This place is clean, great location with good seating area outside to people watch. Customer service is good and they have a large variety of snacks and ice creams. Must try the tostilocos

I’m sure the Paletas may be good but the actual ice cream was so bad both me and my friend took a few bites and couldn’t finish. Soooo soft and too creamy with little taste of the flavor. The rocky road is almost milky in color.All in all, definitely not great if you want classic ice cream scoops. Also some of the ice creams appeared to be melting in the cases.

Went here randomly after an event at Yost Theater and it definitely worth checking out! The people that helped me were super friendly. I haven’t ever had ice cream from a Michocana so I told them the flavors that I generally like and they let me try the different types and explained what they were. Everyone was super patient and kind, I’ll definitely come back!

Worst experience ever. I’ve gone to this ice cream shop ever since I remember. Today I go and buy a large ice cream on a cup and this girl name Angela or Andy gives me like half the cup when I always go and the scoops come out of the cup. And then she gives me a dirty spoon !!!

Even tho this is a very very small location there are still all the delicious flavors of ice cream to choose from. Paletas de aqua or leche with a buncha different types and flavors. Hot cheeto corn on a cob. Tostilocos. Fruit cups. Smoothies. Just a great variety of things to cool you down. The prices are NOT cheap tho.

Have some of the best ice cream anywhere in Santa Ana. first they put a huge smile on my wifes face which was always a plus. they even have a walking taco version of hot Cheetos that is out of this world. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks again for the amazing munchies!!!

Best ice cream i have had in a long time. The owner is fantastic! Wonderful flavors nice and fresh, yummy!! Try the coconut and pineapple it was my favorite.

The owner of the shop attended us and even cut his break short. We honestly just went in to look and get something for my mom but all of us ended up walking out with something delicious. He knows how to sell, he knows his business and above all he knows how to create rapport with his customers, something I appreciate. I highly recommend this specific Michoacana.Thank you so much for the raspado and for being the only Michoacana to want to make me one.

Beautiful, they offer samples and many flavours of ice cream like tequila and gansito. Calm environment and the best customer service there is. Outdoor seating accompanied by mexican ice cream? Sign me up!

Best lime ice cream Ive had in a long time and the pistachio reminds me of the Gelato I used to eat in Belgium as a kid. Good memories.

Fun flavors like queso (Mexican-style mild white cheese / queso fresco, not like Cheddar or bleu), piñón (pine nut... dyed an unfortunate colour of pink) and cinnamon rice. Clean space, friendly staff at this chain ice cream shop.
