This place is really cool, I didn’t even know they had a stand alone store. I always purchase from the website and that has been fantastic as well with shipping promptly and getting the order accurate. I want to shine the Spotlight on Grant the Employee that helped us while we visited ! He greeted us with a smile and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. He showed us the Bearbrick exclusives and blind boxes! Which we had to have. We opened them in store then he explained if we didn’t like the one we picked we can trade from the wall, I had expressed that I didn’t like any of them really and I’m a collector so I was looking for certain ones ! I mentioned I liked Snoopy and he pulled out Marbles which is the chase from series 40 !!! He let me trade it out and I’m just so moved by this kind gesture. He didn’t have to go above and beyond to make my experience that nice but he did. Thank you so much Grant 😁I will definitely be returning !!
