ASKED ME IF I WANTED IT DONE HE CALLED ME AND SAID CAR WAS DONE AND IT WAS $450 FOR WHAT REPLACING MY BLOWER MOTOR.HE FIXED MY CAR WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION AND THEN WOULD NOT RELEASE MY CAR WITHOUT ME PAYING I TOLD HIM I DID NOT WANT TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT I ALREADY FIXED. HE DID NOR CARE . AND MY CAR IS STILL BLOWING FUSESTHIEVES!!!!!

Worst place ever!!! So scandalous!!! Went in to get some headlights installed and they burnt the computer on my car and acted like it didnt have anything to do with there installation.B%#$$!@!!!

Zero stars!! The worst so far! I took my car there and they SWEARED they could fix my back-up camera!After 2.5 hours of WAITING and paying them $120 they told me I needed a new one! I just wanted to get my money back and my camera back the way it was when I brought It in. The owner Adolfo Acosta said they could order me a new camera and it would be fixed in a week. It’s been 4 weeks and I’m STILL waiting for them “get” the camera! I’m supposed to go in Monday Sep. 3rd they said they would have the camera in and will fix it (for an additional $200). So we’ll see! I will post an updated review after Monday!

I was recommended to this place by another shop..literally just came here to get the computer chip fixed and filled my tank up full before I dropped it off, by the time I picked it up my tank was almost empty and someone had driven it over 200 miles!! Not only that I have a huge dent on my bumper now..I am beyond mad and might have to take them to small claims court...this place is such a SCAM...DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE..they kept my car for 5 days and kept giving me the run around..I WILL report this place

I went to see if they can find out the problem why my truck battery was draining they told me it was my stereo that didnt work. They where so sure it was the stereo so I decided to purchase one from them thinking I wouldnt have that problem with my battery again...NEXT day my truck didnt turn on... so I took the truck back and I started talking to the employee who put the stereo on my truck and he was just being extremely rude to me that hes not the boss to go talk to the boss made me feel really uncomfortable...so I go talk to the boss he told me he was gonna fix it ..an hour goes by and no one has seen or touch my truck so I go tell the boss again and he goes and takes a look at it and tells me the two nuts are lose from my battery and that was the problem I immediately told him to take of the stereo he sold me and give me my money because obviously he doesnt know what hes doing .... DO NOT go here this people are scams they sell you stuff that dont work and say they know how to fix stuff and dont!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME

Owner always says it will take 1hr for something and he is lying. I had to wait for my car to be tinted at some other location for OVER 3 hours. I couldnt even take it if I wanted to. The OWNER repeatedly lied about the car being done and on the way. Dont go here if you cant drop your car off for an ENTIRE DAY.

These guys have a huge selection of car stereos, speakers and amplifiers. Adolfo was friendly and very helpful. He answered all of my questions and didn't pressure me at all. They do the installation right here, right now. I highly recommend.

I usually get my hid bulbs replaced somewhere else wich is $15 each & free labor but today they didnt have it so I went here for the first time and they wanted to charge me $60 supposedly $30 for 1 bulb people one freakin bulb! and $30 for labor? cuz they had to take the bumper off umm thats a lie cuz I was watching the whole time its just beneath the fender, my usual place replaces it in 10 min Max this guys took half and hour! Seriously?!! I refused to pay $ 60 and then he lowered $20 bucks but is still a lot for one damn bulb! all pissed I paid but Im never ever going back to this place is horrible customer service dont recommend it at all!!!
