I cannot give these installers at Cunningham enough incredible accolades for the excellent job they did! They were on time, a pleasure to have in my home, smiling, very respectful, worked continuously and hard to install 6 windows, a sliding door, and remedied a problem left by my previous contractor beautifully! The company itself was a pleasure to do business with along with extremely competitive prices. I only wish I had more windows that needed installing to have this remarkable experience again!

Cunningham Doors & Windows has a lovely show room and very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional employees. I received very personal help and advice in choosing my door and the show room had everything there so I could see exactly what I was ordering. I never felt any pressure just a sharing of information. I couldnt be happier with my door and the installers were efficient, precise, and experts at their job.

Eric came to our house to take a look at our windows and provide us an estimate. He left our house and indicated that he would send us an estimate that day or Monday, as it was a Friday. He never got back to us. My husband called him on Wednesday asking him to get back to us and he never did. We understand that our project was not that big but we would have preferred that he ask the appropriate questions when I called to set up the appointment and to have been honest with us that our job was too small for his company.

Not only were the (5) custom size Masonite interior doors superior to the ABS products I have installed in other rooms, but he came through for me when the manufacturer slipped the date. He had them pull it in to an even better date than they originally promised, and they delivered on time. On top of all this, pricing was the best I could find anywhere. Quality materials, amazing service! I was referred to Cunningham Windows by a friend because they were great at installation. He was not kidding. The crew exceeded all my expectations. The finishing both inside and outside was superb. I just had new Milgard windows and a French door installed at my home. I am so excited and pleased with every step that Cunningham Windows took. I found Cunningham Doors and Windows on Yelp and Im glad we did business with them. My wife and I wanted to have our old aluminum windows replaced. I was going to have them replaced thru a family member, but it would include me doing the labor and time. I reached out to Cunningham for a quote for Milgard windows and I was surprised with the total price. Eric gave us great information, that helped us pick out the right product. Eric did not pressure with follow up calls or emails. I had told him that I was looking for a price and we wanted to shop around. In the end, we decided to give Cunningham our business due to the Erics great customer service and the total price for our project. We will definitely recommend Cunningham whenever we can. Unfortunately Ive been dealing with them for about 5 months. They came to my home and surprisingly quickly removed the blinds to replace the windows. When they were leaving they made an excuse as to why they couldnt put them back up as was promised. I found out why...the broke essentially every blind in the house removing them (they are bent). There solution: drill the blinds into the wall and break the strings, etc while doing so. Month and after month I have had excuses by Eric as to how they are going to fix/replace the damaged blinds. Five months later and we are still dealing with this.If you are looking for prompt, clean and efficient service that will not damage your home GO ELSEWHERE

The process could not have been smoother. They delivered exactly what I asked for and on schedule ... as well as offered some advice for related problems on doors which did not result in a purchase. All very professional, AND reasonably priced!

From the estimate to installation, we were happy with all the staff and work of Cunningham Doors & Windows. They were friendly, professional and easy to work with.

Worked with Cunningham for new Anderson French door and single pane door. Installation went fairly well and on time but several parts were missing at install. Cunningham arranged for Anderson service to come out and finish the install. They came out but didnt have the parts. Still waiting for resolution. Have called several times but received no action. Has now been two months since install and still waiting for resolution. Suggest not paying the final payment until completely satisfied.

Cunningham doors & windows replaced the my original windows and doors. Since my home was built in 1956 and these were the original windows, it was quite and undertaking. Cunninham replaced the old windows with new Miguard windows that are so beautiful and so efficient. I am so delighted. They have also added curb appeal and value to my home, an added bonus. The Cunningham team of installers were professional and did their job with expertise. Everything was done to perfection in a fast and efficient manner. I highly recommend this company and these windows. You will be delighted!

These guys were the cheapest. But, they came to install our sliding door 2 months ago, and somehow my screen was missing the track to install correctly. I have spent the last 2 months tracking them down to get the part delivered. Still havent seen it. I call almost weekly. Its been a super frustrating experience.

We purchased windows from Cunningham Doors and Windows on a recommendation from my brother.Their sales representative, Jim was courteous and helpful. We received our custom vinyl windows when promised. We plan to purchase a patio door from Cunningham Doors and Windows in the near future. Highly recommended.

Dont waste your time. I sent them the windows we needed, they sounded very sincere answered my phone calls the first few times I called but nothing . Severed called me back, I never got an estimate. Total waste of time. Two weeks of yes yes will get it and then nothing.

Im giving a 5 for Jim Dehart, sales person. He showed up on time and measured the windows himself. Be careful with some other companies because they may send a sales person to give a ballpark estimate and then they send another person to measure again which means you have to wait for someone to show up twice. Im really busy and dont like to waste my time. The window manufacturer made a mistake and Jim took care of it, himself.

Nice to trust a company that has been around for awhile, has a superior reputation, sells a superior product, and has experienced installers who work efficiently and answer all questions.

The damage is at the top where the installer adjusted the depth of the door too far back. All I asked for was a simple code change. They were here for less then a half hour and destroyed it. I would not recommend Cunningham door and window to anyone. This is what the installer done to my door and blamed it on me. I havent even received a phone call an apology or a follow up on this situation.
