Unlike other boba shops this one has a lot more selection. It has coffee, fruit teas, milk teas, smoothies and vegan options. The boba is fresh, theres also a large variety of bobas, jellies and popping pearls.

Boba was yummy but the crystal boba was a strange texture so definitely be prepared for that! We liked that we could order and pay right at the kiosk and service was quick!

Second time here. No bathroom access for customers. They sent us to Starbucks where we had to buy a coffee for bathroom access. Staff was not friendly at all, not helpful, wanted nothing to do with their customers. I will give every effort to not visit this location again. The boba was excellent 👌 👏, poor service.

Went here about a month ago and it was terrible. Taro = no flavor! Was not sweet and didn’t taste like taro. I don’t understand how this place has a high rating. Maybe I should try something else? But regardless it was tasteless will not come back. 🤷🏽‍♀️

The following review of the restaurant is broken up into different categories: food, environment, service, price and overall thoughts.Drink: I inhaled the Mango in Kyoto. Literally that good I wish I had more but glad I didnt or else I wouldnt have left that place EVER. The Mango in Kyoto is made of fresh mango puree with slightly sweetened milk and Boba Junkie original matcha mousse on top. Its what you would call a desert drink but I had it for lunch. I also tried the Milk tea with boba and it was bitter. Ive had the milk tea at other boba spots and they were sweeter.

The shop was set up very well in my opinion and I was able to place my order on their kiosk without any trouble. They were really busy but still got my drinks out fast. I got a Thai milk tea and it was so good! Definitely coming back.

I didn’t really like the consistency of the taro drink. It didn’t seem rich and thick but watery. And the boba was a bit hard in the center still.

Today 1/26/21 I want you guys who work there to taste the taro and regular milk tea if there is still some left. Both taste like water and boba a little on the harder side. I came here from the total stars I saw but maybe it used to be tastier before? or maybe today I wasn’t lucky? but this recipe is not what I expected from looking at the stars.

Its clean safe and they have unique bobas that are really good. If you are a coffee person and is OK with cinnamon I would highly recommend their horchata cream coffee.

One of the best boba places ever! The prices are very reasonable for about 5-6 dollars not including extra add ins/ons. The drinks are very good and this has the best blended/smoothie taro drink.

The boba itself tasted good. However it took 10-15 minutes longer than we expected and the staff had a bit of an attitude.

Love it here, but if I am to continue to return, they HAVE to add another kiosk (or two). The ordering process is just too time-consuming if someone is in front of you (or, god forbid, there is a line). Great tea, though!

Boba Junkie lets people in without masks or social distancing. I was waiting for my drink outside and watched two girls without masks go in, lean over MY drinks waiting to be covered, and ask for their drinks to be remade. Hot breath all over the counter, waiting drinks, and in between the plastic partition to where drinks are made. I got a refund. I used to come here 1-2 times a week. Never again.Management should support, train, and empower the friendly, professional employees who work here to provide an environment that keeps them and our community safe.UPDATE: I had to dispute the charge with my bank because I never received my refund.

Never returning. Great tea, but the system to order on ONE kiosk is long and cumbersome and annoying. If the line is 3 people long, you will be here FOREVER.

The lava drinks are good, the coconut and strawberry are to cheap. I am giving the 3 stars just because. They had hand sanitizer with a lot of stinky perfume and I couldnt take it off my hands for a while. They didnt think about people being affected by perfumes.

I got high quality service that I am glad with. I highly recommend Boba Junkie because they have a good staff, amazing bubble tea, and such a nice place. First time here and I will certainly come again soon!

Yikes. Everytime i come here, the staff is always so rude. If it wasnt for the fact that their boba and teas are really good, I would have stopped coming way long ago.They had some new people over the lock down period when things were opening back up- they were really nice and friendly. But overall ive never really had a great experience here. Staff is incredibly rude.On a last note. The music is sooooo LOUD. Like OMG. When i came in today, I couldnt even hear my daughter standing next to me. Told the staff and she looked at me, annoyed, and ignored me. No surprise there. Again, their boba better keep being good cuz thats the only thing keeping me coming back.

At the same time, it can be slow.Their house milk tea is different than other boba place.Their house coffee is good too, plus combine it with coffee jelly. Coffee on coffee.Want some chamoy fix? Their ordering right now is contactless as they use an iPad. They text you when your order is ready. Their boba is inconsistent though, some days seems sweeter than others. But they have all the types of options you can adjust for like dairy or non-dairy, having oat milk as an option, and even level of ice! Forget if level of sweetness is an option🤔 but anywho, its overall great, they have milk and fruity options for their teas, along with a diverse array of toppings. Dont forget your reusable straw yall!💚🌎💙

First time here! Menu is sleek and customer friendly. Ordered a taro milk tea and was excited to try when I noticed they didnt use that classic purple powder..except I was super disappointed because it tasted super diluted and barely sweetened - like creamy taro flavoured water. Hope this is a one off but I will unlikely return again.

Fine boba shop with some creative drink options. Tried the Horchatea (horchata milk tea) with 25% sweetness -- delicious and pretty refreshing. Milky Caramel drink was very sweet and more of a dessert. They didnt really have any hot drink options. Few seats, but a nice place to get some work done or chill with friends.

Great neighborhood Boba place to hang out and have a cool drink. Super friendly staff are nice and introduce themselves to you. You can customize your Boba to your liking such as the level of sweetness, add ons, etc. of your drink. Horchata Tea was pretty good. We also had Milk Caramel with Egg Pudding, Matcha Milk Tea, and Taro Milk Tea.

Come here all the time. Love the mango lava with boba. I come from irvine and you might want to see about a location over there. No boba near the spectrum and the ones that r close are blahhh.. just saying :)

Came to this cute boba shop with my mom during their soft opening and had a house milk tea with boba. I’m in love with their milk tea & boba. Reminds me of the honey boba from Half & Half!! I would definitely come back and try the rest of the drinks on their menu.
