Great store in a nice mall. Always a good selection of games and plenty of copies available. They went out of their way to make sure I got my game at the lowest price possible. Great sales associates! Thanks for the $5 Cyberpunk!

This is the only location Ive been too that will not let vaccinated customers shop without a mask. There is no state mandate, nor is there a policy for the mall. This is my closest location, so now I guess its digital purchases for me 🤷

Well the staff are on or off on being helpful or snide in this place, but their used game prices are the best! Also, be aware that they have no real returns policy, if you bought it you bought it.

This place is mostly ok. They sometimes have rude sales people and you often have to go upfront to get any help at all, but that’s ok I get it they’re understaffed in a niche business. (Esp these days with Amazon) Still, great deals on games and most sales staffers are nice/helpful. Plus, you can reserve a game for only $5 then pay it down over time! Just like Layaway!

You need to read a printout of the ds3d games they have. You cant just look at them and browse. This store is too small.

Waited for 40 mins to ask them a question and even tried calling to see if they have what I needed but the calls never went threw even when it was just a few customers not even buying anything

The market has changed drastically and although I admit a visit to Game Stop today isnt as enjoyable as it was 10+ years ago.Its still a great spot to pick up new or used games and other gaming related items.

Extremely helpful staff who helped me greatly with my trade and even find a way to get me more for it. Both the Mainplace and Orange Premier stores jointly helped me get the Xbox One X!

I came to pre-order a game that is scheduled for release the next day and Gamestop had a promotional pre-order poster. When I asked about it, the employee rudely corrected me and said you mean you want to BUY it because it will be out at midnight? I shrugged it off.. Regardless, I continued the transaction until they pulled out a damaged poster and said it was the last one. I left and pre-ordered from PSN instead. I guess I shouldnt order at the last minute. Still, I had a negative experience here.

I love playing me some video games. If that you then you know about GameStop. This is the mainplace mall. The employees greeted me and my wife are we broke the plane of the store. It probably was because no one else was there. It was 10 minutes before closing. I love how the workers told me to take my time all 6 mins left and dont feel rushed. I didnt hear a word she said because she was so hott. I had lost all my senses. In between all that I noticed the store was well organized, easy to find what you are looking for. Or you could ask the hott Chick that works here. But you might just forget everything totally when you see how hott she is. I only gave 4 stars because they did not have what I came in to get. I was trying to buy a copy of track and field 2 for NES and RC Pro-Am. They had neither. I was was also looking for a superfamican but they didnt even know what that was. I also wanted toe jam and Earl. But they didnt have that either.

Bought a pre owned game. When i got back home the 3ds game i bought was not in the case! And they were already closed when i got back. And i cant go back tomorrow cause i have to drive back to san diego!

AWFUL.The staff is always unattentive and incompetant. They take forever to help you and in the end, Waste your time and try to rip you off or force you into doing things their way. They need some serious changes to be made. Not just THIS Gamestop, All of them. This company is awful, They believe they have a monopoly on Games/Tech so they act like total jerks. Never shopping here again.

A relic of a bygone era. Gamestop is notorious for not being any good. If you can avoid shopping here just order online. Save yourself some time and suffering from having to deal with the staff.
