I accidentally broke my HP screen and had to buy a replacement. Abarely owner was courteous and informative about replacing the screen and the possible issues that could arise due to.the nature of my ultra-thin laptop that is difficult to do any screen replacements on. The Abarely repair was 100% successful rendering my laptop like new again with no issues. Very pleased. Thank you!

I cant give a 0 star, the guy lie on the service then I came back and told me it was something else that needed to be replaced the easiest exit route for them is to shout at you so you get upset and leave without resolving the problem. Honestly avoid this place if you want a piece of mind.

These guys are the best. Once, one of my friends laptop was overheating constantly and we brought it into the shop. It turns out it was just missing a screw and the guy fixed it in less that five minutes for next to nothing, instead of holding onto it for a few days and charging a full repair price for such an easy fix like any other computer repair joint might have. My buddy ended up topping him more than the actual repair cost, he was so grateful. Honest, top tier customer service.

He went above and beyond the call of duty as they say. I went there stressed out and the guys brought me down from elevated to calm. I had a problem with my HP IQ770 with all kinds of issues. They were in constant contact with me the whole time and in the end even gave me the ABSOLUTE BEST PRICE OUT of 5 stores I had been to!! If they dont fix anything THEY DONT CHARGE YOU!!! I am literally blown away by this group. You just dont find intelligent AND HUMBLE people like this anymore. My grandparents would be proud. I had a technical issue with my pc after wiping it and reinstalling the OS. It was an issue with my sound card and it’s driver. No amount of troubleshooting or advice from searching the Internet allowed me to fix the issue myself. I took a chance on Abarely based on the reviews and was not let down. I walked in and 10 minutes later my issue was resolved for a reasonable price.

I have been here 2x. The first time I had dropped my computer and cracked the glass on the screen. I heard about this place from a friend of a friend and mistakenly went to the place up the street where they were rude and wanted to charge me over $200 to fix it. I decided to keep looking and found this place (where my friend had tried to send me originally). The guys were so polite and calm and charged me $100 to fix it. At that point I became a big fan.The 2nd time I went I had somehow messed up the settings on my computer (I am very ignorant about these things) and these guys fixed it in less than 5 minutes and didnt charge me anything. I gave the guy $20 to buy lunch because I was so grateful!My point is that these guys have ethical standards and skills and the inventory to fix your problem. I would send my grandmother to them with confidence!

At previous stores the employees wouldnt even open my Mac laptop and would give me an outrageously high price to clean it. He turned on my computer, checked a few things out and began explaining to me the possible reasons why my computer was so slow. He opened it up while explaining to me in detail what he was going to fix and how he was going to fix it.The cleaning process took less than 24 hours, I picked up my laptop the next morning. He even fixed the clicker on my mouse pad for a super low additional fee. The overall price was phenomenal, I would highly recommend Abarely to any one of my friends and family members.

They fixed my computer its a Mac a couple times replaced memory and the problem was the computer crashed I just let the computer die to 0% and recharged to 100 and it no longer crashed on higher quality games so the problem is fixed I don’t know how but thanks! 😊 😊 😊(they were reformatting my grandpas computer and they couldnt get off a full screen game I was on XD then I pressed f11 the guy was like woah we are cracking our heads open with this lol) ! but great service! go there if u got a computer problem

This company is spectacular when it comes to customer service!I bought a replacement lid/LCD/glass digitizer for my HP laptop on eBay from their sister company, Evas Computer Parts. When conversing with them before the purchase, they patiently answered, in great detail, all of my questions. Unfortunately, when I tried to install it after it arrived, I just could not get the video working (I figured it was probably something I did wrong when trying to install it). I called and talked to Abel, the owner of the company, and he said I could ship my laptop up there (I live in San Diego), they would get it working and then ship it back at no charge. This was on a Thursday and I didnt want to wait to get the unit back until early the following week, so I decided to drive up there on a Friday. When I got there, a really nice, friendly young guy named Vincent met me at the door, and told me Abel had filled him in on the whole thing. He took my laptop, and within the course of an hour or so got my unit working perfectly (it was due to a misconnection I made to the motherboard). He did not charge me a penny for it - I really trust them and if I ever need a part, I will first try to find it from them on eBay. I wish they were down in San Diego, I would trust them to do my repairs anytime!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
