I can not say enough good about this company!! I own a wedding venue in Idaho and needed some grand doors to separate 2 venue spaces and I needed the doors not just to function as doors but to be a feature of our venue. I looked all around locally and was struggling to find someone who could make doors that were 10 feet tall and 5 feet wide (to fill a 10x10 opening). Chase from Tungsten Royce did an excellent job. We have a custom made door with Kumuru (similar to Epe) affixed. We supplied the wood and labor; Tungsten Royce gave us the requisite specifications. With the weight of the door, we needed to change out the motor. Each time we telephoned, we received a quick response. Professional service; appointments were kept; door works excellent!!! I contacted Chase of Tungsten Royce 3 years ago to install a custom gate based upon my vision. I wanted an 8 foot tall gate. I wanted African Mahogany. I wanted frosted glass. The list goes on. I hired Tungsten Royce to design and install a driveway gate on my new home. They designed the gate to follow the slope of my driveway and when the gate is closed it looks absolutely stunning. The designer was thorough on every detail and took the time to guide me through a 3D drawing of exactly what I was going to get. The gate weighs 1,800 pounds at it runs on a solar panel the size of a laptop. The crew was courteous and professional. Everything came in on time, on budget and beyond expectation. The guys at Tungston Royce did a fantastic job making my bi-fold carriage doors. My house in NY has carriage doors from another company, but after meeting with Mike & Chase at my house and I even went to visit their production facility (Im a technical guy, I like to see how things are made and inspect quality and workspace) I decided to use them for the doors on my house in LA. They also referred me to an installer Chris (CM construction) they work with frequently for SoCal. He did a great job on the install. These guys are passionate about building quality doors, knowledgeable on material choices and I feel the cost of the doors is a value when you consider its a hand made in the USA custom product.
