I was having some issues over the weekend with my work phone (which is on the Sprint network), so I took it in to have a look at because I figured that would be faster than putting in a ticket with our IT department and having them sit on it for god knows how long.When I walked into the sprint store I was quickly greeted by a friendly member of the staff who was ready to help me out right away. They cleared out some of the stuff that was on the phone that didn’t need to be there, and suggested I get a new memory card as mine was almost full and was probably slowing my phone down.All in all, it was a quick and inexpensive fix so I left a happy customer!

Cracked my phone screen so I took it in to sprint and they helped me get all set up with a new refurbished phone. Awesome customer service!

This sprint store is the best! I usually do all my phone bill or upgrades over the phone to save time, but this sprint store had my back.Hiriam, who deserves a raise, was extremely helpful and made sure my family and I got the best deals possible! He saved me A LOT of money and will definitely have to come back here if I decide to make any other changes. He was also very patient, genuine and knowledgeable. I walked out of the sprint store satisfied knowing that my time there was well spent. You can trust that people know what they are doing and that you won’t have some random charge on your bill you’ll have to call about later.

Had a great experience at the main place Sprint store. We showed up super late on a Thursday night pretty close to closing time. We wanted to compare prices to the current phone company we had which was wanting an arm and a leg to get the new Galaxy 8. Being that it was so close to closing time we were just going to get information and leave but Frankie was such a great help that we couldnt leave. He didnt care that it was so close to closing time he still have us excellent service and answered the 20 million questions we had. He helped us select the phones that were best for us and was attentive and professional. We had such a great experience that we recommended that store to my brother, whom by the way went in and had a great experience too with Frankie. Would definitely recommend stopping by to see him to get the service you deserve.

Best customer service I’ve ever had switching over from a different company Hiram the store manager was very helpful and answered all my questions switched over from Tmobile saving $80 a month on my cell phone bill couldn’t be happier will definitely be recommending this store to all my friends and family.

So, a couple days ago I went into sprint to switch over from a different company and to upgrade my phone and the sale associate Victor was very nice, helpful, and very understanding to what I needed down. He was considerate about my time since, I was kinda in a rush. Oh wait, I cant forget to mention that he got me and my family a great deal on our phones and especially on my iPhone 7 plus. Best experience I’ve ever had at Sprint. And that had everything to do with Frankie, they guy knows customer service. I walked in looking to just do a simple upgrade and he hooked me up with a ton of extra merch I was in no way expecting. He explained in very coherent detail everything I’d be paying on my future bills, and even found ways for me to save on my bill. Couldn’t be more pleased I will come back to this store over all the others for my future purchases and service. A+.

Ive walked in many phone stores before, but this location has actually made me want to switch over phone companies. I walked in for one thing but walked out with 3 new phones! Frankie, Jessica & Mario were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, but FRANKIE did the extra and was a great help! Victor is useless, he will say anything to you in order to close the sale and make his commission. He changed my sprint plan and signed me up for a lease agreement without ever telling me. I called to ask for a refund and complain and another employee named Franky threatened me over the phone. (I recorded the call and will be showing it to corporate). Avoid this place at all costs. The manager is just as corrupt. I will be working with my uncle from Corporate to shut this location down as soon as corporate sees the violations. This place is a joke, I cant wait til corporate finds out all the violations theyre committing.

If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. Customer service was horrible! Sold my husband and I the Note 7 before the recall. They only had 1 phone at the time and told us since were buying 2 phones we had to wait for them to order the phones together and have them shipped. The recall happened as our phones were being shipped and they pulled the order and never told us. Numerous store visits and phone calls later, nobody knew what was going on with our order. I find out after spending 2 hours on the phone with order support, that the store told me I had to call, that our order was never resubmitted after it being pulled mid shipment. The store never contacted me to let me know about my order being pulled or about my order in general. The store kept turning me away and telling me to call back in 2 days to see if the phones are in. I received my note 7 a couple of days ago only because I was persistent and they wanted me to stop coming in and calling. However my husband has still not received his phone. I will never, ever return to this store. This store gives Sprint a bad reputation and if I were Sprint, I would seriously look into the employees of this store and their practices.

Been with sprint for over 15 years now with a business and family account. Worst experience i had so far from this store after purchasing the Note 7. Customer service from them is a joke, they are more worry about selling you a phone and accessories then trying to resolve your problems. After returning to the store several times to deal with my note 7 and getting no where, I ended up calling a customer service rep on my phone outside their store to explain whats going on and the rep actually helped me by calling their store and talked with the manager.To have a customer rep help me on the phone and no employees in the store can, says alot about how the management and their team work together. Will not be coming back to this store, taking my business somewhere else.

Terrible workers in bad moods, who have no idea what theyre doing, terrible service all around. Ive had to come in 3 times in the last month to fix a different problem. Im switching back to T-Mobile as quickly as possible. If I could give 0 stars I would this place was a joke. Irma is an absolute moron with no clue of how her job works the fact she is still working there is hilariously incompetent.

Very disappointed by this store. The manager, Jessica, is useless. She cannot fix the mistakes that her employees do, even if they are stealing. Do not work with Frankie, he is a thief. Frankie told us that we had to get the free hotspots to get our unlimited plans. First, we never received the hotspots. Then, we had to pay monthly for the hotspots that we never received. After months of calling and telling them that we never received anything and we wanted to cancel them, they had the audacity to tell us that we had to pay for the cancellation fees of devices that we never received. This is the worst store ever.

They had such a great deal on the phone i bought another one for a family member. If you ever go to the store make sure you ask for Nuv he is great.

My fiancé and I dropped by the Sprint store in Main Place Mall to get a quote on transferring my phone number to Sprint from Verizon.Maria Rodriguez began assisting us, giving us all of the information we could possibly need in order to help us make the decision that adding me to my fiancés plan was the best option for us.Not only did she assist me with getting a new phone, transferring my number to Sprint, and getting us the best deal possible on our plan and phone accessories, but she and Jessica Portillo helped my fiancé get a new phone as well.Together, the two of them tag-teamed and got us set up. The process to transfer everything over to our new phones was time consuming, and even continued after the store closed. Neither one of them complained and were extremely dedicated to giving us the best service.Im so happy to be a Sprint customer and will be revisiting this store solely based on the customer service received today!

This place is garbage, we go to see about switching out my girlfriends phone and they feed us some BS about the phone not being able to work because it must be unlocked (which it is) and the lady there gives us attitude while my girlfriend explained what happened to her prior phone
