The worst cake decoration imaginable! The cake color was a pumpkin orange instead of red. This was very far from what was displayed on the site and we were very disappointed

I ordered my sons bday cake on Tuesday for Sunday (6 days ahead) when I went to pick it up they said they never “received” my order. I didn’t think to call to confirm if my cake order was receive because I received an email confirmation and I’ve ordered @ other bakeries and never had to do this because they’re responsible enough to make the cake. They offered a premade cake to make up for their “error” but I did not take it because it looked old and nothing like the cake I initially ordered and for the same price. I’ve never experienced this. I might have bad experiences here and there but never this bad or bad enough to leave a negative review but since my son was extra excited for his cake… I felt extra disappointed. This location seems extremely unorganized.On the pic below u can see the day: Tuesday (8/31) and the type of cake I ordered.The third pic is similar to the cake I was offered for their error (instead of the dodgers it was topped with 6-8 Oreo cookies)

This place is amazing. it never fails to put a smile on my face. The workers there are so nice and i give them credit for keeping their cool with crazy customers. There’s one worker in particular who i can tell always serves with a smile under her mask, I don’t remember I think it started with an L or J. She served me mint ice cream with brownie and it was to die for. But either way I will be coming to this establishment again.

Came for ice cream last night not only did the two girls give us a good deal they showed us top notch flavors enjoyed my ice cream and will be sure to come back! I think it was the baseball nut I got that was really good

Always really clean.. it was a little busy today and there was only 1 employee but she did a good job taking care of customers while keeping track of how many customers were inside and letting them know when it is ok to enter due to pandemic.

I usually come to this place often and have no problem. But tonight we went and we received horrible customer service. We got there and the employee just stared at us a didn’t say a word. I guess she was working on inventory. But she could of told us to wait but she didn’t. We even noticed her mad face when we walked in. Her face said it all. We went around 9:20pm and they close at 10pm so it’s not like we showed up really late. She could of helped us!

Really disappointed with the management at this location. Only one employee was scheduled tonight, and she was working incredibly hard with a thirty-minute line of customers impatiently waiting while each ordered long and complex orders, shakes and sundaes and more. I dont know what the manager is thinking, but this 1-star review is entirely on their head: you MUST keep your staff covered with at least two people working at any given time.For the young woman working this evening, I give you individually a 5-stat review for you hard work.Update: We learned today that the management at this location still sucks. They require their employees to not honor the coupons they themselves give out.

Just got turned away by an Indian woman here saying theyre closed. Well theyre supposed to close at 10 and my girlfriend and I were here almost 15min. Before closing. Not like the place was empty either there were 3 other people inside.. If I was ordering a pizza thats one thing, but a scoop of ice cream takes 10 sec. And you arent supposed to close for 15min..

This location has Icing on the Cake AND the Pink Bubblegum!! I only come when i have coupons. BR is so expensive now... but still, id rather have this than most ice creams anyways. Came today and i usually see this girl so its nice to see a familiar face. Dont forget about 1.50 scoops on the 31st of the months but be prepared the line can be long....lol 🍦🍧🍨

Yo this place is so lame. I went in there and that place smelled like a combination of throw-up and a dead body that was covered in chlorine. It smelled like ass and mustard gas. I really wanted a scoop of pistachio but I couldnt find. I guess I had the audacity of asking them and interrupting them, at which point started cussing me out in Spanish. Shame I speak Spanish and know what I said. At that point I left and drove down to a CVS on main.

Wish it could be cheaper. Besides the price everything else is great! Love 🍦!

This is the second time i try with this place...i called and BOTH times the person answering speaks only spanish..the first time i asked questions saw she was having trouble answering in english so i told her to talk to me in spanish it isnt a problem i had never bought baskin robbins so i guess i was asking questions she had no time for so i went to a different location instead ...but i just called again months later..same thing doesnt understand english asked a few things only got yes as a reply and again i told her she could talk to me in spanish if its s problem she stayed quiet and just hung up on me NEVER AGAIN!

It took forever for them to even ask us what we wanted, they had no napkins, everything was dirty. The thing that bothered me the most was the akward wait.
